Crumbl is fine! Fun variety. Crumble switches up their cookie offerings each week with new flavors. My work orders a box for everyone on occasion. Some cookies are good, some are meh. They’re all VERY sugary. Checking their site on occasion for that week’s flavors. If you order a box cut them up so people can try a few. Plus a full cookie is usually too much—they’re seriously sweet.

Love the employee enthusiasm! Last three 1 dz boxes Ive noticed no parchment paper. It causes the oils in the cookies to soak through the bottom of the box which creates its own set of issues - leaves greasy marks on countertop or on the seat in my car. Last dozen box contained a particular wonderful cookie but was terribly stuck to the bottom of the box and it came completely apart as I went to pick it up to enjoy!

My boyfriend and I usually go to the Lehi store but we were in Draper so we decided to try the new Berry Crunch cookie from this location. He went in to buy one and was out within a couple minutes. It was delicious and well made as always- crunchy on the outside, super soft and chewy on the inside, sweet but not overloaded with sugar, spot on cornbread taste, light tasty glaze, and the berry crunch pieces on top gave a perfect accent flavor to the whole thing. I will always recommend Crumbl- I haven’t had a single bad experience with any location.

We were afraid I would miss my grandsons birthday and I had heard great things about Crumbl Cookies, but never used them before. I thought this would be a great time to try them and it would be a wonderful surprise for my grandson. I imagined his delight when he opened the package. I asked my daughter about them and after awhile she finally answered me and said the quality of the cookies was not very good and they looked very un-appetizing. When I saw them myself (we ended up making it to the birthday) I was so sad and disappointed. Not only that, we had forgone bringing a present thinking that the cookies were the present. We felt really embarrassed at the quality of our chosen gift. I did contact the store and I am supposed to see a return of the money on my account in 4-5 days, unfortunately, the person helping me didnt know how to give a refund and it took some time for her to get help and supposedly figure it out, so I am hopeful but unsure if it will go through. :(

I absolutely LOVE Crumbl!! They have such an amazing variety of cookies- Pumpkin Swirl, Biscoff, Nutella Mudslide, Oreo… there’s just too many to count! I look forward to seeing their flavors of the week every Sunday night.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Crumbl. This is the third time I’ve had a terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes with nobody ahead of me. Just look at churro cookies I was given. The cornbread was decent but not enough syrup added.

First of all, the employees that work here are marvelous! They were so nice, and help me pick out the BEST cookies. Of course I chose the cosmic brownie cookie, and the pink sugar cookie. I am defiantly going more often!

I travel a lot and one thing I look for is a good cookie. After all, cookies are my cryptonite. Crumbl Cookies is a top 3 best cookie Ive ever had in my travels. The cookie is a little crisp on the outer layer but as soon as you break it and get into the cookie - its soft, gooey and full of flavor. Dense and rich of sweet ingredients is what a cookie is all about. The frosting is well balanced in terms of heaviness...you dont want a heavy frosting - light(er) and fluffier is just right, which is Crumbl Cookies attack. Excellent cookie that hits the sweet spot. Unfortunately, I was in just for a quick trip so I didnt get to try many other flavors but I got a pretty good sampling. Awesome job Crumbl Cookies!

For this being my first utah location, i was expecting something amazing - but ended up having a below subpar experience. let me just list the things i saw wrong first. 1- me and the customers in front of me were waiting for about a minute as an employee was just standing near ticket times station, and then she finally told us to help ourselves at the kiosk. seriously? i know that’s not the crumbl way and i didn’t feel prioritized at all. 2- the employee was wearing short shorts. 3. they were using COOL WHIP for the berries and cream frosting. overall this experience was disgusting for me to see. Even thinking about a crumbl store that exists and runs like this is truly disappointing.

These cookies are the BEST! I buy a dozen and feeeze them and thaw one when we are craving a cookie. Also, the delivery service is great. Always delivered at the time that I requested. Now I need to try the ice cream 🍦 🍪

Wow!!!!!! Their menu shows a 6 count cookie price on their menu. The self serve kiosk didnt have it on there, but their menu at the front does. We asked for help and they refused to honor it. How can you have something on your menu and refuse to sell it???? Extremely disappointed in this location and in the staff that handled the situation so poorly. They were very unattended. I had to wait by the counter for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When they finally did they didnt care and didnt take the time to resolve the situation. There were 12 employees working. You would think someone would be cognizant and helpful, but nope! They lost potential revenue and a family of customers.ALSO!!! We ordered 2 waffle cookies and they only gave us one that had the waffle glaze. What a waste of money!

