Nice place and friendly staff. I came here to get three yards of playground sand. The price was fair and the product was excellent quantity. I arrived on a Saturday at about noon and there was virtually no wait. If I had gone to an asphalt supply place a week prior to get a couple yards of paver sand and had to wait 30 minutes in line to get in and 15 minutes in line to get out. No weighing was required here. They had a great silly and variety of rock, dirt, mulch, bark, and stones. Their pants and trees looked very nice... better than other places Ive been to... more mature and healthy. Ill definitely be coming back here. I had a large dump trailer and it was not immediately apparent that I could pull into the main entrance and exit a side street without turning around... I had to check on Google maps satellite view to be sure. Didnt want to have to back out into a busy street but worked out great... just pulled right through.

Im so glad to find a place, Landscape Supply of Utah, that does everything; sells, delivers and places landscape boulders. They had a large selection to choose from and I was able to pick the boulders I liked. Thanks to Pablo and the skillful machine operator, they placed the boulders exactly how we wanted. We love the result! Thank you for the great products and wonderful service.

Poor service. Waited over an hour to get a load of gravel with no other customers there. Still couldnt get the gravel so left to find a more responsive landscape supply store.

Customer service is not a priority here. Purchased a lilac that had finished blooming at the time, only to discover in the spring upon blooming that it was not the variety they had sold me. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a new bush in the correct variety, they said the fact that it was mislabeled wasn’t their fault and they would only replace the bush or offer a refund if I ripped out the wrong bush and brought it back to them. Zero compensation was offered for my time, efforts, water, and hassle. Allowing me to keep the wrong bush I had cared for all this time as compensation was out of the question as well. Planting and establishing a bush twice during a drought isn’t my idea of fun, but will have to be done. Someone has to pay a price in this situation and in this case it’s the customer. Will not be going back.

Staff is friendly, prices are good.

We got a few cubic yards of rock delivered. Everyone was quick and professional and we even got it delivered the next day! The delivery driver called beforehand to verify and dumped it exactly where I wanted. The rock was great and not full of dirt.

I purchased 4 trees and planted them in my yard. After a few weeks a couple of the trees were not looking so good. I spoke with Vince who had sold them to me and he eventually ended up driving to my home to take a look at them. He gave me some advice and now all the trees are looking great. I plan on going back next spring to buy more plants. I had a great experience.

They are not the cheapest place in the valley for landscape supplies, but if quality is important then you might check them out. We have never been disappointed in our purchases at this company. You get for what you pay for and we have never felt short-changed. We feel there is real value in products of quality. Honesty is very important to us in dealing with businesses. Andy and I have always felt that Vince has dealt with us honestly. As long as we continue to feel this way we will be return customers.

Great find! We needed landscape rock but hadnt found the type we wanted until we visited Landscape Supply. Ended up buying some plants too!

Great place for boulders, we found the Ochre Boulders we needed for a park strip project. Resonable price for delivery and they washed them before delivery & placed them making sure we were satisfied. Glad we found them!

I found Landscape Supply of Utah after dealing with a number of landscapers who were not dependable. I needed my front yard re-landscaped and wanted a water feature in my backyard. These people have been fabulous!! I absolutely love my water fountain and it was done with the utmost skill and professionalism. They were very dependable and careful. I shopped prices and their prices was very competitive. Competitive pricing combined with dependability and skill...I couldnt ask for any better than that. My front yard is now one I am proud of. The landscaping is low maintenance, drought tolerant and exceptional looking. Thanks to Ken, Paul and Pablo for going above and beyond in customer service etc. I recently priced flagstone to put in a patio and couldnt find better looking flagstone at the price I paid at Landscape Supply.

Last year, ordered a yard of enriched topsoil. Great delivery and great soil. This year ordered 3 more yards of enriched topsoil. Received a bunch of junk, lots of rocks, large clumps. Friendly delivered on time.Doubt I can get grass to grow on rocks.

ROCK DELIVERED WAS ACTULLY ALL ROCK...NOT 50/50 ROCK AND DIRT. We went in to get pricing on rock and find out about some edging. They did not have the edging we were looking for but gave us places to call and directions. We ordered rock and asked to have it delivered as soon as possible. It was in our driveway the next day. Both guys we worked with were very nice and answered all our questions. I will return and shop from them again.

Had gravel road base delivered and Landscape Supply of Utah was phenomenal to work with. Not only did we get outstanding product, but the customer service was top notch and the delivery process was prompt, smooth, AND SAME DAY. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I contracted with Landscape Supply of Utah for the installation of a fire pit and a paver patio adjacent to the fire pit. In my mind I had a general idea of what I wanted and after a short conversation with Ken we had the details worked out. His crew was very professional during the construction phase. They arrived as scheduled and their quality of work was as promised. They are true professionals and seem to have a great touch with the pavers. I highly recommend Landscape Supply of Utah.

Ordered some boulders for our yard & paid in full. Took the entire day off work for the delivery because they could not provide an estimate of morning or afternoon delivery. Long story short they never showed & so we cancelled our order & we were told they would credit our card back. That has yet to happen. They never answer or return our calls. Disputing the charge with our bank now. Stay away from this place!!!

Good selection, very friendly. However, they were almost double the price of what I am able to get in Utah County.

Absolutely terrible service!! We ordered a fire pit rock over 2 mos. ago (putting 50% down)...they crack our rock and have made no effort to get us a new one. Never return our calls or update is on what options we have to get a new rock. Each of the managers helping us have quit, so weve been stuck with no product or service for what weve paid for. Stay away from this place!!
