I was pleasantly surprised with the car purchase experience that I had at Reedman Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill. The sales person, Mr Tom Nixon was easy to work with. I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured with any of the car buying steps. The gentlemen in the finance department was top notch as well! I’m sorry I forget all the names of the people that helped me, but everyone that I dealt with was nice and helpful. I left feeling like I got a fair deal. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Stop by and take a test drive.
Everyone at Reedman Toll Nissan was very friendly and helpful including Thomas Nixon. Thomas helped me find the right car that fit my budget and he is a great salesman. He knew exactly what to do to help me get a car and he went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcome at the dealership. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is a great person and I am so glad that he helped me buy my first car.
Terrible experience. This was my husband and I first and last time coming to this dealership for service. For a simple oil change, with an appointment I have been sitting for over 3 hours and my vehicle still is not ready. After 2 hours my car was still sitting in the spot I parked it. Why make an appointment if they do not honor it? There is no regard for the inconvenience this place caused
Pleased with the attention and service I receive with my visits. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
They always pay attention to the details. It makes a difference in the total assessment of your vehicle. Keep up your outstanding service.
Mary Mary Mary amazing individual I can’t say enough about her she is so professional and knowledgeable she make my experience so easy I’ll definitely recommend her and this location to anyone who will listen.
Let me start off by saying this by far has been my worst experience in the car buying industry! After searching for a van we decided to give this business a try! We spoke with the sales representative REGGIE he seemed like a genuine person over the phone so we decided to pay home a visit… Upon arrival he met us we went through the whole process and I got the van…2 days later I started having transmission issues! I reached out to Reggie MULTIPLE TIMES! He never answered my calls or text! So we went to the location everyone there was very unprofessional and showed no empathy to the fact I just purchased a car and the transmission is messed up! Service center was horrible! Mary tried her best to help but she couldn’t do but so much! So if I was you I would never purchase from here! Reedman toll Chrysler were so kind and polite they helped me and got the job done!!! I went a month without a car I just purchased!
Great experience! Tom is an awesome and very knowledgeable guy. He shows you the ins and outs of the vehicle. Most sales people dont. FIVE star guy!
Service was quick and the mechanic (spoke to him briefly when he brought car out) was smart and thorough. Reedman Toll has definitely improved things since taking over this dealership.
I bought a car here last year and had a GREAT experience. The salesman (I believe Reggie?) was knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt try to push me into making any decisions or upgrades or take advantage of me in any way despite me being a clueless teenage girl. Really awesome experience for buying my first car. But a year later, now that Im just going here for service, its been horrible. There seems to be a severe lack of organization and communication. My car has started randomly braking for no reason due to radar failure and the only response I got was oh yeah that happens to me sometimes too, must be defective or something pretty much. And then the service people said nothing was wrong. An oil change took 3 hours and wouldve been longer if we hadnt gotten up and said something about it. Left my car overnight another time for inspection, they never bothered calling. Finally got ahold of them late afternoon and they basically said oh yeah your car is ready for pickup. Which, speaking of that - its impossible to get ahold of the service desk. It goes to voicemail. When you call a different number to talk to sales they said yeah thats been a problem. With nothing helpful. After all my free oil changes are through Im switching to someone else. Disappointing.
Dropped my car off at 10:15am, my appointment time. Didnt get my car back till 4:45pm. Paid $289.for oil change, filter replacements and tire rotation. (Heres were the 1 star comes in) I get in my car and the first thing I notice is the tire pressure. So they rotated the tires but didnt balance them? Seriously? $150 is there labor charge. I need a portion of my money back. I balanced my tires myself. Also the customer service is subpar from being to end. Especially at the end. Never going back is my final assessment.
I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership. I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible and going to one of the other dealerships in town. The communication at this place is so bad, I was never contacted about any updates regarding the car, even when directly told by staff that I would receive a text or phone call. Even if you call and leave a message, they will not respond to you. The only way I was able to get in touch was calling all day throughout until someone picked up finally to get even a little bit of information. They also told me incorrect information about the communication from my warranty company. Incredibly poorly managed and unprofessional. I finally picked my car up today, over 2 weeks after dropping it off and honestly, based on the rest of their service I half expect it to break down again.
