I would give a ZERO star rating but you cant. I ordered $400 worth of edible arrangements (5 smaller separate orders) that were to be delivered to my house the day before Easter and I was going to surprise my family members with an arrangement, balloon, and card.The day of the delivery I received an email stating the delivery had happened. There was nothing delivered to my house. I called the store that was listed on my invoice and they told me it was a separate store that was doing the delivery, so I called that store (after trying 6 times with no answer.)The lady on the phone sounded stressed but was also very sassy when I explained the situation. She assured me the 5 edible arrangements would be delivered before the end of the day.Several hours go by and ONE of the five orders was delivered to my house, and it wasnt even complete (missing balloon and card.) I then probably called the store on my invoice and the store in charge of delivery about 20x with no answer from either. I then made half a dozen calls to corporate with no answer either.Needless to say, I was unable to surprise my family members with an Easter treat. I will never purchase from Edible Arrangements again and will recommend to every person I know to purchase from Harry & David, 1800 baskets, or Sharis Berries instead.
Ordered an arrangement multiple days in advance for a special occasion and it hadn’t shown up. This was around 6:00. I looked online and it said store hours were until 7pm and the same on the voicemail that I tried to call so I decided to go and pick it up myself. Turns out the store is closed?? So now I’m out $65 (I had to pay extra to get it delivered) with no arrangement and not what I needed for my special occasion that I ordered multiple days in advance for. I expect a full refund. I Can’t believe this store actually runs this way who thinks this is the right way to run a business?

