Customer service is above and beyond. I wanted to surprise my husband with a kayak for fathers day. I was able to purchase and come back later to get it. Super accommodating! Good selection of kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets (adult and youth).

We went into the Draper store and were promptly greeted with a smile. All of the representatives were informative and polite. Jackson efficiently helped us out the door with everything we needed. We will definitely be back, its also great to support a Utah Made company.

I have been to the Draper store a handful of times. Each time I go in, I am greeted and asked how they can help me. There’s no sales pressure just helpful staff. I love that their store prices are less than their online prices.

I’ve been looking for these tables for a month. They finally came back in stock and it was a breeze buying them over the phone. They were happy to hold them for me until I was able to pick them up the next day. Upon arrival the ease continued when I simply gave them my name and a super friendly man carried them out to my car! It was such a simple and quick process I found myself sad I didn’t have the excuse to stay awhile and browse a minute. Haha!I’ve shopped here before with the same level of ease and kindness. We would recommend this place to anyone and will for sure shop here in the future!

Josh saved my day! I was in a hurry to finish building the shed before a storm hits it. Then I found the package missed one screw. Most store would tell you to simply reach out to the manufactory support and they will ship it to you in a week or two. But Josh goes above and beyond. He asked for my contact and start searching back and forth. In a few minutes he called back and sent the pictures of the screws he found to verify before I made the trip over. He found the only two left! I finished the shed before rain fell. He is the kind of person you can depend on. This is the store where we should buy products from.

Lifetime was great to work with. We were going to buy our shed through a box store but notice it was the lifetime brand and they had a store near us. They had the shed in stock and it took less time to purchase it and load it up than it took to drive the ten minutes to the store! Great service! And a great product.

I have never had a bad experience at Lifetime. We have bought a swing set, 3 children’s kayaks, an adult kayak, a bench, table and chairs and love them all. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish things didn’t cost quite so much.

Walked right in and got what I needed within 5 minutes! The sales associate was right there to help me out and even helped me carry everything out to my car. I’m confident the table and chairs I got will be perfect for our upcoming business events and last a long time.

Ive shopped at the Draper Lifetime location several times to purchase kayaks and paddles. The staff was so knowledgeable about the different types of kayaks. They helped me figure out what would best fit my family needs. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I went to this location looking for a slide and play equipment with my daughter and husband, we thought the large displays were behind the store since the back door was open assumed it opened up into a show room it didnt. We realized our mistake and turned around to an employee that bluntly asked us what are you doing? I told her what we were looking for she told us we dont sell slides separately and if you want to see displays fallow the grass on the side and they have to be ordered I told her thank you and she walked away without a word. Beyond rude. All I could assume was that since we were walking fast she assumed we were up to no good. News flash the baby weighs around 40lbs not an easy carry and its pretty hot today; Im trying to get in give you money and leave; also why I would be up to no good with my baby Im my arms is beyond me. She was a new level of rude. I havent been treated hat badly in a long time. We left and took our money to the Salt Lake location. A drive but worth it.

Had a great experience. Very easy and quick to find what I wanted. Prices are lower on most items if you go into the store since they wont have to ship it to you and that can save you quite a bit of money and you get the products faster.

This store was fantastic! They had samples of tritip steak from their new pellet grill and it was delicious. We bought a basketball hoop and pickle ball net and it cost less than other places. We will be back.

We went into to the store to look at swing sets, they had a lot of them set up all ready so my daughter was able to test them out. The customer service was great and we decided to have them come out to the house and set up the swing set. Definitely worth the money we paid for that. It looks great in the yard and my daughters are loving it, especially with Covid19 going on and all the parks being closed.

This rating is for the store manager or owner. We have lots of Lifetime products and were very pleased with them. I came in to buy a shed in which they called to confirm availability. Shed was in stock so they put my name on it, ran my card for $2400 and off we went. I received a call the next day saying my shed was not available and some new guy messed up. They did not offer to order in the same shed, rather pick another one. No discount for screwing up and having me pick one I dont want. Hardly even an apology. Mr. Manager / Owner: In a time (especially right now) when everything can be bought online, show the customers buying products from your store some good old fashioned customer service. I couldve done this online and probably not had an issue. I appreciate so much people that take the time to visit my business and of I mess up an order, I make things right.

I’ve always had awesome customer service but today we stood by the front desk for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us with 2 workers behind the desk.

I recently bought a $500 fishing kayak from lifetime. Right after we carried it out of the store and strapped it down to the top of our truck, we were heading down the highway and saw the seat fly off in the rear view mirror. We immediately turned around, but somebody had already picked it up. I was really disappointed since those seats aren’t cheap. After calling the police department, I contacted customer service and told them all that had happened. I just wanted to know how much a new seat would cost (I didn’t think they would send me a new one since it was my own dumb fault). The guy said it wasn’t a problem and they sent me a new one as a company courtesy! Again, these seats aren’t cheap; around $100. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Their customer service was easy to get ahold of, and they were happy to help. The guy didn’t even have to talk to his manager or anything.

I just had an unbelievable experience at lifetime. The staff at this location is amazing. They were so kind and took the time assist my small family. I had a few kids with me and the staff was not just patient but they even engaged my kids and made it fun. I picked up a foldable bench and a cooler. Both factory seconds at an awesome discount. I highly recommend both this company and this staff. My only regret is not getting their names so I could give them a shout out. I’ll be back, and I’ll bring my friends and family.

I went into the Draper store a few days ago looking for the instructions on a swingset we bought 9 years ago. Josh helped me identify what model number I had and found that it was discontinued and no online instructions were available. He got my information and said he would research it for me. I honestly wasn’t expecting a reply but I got an email today with a PDF of my instructions. Thank you Josh for going the extra mile and finding this for me! We can move the swingset and know how it goes back together! I highly recommend Lifetime in Draper.

Nice place, theyre super accommodating and will help load the stuff you buy. Its easier if you have a open bed truck but even a van with the seats pulled out will do, you just might have to uncrate before loading.

Where to start, very very disappointed with my whole experience. We had an older lifetime basketball backboard that shattered and broke. We called the customer support, after sending photos and dimensions over email they took roughly 3 days to get back to me to tell me they don’t produce a backboard to fit my 4.5 inch pole that has lifetimes logo on it. They gave me a link to choose a backboard that would supposedly work, I picked one and bought it. Once I received it I hired a handy man to assemble it and put it together, little did I know that lifetime failed to mention I would need a new attachement system. Luckily there is a lifetime store near me so I went in gave my pole dimension once again and was sold an attachement kit. I went home to assemble it and it was the wrong size. I took it back to the store and they said that is all they make, I am still flabbergasted that lifetime doesn’t make anything to fit onto their own 4.5 inch pole. The store told me to go to Home Depot and find a certain part and just jimmy it. Home Depot didn’t make the part needed. We ended up having to hire a welder to come and weld it to the pole. As we finialzed the hoop we found that the kit that was sold to us had the wrong sized springs in it. Once again we ended up going into the store to find replacement springs, they had to order them in and told us they would call us when they came in. After being promised twice for a phone call when the springs arrived, I ended up having to contact lifetime myself to find out the springs had come in 2 days ago. After about a month of trying to work with lifetime we got a new backboard/hoop up on our pole. If you have a 4.5 inch pole and are working with lifetime I am SORRY.

Very helpful in going over options and even helped me load my purchase into my car even though there were other customers looking to buy. Will go back.