The staff was friendly and I appreciated that they got me in for an oil change on the same day that I called in. On the downside, I didnt understand why I had to wait almost 2 hours for the work to be done when all I was getting was a standard oil change. They also forgot to place the oil change sticker in my car to remind me when to come back next.
Salesman Tom Nixon was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough, personable, and on top of things. Thanks for helping me get my new car!
Last Saturday when I went to lease out my car the environment was all wrong!! The atmosphere was unprofessional to say the least. I decided to stop the process and come back at a different time and I am so did! I had the pleasure of speaking to Mary she was professional, personable, and a vibe! Reggie came in during his lunch break and took care of me since he has been for years. Mase please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong he help me out with my warranty and all financial questions. He was patient, professional, and broke down the financial process in a way that made sense to me!!! Overall as long as these folks are there taking care of you you’ll be ALL right. Thank y’all so much and be safe.
My experience at reedman toll Nissan dealership was awesome everybody there was super nice very kind they answered all my questions I would go back, and also they do not try and cheat you
I didn’t purchase my Nissan at this dealership, but I recently moved into the area and wanted to establish my car with this dealership. The one great thing I can say is that my car was initially serviced for a flat tire and oil change at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon as a walk in. The gentleman in the service center at that time was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to get my car seen right then. After the oil change, he told me what should/needed to be changed or fixed with my car, which included new brake pads. I agreed that the brake pads should be replaced first, but the pads I needed were special electric ones that needed to be ordered. He said they would call when the brake pads were in. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I know there is a shipping delay for certain things currently, so I called to check in. When I called, it rang for a while and then went to voicemail. I left a message, but called right back a half hour later. I did speak to someone who said the brake pads weren’t in yet, but should be soon, and they’ll call when they’re in. A month later, they hadn’t called me back, to at least update me. So I called multiple times during working hours, for it to always ring through to voicemail, and I left a few voicemails. Eventually I did speak to someone in the parts department who told me that the brake pads have been in for a while but they were waiting on the rotors. When I expressed my surprise, the man was very condescending and started to explain what rotors were like I had no idea what different parts of a car are, which was pretty rude, since my confusion was that I wasn’t told I needed rotors. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes so that “service can explain that you need those” before I hung up. I called back and it went to voicemail again. No one has ever called me to explain anything to me or update me on anything in almost three months. In this time, my car had started actively squealing when I hit the brakes, so I took my car somewhere else that ordered the parts and had them in within a week. These two stars are for that gentleman I initially saw in May, since he was so friendly and helpful. Otherwise, I unfortunately will not be returning.
Great experience at Reedman Toll in Drexel Hill ! After a brief phone call, Salesperson Tom Nixon was waiting at the door when we arrived at the showroom, to let my family in. We test drove a couple of pre-owned cars and Tom expertly walked us through the age, mileage and other factors of those vehicles. We arrived at the right car for us. With new drivers in our family, Toms perspective was spot-on. Toms colleague Reggie was a huge help in the resell of an older vehicle. Were very grateful ! Thanks to the whole team at Reedman Toll ! Well see you again.
Service never answered the phone when attempting to schedule. After leaving voice messages, I ended up connecting via webchat who took a message. They finally emailed to schedule after multiple messages. I will not go back… what a pain
It was horrible the service guy informed me that my power train wasn’t covered in a warranty . But when I called Nissan customer care they assured me that it was up until mid 2022 . I couldn’t reach anyone at Drexel Hill so I went there and the gentleman then said that all he had to do was send pictures and it should be covered, this was said after I told him I had spoken with Nissan and they said it was covered 🤔 . That conversation had me thinking all is well . Well I didn’t here anything from Drexel Hill until 3 and 1/2 weeks later even after calling to no avail and also leaving messages . When I did call about 23 days later they finally answered and said they were sorry there had been a hold up on the parts and my vehicle should be done in 2 days …. About 2 days later I did receive a call that my vehicle was done, but when a friend picked it up they said it was a balance ? I thought we rectified that 3 and 1/2 weeks ago ? But to this day I’m waiting to see if my vehicle will be covered because now Nissan is stating it’s the dealership discretion and a guy who’s first name is Pat is stating he don’t recommend it be covered . I purchased this vehicle with 8,000 miles 4 years ago . It currently has a little over 40,000 miles . I have never let anyone outside of Drexel Hill Nissan service my car even taking it annually for the 5point inspections…. Why would they not recommend that my warranty cover my vehicle ? I even was fed some bull that the warranty dropped When was I told this ? Because I just was told until 2022 … Sounds like someone is not taking responsibility for faulty job of replacing my transmission in the first place
Wasnt happy about being told I had to pay for something new when I have a lifetime warranty on it. But Jeff made the experience pleasant even after I yelled at him. Thank you for dealing with me and sorry! Business need more people like Jeff.
