Such a great experience with WISE. The sales rep Chad was professional and friendly. He walked me through the services and products and simplified the whole process. Connor came by in half an hour to install the system. He was so efficient and was patient with showing me how the devices worked. We also went through the apps which is truly helpful.System is user friendly and it gives me a peace of mind that our home is being monitored for fire and break ins.I will definitely be recommending this company.

Tyler spent all day at our home sorting out many issues we have had with our WISE/RING SECURITY SYSTEM. We had the system installed in March and have had many technical issues to deal with, including connectivity, WiFi, and settings issues. Much more affordable and just as convenient as some other competitors.Everyone from the assessor to the installer was very polite and professional. And even put up with my Cat, which was nice lol.The door sensors is what caught my eye as they can be placed inside the door frame instead of Stuck on the outside. And are clean and not noticeable.The Bay station keypad is clean, a little bulky, but they all are. But regardless its athletically clean, which negates the bulkiness.I have been searching for something more smart then say, Simplisafe, but less expensive then Vivint. And with whats offered as terms of customer support, actual equipment and quality and cost- Wise in my opinion, the best choice.Thanks again- Kevin.

Excellent customer service! Chad was very informative and patient through all our questions, and was very transparent on the terms of the contract. Mason, the tech who installed everything was likewise very helpful in teaching us how to use the equipment, and was very prompt and efficient in setting everything up. We had a tight schedule for getting the equipment installed, but Mason was able to come take care of everything within a matter of hours. So far, all the equipment has run perfectly, as expected, which was great timing since we ended up leaving town for the holidays. We love the peace of mind provided by this service!

We just bought a new home and wise has partnered with our home warranty company. Because of this the installation and tech fees were all waived. All we had to pay is the monthly fee. What an amazing deal! wise was very timely and informative. They made sure we were comfortable and that everything was out on the table the entire time. No dancing around hidden fees. Update.. after many days of trying to contact someone we finally got resolve. They were extremely nice about it and explained how some of the confusion happened. They were very respectful of our wishes to cancel and I appreciate the professionalism we received once we finally got ahold of a representative.Would give zero stars if possible. Within moments of the installer leaving we had a malfunctioning device. We have gotten no response from technical support, our help tickets arent being answered. I requested cancelation within our 3 days via voice-mail, email, and chat, still no response. We are now outside of that window and I am not thrilled.

My 78 year old mother, living alone and on a fixed income was coerced by Wise Solutions into signing up for a security system using fear tactics to make her believe that she was not safe in her own home. She somehow found the money to pay for the equipment up front and now pays ~ $ 50 per month for equipment to hang on her wall because she cannot operate it on her own. When she asked to get out of the agreement, she was told No. Obviously, Wise Solutions profits are more important than their senior citizen customers food and medication. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to WISE. Tell everyone you know what kind of business practices they employ and how they pray on the elderly, knowing that they will not have to staff monitoring stations because the majority of those systems will never be used. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option.***** Update to previous review *****Upon further and complete investigation and review of recorded transcripts from when my mothers system was installed, I received a call from Wise Solutions Operations Manager, who explained that he did not believe that the terms of the agreement were clearly communicated at the time of sale and they have decided to respectfully terminate the agreement between Wise and my mother.In addition, he noted that he had passed on my comments regarding the use of intimidation through fear to get elderly clients to sign agreement to their sales organization for thorough review. This, to ensure that nothing in their communication to potential elderly clientele approaches or can be misunderstood as creating undo fear to influence their decision for a security system. I respect the actions taken by the Wise Solution team and retract my earlier comments. I do believe that they are making an effort to ensure that they are improving how they communicate with the elderly and do want everyone to have a good experience with their products and service.

I signed up with them has now been a year i sold my house they refused to cancel my account they are charging me $54 every month they told me if i want my account to be canceled i have to pay &3000 the gentleman who knocked my door told me is not a contract but they claim i signed agreement so i have to pay for 5 years am paying 54 dollars amonths for the service i dont use😭😭

We were recommended to Wise by my in- laws, they had a system installed and were impressed enough to recommend them to us. Chad the sales agent spoke with us, toured our home, and then made recommendations based on both need and want. We had been thinking of getting a security system when Zach came to our front door and explained your system. The Wise Home Solutions system was reasonablein price (tho the 5 year contract was long term which I wish it could have been for a shorter term). Zach was able to contact his installers who came out that evening. They installed everything (including giving us help on the apps for the phone) in a timely manner and explained how things worked including the Ring Doorbell. It’s been a week since we had the system installed and are very happy.

This company is horrible and preys on new home owners. They make it seem like youre getting a great deal just to at the very end tell you how much the service will charge then if you try to cancel service they want to charge you thousands of dollars. Stay far away from this company and dont trust them with your home.

Do not use their service.You do not get promotional deal, they are hunting for ignorant new homeowners to lock into long-term contracts that you then have to sell with your house if you leave before the term is up.The monthly price is $15-$30 more than competitors so you end up paying for the free equipment over the life of your term except, unlike other companies, you cannot cancel. The service is the same, but the cost is higher and you have 0 flexibility. Next time I see the sales people in my neighborhood Im going to tail them and ensure potential customers (read victims) understand their options.Customer service will very politely tell you to go screw yourself if you ask for any flexibility.

Great service! Made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. They were fast in getting everything set up. Overall, very helpful.UPDATE: We were given an opportunity to try out the system and had 3 days to decide if we wanted to keep everything or switch it out. We liked the products, but decided financially it would be better for us to pass on it all. Their service was fast, but left holes in our walls. The least they could have done was spackle the holes or something. Then when the guy was putting our doorbell in we realized that the guy who installed our doorbell actually took our normal doorbell. The guy looked at me and said well, they are super cheap at home depot so you can get one there. So, now we just have wires for our doorbell untill we get a new one. That was really frustrating for us since our home is brand new and now we just have wires for a doorbell which our kids could shock themselves on until we get a new one. Other than that they were good, but definitely be sure you want the products if you want them installed.

Associates were awesome! Sales Associate was quick and to the point, and generally a very friendly and easy to talk to person. Sale was followed by a technician 10 minutes after that was knowledgeable and careful with the installation. I am another homeowner that was lied to and deceived into signing a 60-month contract by this company.Their people are very dishonest and in my opinion what they do is no different from stealing. Be very careful with this company.One of their sales people named “Chad” came to my house 3 months ago and told us their company is giving free security cameras to houses in good locations in return for putting their sign up in front of our house. ( he said this was a marketing plan for the company). Then he enticed us to sign a contract and said we only had to pay 55$ per month and we could cancel it any time. We called the company to cancel the contract this week and were told that we are under a “60” month contract.So, Stay away from this company and be careful about the guy named “Chad”.

Better monthly cost than my previous security system and used most of my old equipment. these guys got it installed quick. from the time I first talked to somebody until it was done it took a couple of hours. Theyre very professional and knew their stuff.

We had some issues with our wiring on our thermostat and Wise did a great job handling it. Somewhere in the wiring the colors got wired different. Wise took the time and figured it out for us. They are very professional and experienced. If we wouldn’t of had that problem, their techs would of been in and out setting everything up.

Zack was a great salesman answered every question. Nobel the tech I was told was a new tech but I couldnt tell that he was. He was so nice and friendly he definitely should get a raise because he made me even more happy to be with Wise.
