Very friendly great customer service.When I called getting prices on some stainless Steel they talked with me very friendly like; as if they wanted my business and made me fell cared for as the customer. Made the journey out there to the facility and the caring attitude was the same. Showed me some options in there shop if materials and I made my decision based off the price and friendly customer service. They even took the time to place the material on a pallet and protect in in cardboard and straps. Would gladly do business again.

We visited the Draper facility hoping to have a garage floor drain grating fabricated. Although we could not enter the building due to covid safety requirements, Phil and Zach were able to explain possible solutions and show us what metal was available. They were extremely helpful and patient. We placed our order over the phone with the help of Eileen, a customer service specialist at another location, and the drain grate was made while we waited. It was perfect.

We spent over 2 hours trying to purchase a sheet of metal. Despite a mask, the “boss” wouldn’t allow me into the building or allow his employees to show me what options I had to purchase. I was given the option to buy a perforated metal sheet, sight unseen — so I effectively would have no idea if what I was purchasing would work for my application. We are artisans that work with a very specific clientele and not having the option to shop or have any level of customer service was very frustrating, especially after a 2 hour drive to get to this location. I would give zero stars, if an option.