Asked about my brake light and dashboard light was off they said they had to run a diagnostic test. I told them I only wanted my light brakes changed but they insisted on a test which cost $250 but end up charging me half in which my brakes were working fine. Then they Totally forgot about my dashboard lights . Left my car outside unlocked for easy access to others. Over charged me for oil change. Never again. Waited 3 hours and had a 1030 appointment got done around 1:30 only after I raised concerns about why my car outside unlocked.over priced and no car for customers. Two ladies in front of me both asked about their car and the desk guy said the same thing it’s fixed don’t worry and just brush them aside. Fyi dash lights still not working, they never even contacted me back like promised. Oh and waiting area sucks…. Little dog running around barking
Being a first-time customer, my experience here was excellent. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially our salesperson Jeff, who made sure I received a great deal on my vehicle and knew all of its features. I would 10/10 definitely recommend this dealership to others.
Always a great experience. They were delayed in the service area. But I didn’t mind the extra wait. The waiting area is always comfortable.
Reggie was very helpful and great with our kids. We are happy with the car we purchased. Everyone there was very friendly. We were concerned about how long the process would take because we needed to bring our two young children. Everyone there was patient with them and even helped to entertain them which meant alot to us.
Contacted me about getting my car on Saturday after being serviced at 1:00pm and never told me they closed the office at 1:00pm, I would have gotten there sooner but I didnt have a car...told me I had to wait until Monday and that no one could help me because the one service manager went home. I made a fuss and they finally helped me out, which just showed me someone could have helped me all along but just did not want to be bothered with doing something that is not exactly in their scope of work. Other then that, decent work on the car.
Nancy was so pleasant and helpful as well as Mary in sales. I just wish everything wasnt so expensive
I am a first time customer. Setting an appointment was easy on their website. On the day of drip off the representative was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me phone updates on the progress of my vehicle. And it was done quicker than I expected. Great social distancing and clean environment
Our salesperson, Mary, was terrific to work with. She listened to what we needed, advocated for a good price and provided options to test drive. Mr Mays who prepares and presents the paperwork was personable and professional.Thank you to the whole team at Reedman Toll Nissan for making this car buying experience our best ever!
Poor and select customer service skillsThey are not welcoming to all people.1st Time - I walked in the door the same time as a mechanic. He didn’t even hold the door. He saw I was behind him. When I tried to greet him, he ignored me.The service adviser also treated me very differently from the other customers. Requiring a bunch more information than they did from other customers. I was not getting an inspection.Luckily, there was another Nissan in the area. I left this location and went to Ardmore. The service was much better.2nd Time - I walked in while service advisers were on the phone. A mechanic was wrapping up paper work and stapling his paperwork together. Instead of him greeting me and letting me know someone would be with me shortly, he walked into another room. This location needs some serious customer service training.
