I paid for four Sim cards today at the store and was told they’re open until eight. Went back over with the fourth phone at 6 PM and there was a sign on the door saying that they were on a break. Waited 15 minutes no one came back. Had to head back home. I wanted to head back later this evening so I decided to call before I went and no one is answering the phone and I cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. I’m actually sorry I switched companies.

I never write reviews but my experience at this store was so poor that I could not resist. Assistant manager gave out wrong information and was borderline rude to us. Refused to help with what I came in for and told me to call customer service who couldnt help (which I already knew). Avoid this location if you can make it to another one!

Love this store! They took the time to look at my bill and saved me a significant amount. I’ve had countless previous conversations with other Sprint personnel and no one pointed out my old plan. I highly recommend going here, the service is truly fantastic!

They make you wait for an hour to find out they dont have what you looking for. Meanwhile 2 incompetent people will help one customer

I had one of the most unprofessional experiences in my life at this store. The manager Mari needs some serious training in customer service and people skills for that matter. If you want to be treated like trash this is the store for you.

I was able to get 3 phone from LaLa on my new line. Way cheaper than the other companies. She came in on her day off to help me and she even helped me switch my android over to my new iPhone. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while helping me with my service.

Lavonya was great. She knew exactly what the problem was with my phone and quickly fixed the problem. I will definitely go to her when it’s time to upgrade my other phones.

Yes! This store is lit and very recommendable! I came into this store to upgrade my damaged iPhone 6 to a recent iPhone. The sales Rep LaVonya was so patient and knowable. I couldn’t make up my mind as to what I wanted. So Lala explained the different specifications of each phone to help me figure what best fits my needs! Honey, when I say she knows her stuff, sis hooked me up with my brand knew iPhone XR!!!! I’m so hype to finally take clear pictures and everything is so big, it’s wonderful! I really do appreciate her patience and kindness. Customer service means everything to me when it comes to helping the public. And she was EVERYTHING! Amazing service and representation of Sprint!! :)

SO WE HAD GARBAGE PHONES FROM DAY 1 SINCE WE JOINED SPRINT BACK IN JULY OF 2018.NOTHING WAS EVER DONE WHEN WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE A MILLION TIMES !!!!THEN IN MAY OF 2019 WE GOT 2 NEW LINES & HAD THE OTHER 2 LINES PUT ON STANDBY WHICH THE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE STORE MISREPRESENTED BY SAYING IT WOULD ONLY BE $ 7.99 A MONTH FOR EACH LINE. WRONG !! COME TO FIND OUT IT IS$ 13.99 INSTEAD ?? LIES !! OF COURSE HE ISNT WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. PROBABLY WAS FIRED FOR LIEING & MISREPRESENTING PEOPLE. The staff and manager were off the charts kind, helpful. I had a sense that they were proud to represent their company, and did their jobs at the highest level

Avoid at all cost,they dont know anything, they tried everything to not work, these people need to be fired, btw they are a third party, what they tell you is go to a corporate store.