I’ve tried three locations in the Salt Lake Valley and no one answers the phone. I tried online and it said I had to pick up in Farmington. Ridiculous customer service. Waste of huge amount of time
Unfortunately, I ordered 2 boxes of chocolate strawberries. One with hearts on the chocolate, and one with dark chocolate. Come to find out my order was cancelled, 2 days later, but none of my money back I ordered delivery, and it was not coming, so they cancelled it and it didnt refund on my form of payment. I am going to have to call the credit card company to refund the charge.
I ordered for same day delivery but never received my delivery. I called the store the next day and they informed me my order was sent to another store and it would be delivered that day. It wasnt. Ive tried to call and end up on hold 30+ minutes. No call back and no refund. Horrible service. I will never use this company again.
I paid $128 today for Three dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. I asked the lady to have them ready by 3:30. This is at the Draper location. I called her to let her know I was running a little late because of traffic nobody answered this was at 3:50 PM I got there at 4:02 and they have locked the door and put a note on there saying “new hours” closing at 4pm instead of 7pm, the girl never said anything and their voicemail and on-line hours all said 7pm still . I knocked for about 15 minutes I called nobody answered. So I left I called the Murray location to re-order cause I need the strawberries for a special occasion. They called the Draper location the Draper location was still there I couldn’t turn around and go back so they delivered my strawberries to the Murray location. I went to pick up my strawberries I get home with them I pull them out and two of the boxes are large and small strawberries mixed but most of the strawberries are past their prime. The third box are all tiny don’t even fit the size of my palm not even close. And all of the strawberries are way past their prime in that box. So there goes $42 a box $128 total for junk that I could’ve made better by myself for about 30 bucks. Thanks a lot edible arrangements
My son ordered an arrangement a week in advance to be delivered on Mothers Day, it was never delivered. Ive tried calling the store at different times for 3 days now and it appears that their phones are not working. Ive advised my son to dispute the charge on his CC. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. This is simply stealing and this business should be shut down. If I could post zero stars I would but it isnt possible with the review system.
Earlier in the week, I called in an arrangement order to be picked up on Friday of that same week. I found out on Friday that the person I had ordered it for was sick, and I wouldnt be able to get together with her for her birthday until the following Monday. I immediately called Edible Arrangements in Draper, Utah, asking them if they would please hold the arrangement until Monday. They said they had already made it but would put it out in the stores front refrigerator in hopes that it would sell. They said they would make me a new/fresh arrangement for Monday knowing that they might lose over $100 plus the time and materials used. I told them that if the arrangement didnt sell, I would pay for both the old and the new one. They told me absolutely not.NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!Im so grateful and appreciative - thank you!
If i could give zero stars i would. so upset. this is supposed to be a popular nationwide business. my boyfriend ordered for my family a surprise, he’s halfway cross the country so i offered to pick it up so he could save on delivery fees. it said our pickup time was at 6 pm and the store closes at 7 so i leave work early (which is very hard for me to do) and i get there on time and no one is there! it’s closed! apparently it closes at 4 now and no one answers. the surprise had to be ruined so my parents could pick it up tomorrow when they open because i can’t leave work early again. as soon as they open tomorrow i’m calling and expecting a full refund. very disappointed.
I would put negative 5 stars if I could. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I Placed an order early today, it never arrived. I called the store after the order was placed to make sure it was going to arrive before 9. The order was placed to deliver to an individual at a business. And that it would deliver by 5. Come 9:00, the order still says it’s “being arranged” I called the store many times at 2, 3, 4 and after hours and they didn’t answer. I couldn’t leave a voicemail because the “mailbox was full”. I payed a pretty penny for same day delivery and my arrangement was never delivered, they didn’t hesitate to take money out of my account though. Horrible horrible service. I don’t know how they are still in business. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
I ordered an arrangement over the phone today with a couple of hours of anticipation. The lady who finally answered the phone said it would be ready by 12:30. I showed up at the location and it was closed. It almost looked vacant. I kept calling and calling and nobody answered. This put me in such an inconvenience. I should have read the reviews before even thinking this is a real business.
The BEST experience by far! I placed my order online at noon for same day delivery (noted on instructions the recipient left work at 330) staff called me right away to acknowledge my order and get a 2nd address in case they couldnt deliver by given time.(Understandably as I ordered late..) They said they would do their best to get it there on time and sure enough they came through and delivered it even earlier! THANK YOU for the fabulous customer service and whoever the man was that called me to keep touch! Greatly appreciated..
Thankfully they were able to deliver my order the very next day-made it on my Grandma’s Birthday, yay! She called & said it was delicious & sweet. (Which is great since most the fruit was not in season so I was a bit worried) It’s truly the best gift for my grandparents who don’t want physical things & are too old & don’t eat enough fruit to cut up all that fresh fruit themselves. Thank you!
I never give reviews but if I could give them no stars I would. I paid for same day delivery. It delivered the next day and they guy would only knock once and insisted he had to leave it on the front porch. Really!! Fresh fruit on thfront porch when I paid for delivery yesterday. I tried all afternoon yesterday and this morning to call there store to see where my delivery was because I paid for Delivery yesterday, because I knew someone was home. No one answered the phone. I’m will never use there store again or an Edible Arrangements location for that matter ever again. I will be sending a latter to corporate to complain.
I ordered a 20 count choc dipped fruit box for my wifes birthday yesterday. The delivery trucks refrigerator was broken, so surprise honey, here is your warm fruit! The fruit pieces were so small. I would not recommend these guys. $47 for 20 small pieces of fruit, no thank you.