It’s ashame that I’m just reading the reviews, and I’m having some of the same issue as I type this. My appointment was at 7:30. No one opened the door until 7:35. The lady was less than pleasant. I spoke she turn her head. Once in she states “next time don’t come until 8am. I stated the website starts booking people at 7:30. She states “I know that’s why I’m telling you. I told my mgr I don’t have a mechanic until 8”. My paperwork quotes me $115 for an estimate and she states “we don’t go by that. We automatically charge a diagnostic fee of $225.” I ask why I don’t need them hooking my car up to a diagnostic machine. My check engine light is isn’t on. That there’s something underneath wearing my front 2 tires unevenly. She says “yes that’s just our basic fee”. I have been to other nissan shops and other auto shops not with this vehicle and never heard of anything like this. It’s now after 8 and my car is still in the lot waiting on service.Update:Nothing is wrong with my vehicle. They completed a multipoint inspection which is $115 per their paperwork and still charged me a diagnostic fee. When asking questions referring to me taking to another shop the service mgr Pat was condescending and dismissive to me. I feel if it was a man there would have definitely been a different conversation. I couldn’t understand why he came off that way with me asking what happens if the shop where I’m getting my tires from finds the issue, but now I understand. They were kind enough to print my review left earlier to my paperwork. At any point good customer service would have tried to address my review and spoke to me about. Instead he passive aggressively approached me and dismissed me and my concerns.
Not happy with the service today. I took my vehicle today for an oil change and inspection and requested to have a tire air pressure check. The service tech came to request permission to patch the tire after it was taken upon them to do it. $36.00 to patch a tire is crazy and before you proceed with any repairs let the customer know regardless of the issue. the fee was wave but the fact that I was treated like a confuse customer irritates me.
I just don’t get how I still have my bumper to bumper warranty and Nissan warranties but gotta pay $250 for diagnostic test. That alone let’s me know why I would never purchase from there again!!!
Good, all around. I wish we could have worked on the price more as I was a returning customer with very good credit.
Mr. Nixons customer service was excellent. He showed me all the bells and whistles. I cant remember the name of the Finance person but he was really good too. I bought a car when it was Drexel Hill Nissan. I was pleased to see that my experience was just as positive with Reedman.
2018 Nissan Armada wouldn’t start. Had it towed to reedman Nissanbc Nissan of swarthmore was 1 month out to for availability to even look at my car. Reedman Told me it was the brake switch and it was fixed less than 24hr later. $240 for tow, $100 for deductible bc I have extended warranty. Picked up my car, drove home… then it wouldn’t start again. Long story short…. After 2 more tows back to Nissan they can’t fix it. They think they did, but it’s still stalling out. Nissan of Devon said they have 2 more armadas in their shop with the same issue and I was told I would get a phone call back and I never did. Reedman flat out told my husband that they haven’t received any messages off their machine for over a month. Customer service is terrible. My 2018 Nissan Armada is a complete safety issue (I have 3 kids and usually some of their friends I’m driving) I’m disappointed over all with this whole experience. I bought the car at Maserati of Wilmington pike. Their service was just as terrible! They had the car for 5 days one time and when I finally could pick it up they told me nothing was wrong with it. Clearly something is wrong with this car! Overall completely unsatisfied.Makes me never want to have a Nissan again.**Next day,, So I called after seeing Nissan’s response to my above remarks.. and no one answered. This place is terrible.
Came into this dealership as I was hearing a sound on my car. The technician drove my car but did not hear the same sound I was heard so I sent over videos of the sound. Nothing. Was told that minor repairs were done and I paid $350 for next to nothing. I went to a different repair shop about 2 months later for inspection and they tell me extensive repairs need to be done, which came out to be $1000+! My mind was blown because of the car was in such bad shape, wouldn’t Nissan catch this?! The repair was such that it did not happen over night but over the course of a year or longer. I’m so unsatisfied with the quality of work Nissan displayed and even more so that I’m spending so much money when the issues could have been resolved months ago. I would not recommend you take your car here unless you plan to spend way more after the fact!!!
