Customer service is something that can be taught but this Maveric of all of the 70 Mavericks I have been to ( different locations) is the top at the word of worst customer service. I watched her give a person buying a dollar soda a $20 cash back. I spend $10 dollars and she denies me tells me to go to the ATM where it cost me $4.75 to get the $20. Never had that problem before at any Maveric in fact I drove out of my way knowing that Maverick allows $20 cash back on even gas purchase. The screen even allowed me to select the cash back it was her being a Big Butt head.
Gilbert was really rude the both times we went. Went to pick out a swisher and not even 1 minute in he’s telling me to hurry and is aggressive grabbing my ID out of my hand.
The ATMs chip reader is broken and will not use the magnetic strip as an alternative method, rendering the ATM entirely inoperable for cards with a chip.