Placed an online order for Valentine’s Day on January 25 for delivery from this store. My order was cancelled February 3rd. No reason. No explanation.Wasn’t even aware until I was checking my order status today. So now I’m left with just a couple days to try to make alternative arrangements.When I called their corporate offices they said this franchise had closed. No idea why they didnt move my order to another store or at least call me.
My order did not end up being delivered through this location. They had transferred my order to the Murray store due to the fact it was a little closer to its destination. However when I called they were polite, fast, and informative to the change. My order came through fresh, on time, and perfectly presentable. Thank you Edibles.
I usually order from a store in my hometown and love it, this store is incredibly frustrating! I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday and was never notified when it couldn’t be delivered. I usually get a notice via text or email but no word. I called Monday to see what was up, no return call. I called Tuesday during business hours and had to leave a message about it’s delivery, no return call. I had to call the recipient to see if they got it! Incredibly frustrating and embarrassing... it took the surprise away and made us both feel stupid! I was charged on Saturday. Huge mistake using this store, not even sure how the arrangement turned out. No reply from store 837 in Draper, UT. Beware... try another store!
I was very nervous about ordering from out of town, but my mom was staying in a rehabilitation center after a surgery. She was sad to be away from home for the 4th of July holiday. So I ordered a patriotic arrangement for her. It was a simple process and it reached her just in time to get her into the summer holiday spirit. She was thrilled.
I was very hesitant to order. Called the store and talked to the manager(I think her name was Beth) told her my situation she reassured me it was under new management and was happy to rush my delivery.. she had a belated birthday delivered to my son within an hour and half. Even took it herself! I was so grateful for the amazing customer service I experienced at this location!!!!! Thank you Draper team
I placed an order with the Edible Arrangements in another store, but their delivery guy was finished for the day (it was only 2:00) so they said they will transfer the order to their Draper store. They were to have it ready by 4:00 and I asked a friend to pick it up and take it to my neighbor who hurt her arm and hand, when my friend arrived, they never had a order from their other store, they found the order but it never was transferred to their store! They said it takes an hr to make it with dipped berries, etc.... so needless to say my friend could not. Wait and they said they will deliver it for free by noon the next day! I was sooo mad!!! But by noon the next day my friend did get the arrangement and she loved it! But when I got home from work they had a dozen dipped strawberries waiting for me in my fridge! What a delicious surprise!!! Large chocolate covered 🍓! Yes it was not delivered the day I wanted it, but it was not the Drapers store’s mistake, but they made up for it in a BIG WAY!
I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday to be delivered to her office. I placed my ordered a week and a half in advance. The order never arrived, I tried to call the store no answer, tried to call the corporate customer service line, no answer and all voice mail systems are disconnected. Very disappointing, save your money and time order flowers or from anyone else. still trying to get my $120 bucks back.
I would NEVER recommend this Edible Arrangements store. I placed an online order on Tuesday and paid for same-day delivery. My order was not delivered on the same day. I called the store at least 16 times and nobody answered. I couldn’t leave a voicemail because their inbox was full. Terrible customer service. I ended up calling customer service for a refund since I could not get through to the store.
Literally the worst customer service. didn’t even tell me the draper location is closed until I called the day before picking up my order and they had LOST MY ORDER or just deleted it. waited on hold for 25 minutes just for them to hang up on me. finally got my arrangement down in Provo and they didn’t have it ready so quickly made it- pretty sloppy. would rate 0 stars if I could.

Stopped by the store this morning to pick something up for bosses day. Online says they open at 9 am. Store hours next to their door says they open at 10 am. It is 10:15 am and there is no sign of anyone. Lights out, doors locked, lobby a little disorderly. Running to the Murray store instead.

Beth is absolutely amazing!!! Called to place an order and she went above and beyond to accomodate me from out of town. Even made my delivery herself! . Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.

I received some chocolate covered strawberries today. Only they are a week late. Strawberries look like they have been sitting on the counter all week. They have gone bad, but they still got delivered. Will not use this service again. Avoid the Draper UT location if you have any common sense.
Ordered online the pick up time was 4:50PM got a call around 3:40 telling me the store closed at 4. Why would the website let me order it if that were the case? She didn’t seem to care that I had paid already. Then finally she said she could transfer it to Murray.Anyway been on the phone for 30 min to confirm that I could pick it up. Show up no one wanted to help me out.
My boyfriend had ordered me a gift over $100 from this location and was supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day but, I never got it. We called many times to ask what is going on but nobody answers. We tried to leave voicemails but their mailbox is full. Customer service won’t answer either!I had to drive to this store and they still had no idea where my delivery was.. They haven’t been answering their phones because 1 “they don’t work” but they were ringing the whole time I was waiting. 2 because they had “too many orders” but they couldn’t keep customers updated?! Finally got my delivery but still missing parts of the gift!! This location needs to get better a staff or mangement ASAP. Not pleased at all. so many customers were there while I was and had the same problem!!!!
This location has changed!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I had a 4 star review this is the 2 bad experience not sure if the person working now is newer aka last year but they dont wash hands they eat right in front of you. the driver was rude. I am not OK with this in a world of service I received none.
Placed order for same day delivery in the morning and they had it out way before I had anticipated! They were super communicative on the delivery updates through their website which made it such a pleasant experience without a question!