I had to come for service this month for my 2003 Pathfinder. It was determined that I needed an O2 sensor, celluloid and rear upper control bar replaced. After a through inspection and road test my SUV is running at peak performance. Special thanks to Anthony in the service department for going above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. When I decide to purchase my next vehicle. I will certainly go to Reedman Toll Nissan .Sincerely,Michael J. Shelton
I wad able to get a same day appointment for an oil change and was in and out fairly quickly. I would have given a 5 star but my cheap under $100 appointment turned into $950 because of the dealer recommendations for maintenance and changing all of the cars fluids. The prices are quite HIGH for minor work but my car runs great 🤷🏽♀️
It appears that the manager and employees are under peer pressure to make their daily budget in the service department. They are forcing customers to change parts in their vehicle when not needed for annual state inspection.I was told that I need to change all the rotors and pads in my vehicle in order to pass inspection. I used my own mechanic and put new brakes and changed the rear rotors, as he judged that the front rotors are in great shape other than a few rusted spots on The edge. When I returned to the dealership in Drexel Hill for a reinspection today with the new brake pads and new rear rotors installed, the manager first told that it was too late for reinspection, as it was 18 days after the initial inspection. The front desk did confirm that I had 30 days to get new brake pads and rotors then comback after the initial inspection. He also gave a quote for $1,600 to put new pads and rotors. The manager finally took my keys and sent the car for a new safety sticker. The technician quickly realized that Nissan was not the one putting the new brakes then decided not to continue with the inspection and suggested that the front rotors have rust on the inside that not visible. Then I was told that I need to change the front rotors because they are rusted on top of the disk which has no contact or effect with the brake itself and safety concern in order to pass inspection. The Manager then pointed out another vehicle in the lot with rusted rotors and stated to me that vehicle would pass inspection although the rust area is where the brake pads make contact. It appears that Nissan employees in the service department are targeting women and men who have no mechanical knowledge so they can spend money on labor and parts that are not needed to be replaced. My vehicle should have passed the inspection if Nissan was using the state computers required to measure the dimension of the brake pads and rotors. They solely rely on their technician guessing the size required for passing inspection. They were not able to provide a copy of the report printed in their system. Rather, they produce a paper that the front desk representative type in the computer and a hand written page showing the declined comments.I will go elsewhere to redo the inspection and not letting them rip me off of a $1000 plus. Please beware when you go to that dealership for service!
I am very pleased. This was my first experience with this location. The service department got my vehicle in and repaired quickly. I got a new cooling fan and pa inspection. My car was ready for pick up the same day at about 1:30 pm. Amazing! All of the employees I spoke to were friendly, professional and helpful.
I believe the customer service persons name is Nancy. She was pleasant and accommodating on the telephone and in person . I tried to schedule maintenance at another Nissan and they weren’t inviting or pleasant. They flat out told me the next availability wasn’t until May 11. No apology or work around! Needless to say Nissan Drexel Hill will be my go to every time!
Mary was pleasant and very patient with us. She made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and knew all about the car. My mom will be back to purchase a car from her.
What a wonderful car buying experience. So glad I went to Reedman Toll of Drexel Hill.
After visiting another dealership and feeling like they had other plans, we made an appointment at this Nissan. I can not say enough good things about our visit here. From Jim K, whom we advised what we were looking for, the numbers guy & the guy who I did all the paperwork with, I wish I could name them specifically as they were all terrific! I walked out very happy and satisfied with my purchase of new car. Highly recommend!
Salesman was great No Hansel best car salesman
Everythings ran smoothly and fast.
In this new era of car buying, there wasnt much on the lot to choose from. I hesitated to commit to something without seeing it first. We did find one we were interested in but at another dealership. Jeff went and picked it up for us so that we could test drive it and make a decision. I never felt pressured to do anything, they were understanding and worked with us to provide full satisfaction. Really appreciate it. Financing was easy as well, Mr. Mays was personable and easy to talk to. He was honest and explained everything. This is why we returned here to Reedman Toll Nissan after 10 years to replace our 2010 Altima.
Top notch mechanics, especially Joe O. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
Experience was amazing the staff explained what was happening and gave honest suggestions
Mary helped get me into a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue just in time to bring my son home from the NICU. I was able to bring him home in one of the safest cars out now. And I couldn’t be happier.
