I was born with a right ear defect, and since I can remember, I have many earring test, operation suggestion, and hearing aid options. About four years ago, I have my right ear canal reconstructed. It wasnt a success operation, and I was suggested for me to get hearing aids.I have many bad experience with some hearing center and clinics, that I didt know what to expect at Edison Stanford.I got a good experience since my first phone call. My appointment was the day and time that I was able to go. The equipment one of the best I had see, the complementary hearing text was accurate, the hearing exam was something I never seem before, I was able to look inside my ears.I already knew that I needed hearing aids, but I was never been tell which type will work for my condition.the experts at Edison Stanford, recommended a specific hearing aids, base on my condition. Knowing that my right ear was defect, they created a special hearing aid, so I can wear it all the time without worrying of coming out or loosing it.I got a complementary hearing text, hearing exam, the right hearing aids, a free hearing check every three months.On my follow up visit, I got my hearing aids tested, clean and calibrated, the change the end of the hearing aids, and look that my prescription was the same. They took their time, they dont rush you.Its good to know, that any time I have a question or a concern about my hearing aids, that I can call Edison Stanford, and they be there for me.Great experience...Edison Stanford will check, adjust, and service my hearing aids when needed it, and so far, Im extremely happy with theirs service.

I researched the make and model of hearing aids I wanted. They needed to integrate with my Android phone, and without extra equipment. The staff here at Edison Stanford were not only accommodating, they were very knowledgeable, and told me about models and features I hadnt heard of. The price was good and the service was outstanding. The hearing aids werent bad either =)

Paul and these hearing devices I got from him have restored my world! He sells a variety of products and patiently let me try several models so I knew which features and styles best suited me. Ive had them for over 5 years. One quit working and I believe it was past its warranty period, but he still got it replaced at no charge. He stands behind and supports what he sells, and thats nice these days. They even clean them for me for free! They have a great price on long lasting batteries too.

I have been very impressed with Paul Lloyd and his staff. He is very knowledgable and uses the latest technology to analyze and determine what aids would be best for you. He is second generation hearing specialist so he knows how to assess and determine the best product for hearing. I highly recommend his company