This place is horrible!! I ordered a arrangement for my wife for Valentines Day and it finally showed up last night my wife went to bed around 9 pm and my son got home from work around 10PM and found it on the porch!! I called 4 times on Thursday trying to find out when they would deliver, no one would answer the phone and the voicemail was full!! They had my wifes phone number and mine but didnt call, I didnt give permission to leave on the porch! I tried calling 5 times again on Friday same results no answer voicemail still full!! Thanks for messing up my Valentines Day suprises to my wife!!😡😡
Website makes a big deal about same day delivery, but after making my order and waiting all day after having received email confirmation, my order had not been delivered. I called the store directly 15 minutes before they closed for the night and was told that my order had been put togethether earlier in the day and sat waiting for delivery but never went out. I was given no reason for why it didnt get delivered, and no apology other than a mumbled offer to waive the delivery fee and get to it the next day. A simple Im sorry for the mistake and your inconvenience would have gone a long way toward making things right, rather than the apathetic dismissal I received. What a waste of money and effort. This was my first and last experience with Edible Arrangements.
Do not order from them. They decided to just not deliver my order on Valentines day yesterday to my husband and turned off their phones at every location so there was no way for anyone to contact them if there were issues. Now Im having to dispute the $60 charge and this is the first time in 8 years that my husbands Valentines day tradition didnt happen. Not reliable. Will not use again.
My wife has gotten these arrangements for me for years as a treat on different occasions and I have absolutely have loved them. Weve gotten them for friends and again, loved them. But this last time, not so much. My wife got me one for Fathers Day and the chocolate was messy,/melted, the grapes were wilted--like they were old and losing their juice. The bananas were mushy and one was completely smashed (I have wondered it is got squashed in the delivery truck somehow and they delivered it anyway). Overall the quality was plain disappointing. What was even more disappointing was that my wife contacted the company by e-mail and they responded and said they would have the store manager respond if necessary. It has been a week and we have heard nothing. We have been loyal customers for a number of years so are REALLY disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Terrible. We ordered a smaller item in the morning to be delivered that day. We wanted to increase the size, but to change or cancel your order, you have to call them. They dont answer their phones E-V-E-R!!. Then, they delivered it later that day (for that they get 1 star), but they didnt include a card!! So my sister had no idea who it was from.
Poor service. Ordered an arrangement and it was delivered 3 days after i had requested. I was never notified of the change either. I paid $15 for delivery which I didnt get, no offer of refunding the delivery fee either. It also took me 2 days to finally get someone to answer the phone to tell me it was delivered late. I had the worst experience ever with your store. Item wasnt ready for 2 hours forgot items I was promised, Was not professional at all, Had her boyfriend/Husband or other employee eating while working with food. Some kids there helping way too young to work in the state of Utah by law. Kept calling me amigo and the guy kept calling me Homeboy. This was the worst experience in food service and customer relations I have ever had.

Poor delivery service!so my husband wanted to surprise me for our wedding anniversary but i left from work and got nothing! the last time (somedays ago) i got it the next day because they were busy, if youre so busy, get another driver! its the same history all the time with this store! my last birthday I got the arrangement around 8 pm, you know guys? im not canceling my plans and waiting until midnight to get the arrangement!
Ordered a birthday gift for my grandson and it didnt arrive for his birthday. We called and nobody answered during work hours and you couldnt leave a message. Do not order from this location. The service was terrible and they dont refund your money.
I went inside around 9:30am and there was no one to be seen. The sign on the door to the back said to knock if there was no one out front which I did multiple times. I waited nearly 15 minutes and still nobody came out so I left. If you cant hear people in the back then you should invest in a doorbell, a window, a fog horn, or SOMETHING!

I had ordered a $75 arrangement a couple days ahead of time and called them to make sure they got my order i showed up to there place of business 45min before closing time and it was all locked up. My wife had asked for one thing for Valentines day that was a edible arrangement. After calling about 15 or 20 time it was there closing time and there was no cars or anything.i just wanted to say thank you for ruining my wifes Valentines day. I ended up getting a normal flower arrangement.