Hi, I took my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change. I requested transportation to my destination while my vehicle was being serviced and was informed that they still are not offering transportation. When I asked why I was told it was due to the pandemic, this was June 9th 2021. I was pretty disappointed because I am aware of a few other dealerships who offer transportation via Lyft or Uber. Its seems as though businesses are using because of the pandemic quite often to cut back on services to consumers. I had to pay for a Lyft to and from my destination (no big deal). My service didnt take long which I was happy about and the front desk attendant was nice and courteous and also mentioned they had been requesting from corporate that the transportation service be reinstalled to no avail...Maybe I should consider getting my service from another dealer whose Big wigs are more considerate of its consumersI dont usually leave reviews but I am tired of companies using this excuse to short change consumers and pad their bottom line.
Great work. easy to make an appointment and they communicate if any additional work needs to be done to your vehicle. Never had an issue with service everyone takes care of me so I recommend not only buying a car from here but using their services department as well.
I had an air and cabin filters replaced along with an oil change. I was satisfied with the work performed.
Very transparent repair for my car. Listened to my concerns and helped quickly. Superior service!
The Service Department was very flexible in my having to reschedule my appointment and completed the work in record time. The team always leaves me with a very positive Customer experience.
Dropped my car off this morning for state inspection and oil change and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Tom at Drexel Hill Nissan is the best as are all the guys and girls that work in the maintenance.
Anthony the service manager is amazing. Always willing to help his customers and most importantly listen to the concerns of the customer. Great experience fast and friendly service and my vehicle had a cover on the seat to make sure the technician did blemish my seat. I am a Reedman customer for life.
I would like to start off by saying that my personal salesman, Jeff, was helpful and efficient. The rest of my experience was less than ideal. When I arrived, it was obvious that masks are not taken seriously and that is extremely disappointing to see. The lack of a mask at all in the building, the incorrect wearing of a mask, and practically no social distancing by the staff was astounding. I’m not really sure why you put the mask mandate sign on your door at all, when your staff is not even following that rule. During my car inspection, they found 2 issues with the car, which I expected and I didn’t expect that it would be $100 but the $540 was a bit steep. When I started calling others to get quotes you came back at $460. How much are you inflating the price anyway? The financing/contract is where I really had a problem. It took half of the paperwork for ME to realize I was signing for the incorrect car and we had to start all over again. How does a manager, salesman, and finance writer ALL miss the fact that the wrong car and VIN was written on the contract? Extremely unprofessional operation.
Went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Easy to get appointment, and waited for the car. Service was reasonably quick, since truck has very low mileage. Waiting area a little bare due to COVID, but had wifi and basic TV. Prices were decent, and people I dealt with were nice. Some dealers have a car cleaning wash bay, but this dealer does not. All in all, a good place for basic service.
Mary Kelly is the best there ever was. Professional, courteous, informed.
I was there for my car inspection and my customer agent was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, it took a short period of time to complete the inspection. I left with clear steps on how to proceed with maintenance on my car.
I will never buy a Nissan again. My experience as a whole with Nissan has not been a pleasant one. I will not recommend it to anyone I know
I took my Rogue in for an oil change and tire rotation. They failed to top off any fluids and tried to get me to spend $208 for an air filter and cabin filter to be installed. The parts cost $20 retail and took us 15 minutes to install ourselves. They also told me my new windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Very disappointed in their service. Drexel Hill Nissan was wonderful when they were in charge. Since Reedman Toll took over their service has gone downhill.
Horrible. My windshield wipers were intentionally damaged so that I could pay them to repair it.
They have no selection. Very limited stock
So my transmission went on my 2016 rogue but I was still under warranty so I didnt have to pay for anything. Initially I was told that my car would be in the shop for possibly 3-5 days and they would not give me a loaner car because of COVID. I was pretty upset about this because am a nurse and I needed my car for work. I ended up getting a car from enterprise but I felt that Nissan should have been able to provide me a car or at least pay for the rental. Anyway the Service rep called me the next day and told me my car was ready. I was so happy! I only took off a star because I felt that they should have at least attempted to offer me an alternative form of transportation while they had my car.
Great service! Totally upfront with the price and made me aware of what was covered by my warranty. Didnt have to hunt down the mechanic that was servicing my car. He kept me abreast of everything. This will be my new dealership ☺️
Charges a diagnostic fee even though I had the work completed at the dealership. Plain old price gouging. Greatest part is car still shakes in highway, I wasted $411.00 and my car still isnt fixed. Ive been a loyal customer for 5 years, not anymore.
