We bought out Nautique back in 2008 and have always had such great service at Croft Marine......until now. They were just purchased by a group and the service has gone straight down hill. If you are looking to have any service done one your boat, avoid taking it to this shop. They will nickle and dime you. They will even charge you to move life jacket out of they way

Croft is great. Love how fast they try to get things done, proactive service to make sure things are running well and communicate well the entire time. Nice to work with a shop that answers the phone quickly and responds to texts. Have had boats from a couple other dealers and so far Croft has been the best service and the Nautique has been the best boat.

Finlay purchased the G-25 we had been wanting for years. On our second trip out we we got an engine warning so we took it back in to have it checked. With a trip in just 2 days to Powell planed I was crossing my fingers that it would be a simple thing. It came down to Friday night at closing and they had not figured out the problem. I expressed the importance of having the boat on Saturday for Powell and they stepped up to the challenge. I got a call at 10:30 pm that night saying they got it fixed. The sales guy and mechanic stayed way passed closing to get it handled, even pulled the necessary part off another new boat as it was a fluke part and something your never going to stock in a parts department. 5 Star service from a 5 Star team at Croft Marine.

What I like about Croft Marine is that they want to get you on the lake as fast as possible. If you need a repair they try to get it done in a timely matter so you can get back on the water. Great company that is all about the customer.

Weve had our Nautique for 7 years and are ready for another one. Croft is the best - true customer service and knowledgeable staff. Best warranty in the business is the real deal, even for small things. Weve never had any major issue with our Nautique, while our Malibu-owner friends cant keep it out of the shop and wont even speak the name of the local dealer. Nautique is simply the best boat on the water, and Croft is the best dealer in Utah.

Cant even clean a carburetor. I called to see if they would clean the carburetors on my jet boat. All they said was, nope, cant help you I would not recommend them to anyone.
