HORRIBLE!!!!!! Stay away from this store!!!! If they weren’t the only place to by Bloch clogging shoes in Utah, I would never even buy online from them. I went up and didn’t have an appointment… drove 40 minutes to get to the store. Side note, I called several times from my home to see if they were open and they didn’t answer. It says on the door to call if you don’t have an appointment. I called 10 times at least, rang the bell, people Walked by and wouldn’t answer the door. After waiting 20 minutes at the door ringing the bell someone came out and said “I have a list of things this long to do, and you’re not one of them!” Worst customer service of all times!!!

What a joke. Sitting outside right now, the lights are on but nobody will answer the door and nobody will answer the phone. There is another girl waiting outside who is also trying to call to be let in, not sure if she has an appointment or not. Online it shows that there is in store shopping, but when you get here it says no in store shopping and by appointment only which is not indicated online anywhere, thanks for wasting an hour of my time.

They dont do walk in retail during May June and July....drove for 35 minutes to be told they cant help me! You really should put this on your website! Planned my entire morning and missed an appointment to get here to get my daughter the shoes she needed. We will shop elsewhere from now on!

I went with a need for a pair of ballroom shoes for my son. I looked at several other stores closer to my home first with no luck in finding what he needed.We were in and out in about 10 minutes with an amazing pair of shoes. ALWAYS friendly staff and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Their showroom is fabulous and their retail store has so many fun options for both fashion and dance wear. It was mentioned in a recent review that all sales are final, however, I exchanged a pair of dance shoes no problem with my receipt. Their return policy is clearly marked on the bottom of the receipt. This is my go to for all things dance!

Bonnie at Backstage has done an Amazing job for myself and the team that I work with. We have a competition tomorrow and she found out yesterday that the pants were on backorder. She went out of her way to order them to get them to me in time for our competition tomorrow. She will do anything to get her product to the teams in time. And a HUGE plus the team I coach the girls LOVE their warm ups and wear them all the time. I will not go to anyone else. Definitely worth your business

Fantastic service! They were so helpful in finally finding the right size ballet shoe. Ill happily pay a few more dollars to stay local than deal with internet returns.

Great place, good atmosphere, recommended by friends, very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing I was surprised by was a lack of readily visible price tags. Would recommend.

I cant speak to the quality of merchandise, but I can speak to the character of employees and owners. My wife and kids were in a terrible car accident right in front of their store. It was raining and the owners husband came out and invited our family to come in out of the wind and rain while we waited for the police. They were very kind and considerate, and very patient with our children. If my girls grow up to dance, we will buy everything they need here.

I will never step foot in this store again. They have poor customer service. Not only do they not tell you that all sales are final. They wont even exchange things for in store credit. They will find every reason to stick you with what you purchased and not exchange. I bought a pair of dance shoes that were over $100, ridiculous for the price to say the least, but when I tried to return or exchange them they said they were used and would not take them back. Yes to see if they would fit she did have to actually put her foot inside of them. Apparently that makes them used and non refundable.

Store sign says open till 5pm, showed up at 3:12pm and they were closed!

I bought a pair of brand new clogging shoes, got them home to find they were not brand new because the soles were significantly scuffed. It took a long argument before the clerk agreed to discount the price of the price of the shoes they passed off as brand new and charged full price for.

Online says you are opened until 6.I get to your shop at 5:01 You guys are closed.... might want to update that. Especially for those driving to you from 25 minutes away.