Very happy with service. Very honest and pleasant to employees.
Hassle-free communicating to me whats going on very pleasant person
Very good and helpful
Our car received a new transmission at Reedman toll, Drexel Hill on our 2015 Pathfinder. They did a great job. Luckily it was still under warranty. There seems to be an issue with pathfinder transmission between 2013-2017 cars. Hopefully the new transmission will not have this issue. We also had the fan replaced. Another great job done by them. Our only concern is that the car is a 2015 and only has 33,000 miles on it. We were shocked that a new transmission was needed on a car that is only 5 years old with such low mileage.
Reggie was very helpful and made me feel good about my purchase
Every since I started bringing my vehicle to Reed man they have given me nothing but the absolute best customer service experience. Nancylynn, Tom from sales, and Justin are so helpful. They make my experience wonderful. Reed man is my go to place.
The tech did not use a mat shield when working on my vehicle, when I got it back, my floor Matt was severely stained with dark shop grease foot print. I attempted to clean it with carpet cleaning shampoo, but could not get all of it out. My driver side, mat will need to be replaced. Very disappointed, and the service was agreasutly overpriced. I will not return
I dont write reviews often but my experience here was very unprofessional. I had my inspection and oil change 2 months prior. I ended up getting my all tires placed which was fine, timing belt and axle repaired. A month later my tire sensor wont go off and I return for diagnostic testing. I havent been driving much due to COVID and they said when I got my car inspected that it was in good condition for the age. Now they said it was a tire pressure sensor broken and other issues that were not found during my inspection, or when I got my timing belt replaced and axle repaired less than 2 months ago. They now quoted me over $1900 worth of car repairs. I paid for my tests and left. I realized my paperwork had nothing about what the mechanic reported on the phone with me or the prices. I went back inside to ask for my diagnostic test I paid $250 for and actually see an itemized list of what was wrong and the cost. The representative said you wouldnt understand this mechanics jargon let me just write some stuff down and the price on my receipt. There were some items on this scribble that were not mentioned on the call with the mechanic. It just doesn’t make sense you pay hundreds for a diagnostic report you don’t get to even have a formal copy of. Just because I’m a young female, doesn’t mean I don’t know when something is off or wrong. I even consulted other mechanics in my area who gave me very different reports.
I feel because I am a woman, they jack the price up. I always feel like u am being taken for a ride.
My experience of buying a car at Reedman Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill was one of my more pleasurable life experiences. The entire team treated me like a friend as they provided me with the professional, courteous, guidance I needed while searching for a car. The team worked diligently to show me their wide selection of vehicles, provide me with a great price, and supply me with the perfect financing. The result was finding the perfect car! I want to thank you Reedman Toll for making me feel like I was part of your family. You deserve a ten star review!
This place pretended to be my mothers friend & rolled a loan onto another loan w/o explaining to her it would leave her with negative equity and upside down by 10k on her loan paying 30k for a nissan kicks plus telling her she will be ok in the snow. Shes older and got stuck in the snow and stuck in an overpriced worthless vehicle ...go to a jeep dealership for better vehicles
Everyone was really nice and helpful. Answered every question I had. I am a satisfied customer
I’m giving them 2 stars because I had a great experience in the sales department. But, my experience with the service department has led me to never recommend it anyone. They’re rip off artists! Who charges $459 to lubricate a rubber part and tighten bolts? That’s less than one hour of work. They have your car, so you’re forced to pay.
My car was promptly serviced at the agreed time. Staff was kind and professional. I was extremely satisfied with my experience today. I highly recommend this service department.