I love the cute and creative concept of Crumbl. They make it so convenient to quickly send a thoughtful delivery to someone. I send a Crumbl box (4 pack or 12 party box, depending on the recipient) at least twice a month. The fancy pink box, personalized note, and same day delivery services are such a great way to brighten someone’s day! Both the website and app are super easy to use and it’s affordable, unlike flowers or other thoughtful options. Who doesn’t love receiving their own box of cookies?!?!

Very good cookies and for the most part good service. It would be nice if the cookies were ready when they said to be there for pick up rather then wait for them to prepare the order and give them to you.

Location was well marked and clean. Like the touch screen ordering and hand sanitizer. Worker took care of our order quickly and was pleasant. She double checked to make sure we were happy with our selection before closing our boxes. Would come here again! The cookies were still warm after 20 min too. Sinfully delicious :)

Tasty premium cookies at a premium price. Generally worth the cost. At my last visit, they were out of the medium size box and would not sell that amount without the box on stock. Kinda annoying.

I just did a HUGE catering order through the Draper Crumbl and they were complete professionals! My order was ready to go at the right time, perfectly arranged in easy to transport catering boxes and the employees even helped me load my car with the 400 cookies in the rain. The chocolate chip, frosted sugar cookie and cosmic brownie were all delicious and our school staff loved the packaging and presentation. Can’t thank you enough, Crumbl, for all your help in making our teachers feel loved!

Crumbl cookies are hands-down my favorite cookie place. I love that they consistently have two amazing flavors (milk chocolate chip and sugar) and weekly rotate among other delicious flavors. Ive yet to find a kind I didnt like. I wish they would put their dark chocolate chip cookies back on the rotation as those were my #1 favorite, but other than that, no complaints.

White chocolate Biscoff are great. I wish these were on the regular menu but then again it’s probably good for my sake that they are not. Lol The girls at the Cottonwood store were amazing. Such sweet people and great customer service.

We go to crumbl at least every two weeks. We enjoyed the various selections. The cookie portions are very generous, I can purchase a large box and because of the size, I’ll cut the cookies in half and it can feed over 25 adults. I’ve done this for parties several times.

Take out mainly- and I love their rotations of different cookies. Every week new set!

The team members were quick to fullfil my order, which I think is typical for Crumbl, but what stood out to me was the service that Brooklyn provided. I had walked out of the store with my boxes of cookies and she could see me struggling to balance all of the cookies and open my car door, so she came running out to assist me. I like the variety they offer but often go back for the chocolate chip cookie. I prefer them warm and sometimes they are just lukewarm. This location needs some serious help. I ordered online said when I was there. Waited for 10 minutes before going in. Only to see a Iine, two employees who were not being very friendly or swift. When I told the employee I had been waiting outside for over 10 minutes. She said that they went out to look, but didnt see me. The parking lot is not big. I am talking one or two order pick up spots and they were full with no people in the cars. I was parked right in front of the doors. They had my make and model of vehicle. How could they not see me? They didnt look. How annoying. I have been to other crumbl locations with much bigger parking lots and they always find my suburban.

The cookies crumbled but they were flavorless however theyre huge! Super friendly staff, earn points for perks, $10 box of 4 cookies. UPDATE; went to a birthday party and they served the Crumble Cookies I tried the chocolate chip and I have to say it was delicious big chunks of chocolate chip and that butter flavor was fantastic, maybe I went in on a bad day, yes Ill try them again.

I love these super delicious cookies. The variety is wonderful and the weekly specials the best. But I love the regular chocolate chip too.

When I first ordered for delivery and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get here, I thought maybe it was a fluke. Second time it took almost 2 hours and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, 3rd time in a row... 1 hour and 39 minutes... eesh. I literally live down the street 3 minutes, but have my little ones in bed here so can’t go. Good cookies, but don’t do delivery...