There really should be zero stars as an option. This was the single worst customer service experience of my life for any business ever. After a recall on an issue in June, the very same malfunction indicator light came on a couple weeks ago. Our Nissan rogue was acting exactly as it had been prior to the recall in June, and we figured that they missed something. This time however the dealer claimed that we put diesel fuel into the gas tank, and (the gas station that we go to doesn’t even sell diesel.) The dealer tried claiming that our warranty is void and we have to pay $1900. After walking into the lobby, the service manager as well as a few employees were looking at my invoice and laughing in a very condescending and unprofessional manner. We have always gone to Concordville Nissan in the past; I guess we shouldn’t have strayed from there.I was able to I have the gas station pull the surveillance, and we did in fact use gasoline(not diesel.) Buyer Beware from Reedman Toll.
Mary Kelly always gives outstanding service. We’ve leased several cars from her over the years and all we do is make a phone call & she knows what we want. She is diligent finding the right car for us and when we get it, she explains everything in detail. We live much closer to other dealers, but we prefer Mary & the staff at Reedman Toll.
My husband and myself have purchased numerous vehicles from Mary Kelly in the nearly 20 years we have known her. She is honest and very professional, we have never felt pressured during any of our transactions. Sadly my husband had passed and I needed to purchase this vehicle on my own.She understood what options I wanted in my new vehicle and the price range I was comfortable with paying. With that said she once again found the perfect car for me and I couldnt be more thrilled with my new vehicle
I always receive great service at Reedman Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill. Mary and the rest of the staff always make sure I find what I am looking for and that I am well taken care of even when I get my car is being serviced. I would definitely recommend buying a car at Reedman Toll Nissan.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service!
Very friendly service great price and fast work
First, I tried to call Reedman to make an appt. the phone never got picked up, so I did on line with Megan the chat version. Never got a call after 4 hours, called again and got thru told them my issue with online, and they said no big deal, you are talking to us now.No apology nothing.Disappointed with this dealership, this is our 8th Nissan car that we have bought. I only have 58,400 miles on it and the transmission is gone. I was offered a no guarantee cheap fix of $850, but no one was really sure that it would even work. Finally, I would figure someone would have reached out to me about trading in my vehicle and making a deal with getting my business again, but never heard a peep. Finally called Nissan Corporate, and since my warranty for years was up and not mileage, they wouldnt honor it and they too also saw how many vehicles we had bought in the past. Sad their is no more loyalty!Only good thing, is the Chris and Jessie or Justin, were both very nice when I picked up my car. I highly recommend them.
I had a extremely positive experience with Justin in the Serice department at Nissan Dealership in Drexel Hill PA... very helpful and courteous..Will definitely be going back for anyother future car needs..
They got me in right away after my fob broke. Great customer service!
The service staff takes any opportunity to make service time comfortable while waiting, and respects us enough to tell us of extra problems they encounter before doing repairs. and in detail so I can make the best informed decision. I love these guys!
Nancy in the Service Dept. was exceptionally helpful. My car needed more work than just a tire fix. She took the time to explain, in detail, what the issue was and worked with my budget to do the needed work now and wait in the other work. I appreciate all of her assistance.
Reedman Toll Nissan has serviced my cars for years. Above all, I trust them. The speed and quality of their work is consistently excellent, pricing is very competitive, and the service is helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
Tom Nixon and others were friendly, knowledgeable and handled everything in a timely manner. Felt comfortable from the first introduction. Great team!!
Had 2 flat tires from vandalism. Had car towed there. Whole team is superb but a very special Thank You to Joe in Service who is the greatest. Helped me really quickly, gave great advice and communication and kindness! You guys are the best! Thanks 😘October 28, 2020..Simply the best. Needed a repair not expecting and oil change. As always, fast, kind, courteous, fast service!!! Thank you Chris and Justin!! Dont take your Nissan anywhere else!
I was given information on the phone and when I arrived told something else. That was a bit confusing.
Prices are too high and the ydo not accomodate your individual situations and help with issues. We are going through a pandemic and money is scarce and they do not consider this with their extremely high prices and insentive staff.
We have been very happy with ReedmanToll Nissan until this last service experience. We had an appointment for 8:30 our car was not even moved into the garage until 9:45. We were getting a recall fixed on the car. They came out and asked if we wanted the air filter cabin air filter, we replied to know. The service tech responded by saying they were very dirty to which we informed him they were both just replaced by us. We feel very insure with returning to the shop.
