Absolutely amazing very creative staff build a rapport with me over the phone and as soon as I walked in the door so did the rest of the staff I even felt that a $10 tip was not enough for the amazing Arrangement and Deals and help they gave me today is me and my wifes 10-year anniversary and she was more than happy when she saw what they had created for her absolutely best Edible Arrangement I have ever had definitely recommend if there is a 10 * option I would give him an 11. Purchased edible fruit arrangement, 3 orders of cookie tray for the nurses at crozer oncology on Lawrence rd. Hubby received his last treatment 🙏🏽 His Dr. And staff are the best, much much ❤❤ and appreciation to our Health Care workers, they are remarkable, we need them!!!! I have been trying to contact them but the phone just keeps ringing. i understand they are busy but i just need to know if my order is going to be delivered. i’ve called 3 times and the phone wasn’t answered.

Very rude their were alot of people including myself waiting in the doorway 20 because theirs a limit of who can come in which is expected. WHY not come out to tell people you dont have nothing to purchase inside unless previously ordered. SHE THEN NOTICED THE LINE AND YELLS DO YOU ALL HAVE ORDERS.someone says yes and she says i have to take them ill take you after im done with the orders.🙄Never will i ever go back

Do not order from this location, they took my money and never sent the gift . I order a week in advance for an arrangement to be delivered on Saturday when someone would be home, no one contacted me to confirm, when I called the store I was told it would be delivered on Sunday because they had changed stores and still nothing. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a fruit tray and cookies to send to my sons school 1 1/2 months in advance since I wanted it delivered during the holidays. For schools, it says the delivery window is between 7AM-3PM (and can be delivered as late as 3PM during busy times, like holidays). Which in my case is Christmas. That time frame was perfect for where I needed it delivered. I was supposed to have it delivered on Monday and it was 4:30PM and it still hadn’t arrived. I called and they said the driver just left and it should be there very shortly (mind you they are about 10 minutes away). They didnt show up until 6pm! The school was closed! Ok, so I called to complain and spoke to a supervisor who explained the situation. I get it, times a tough right now and very busy. They said they would have it delivered early in the day Tuesday and throw in a complimentary 6 pack of cookies. Wonderful!Come Tuesday, they forgot all the cookies I ordered!! Including the complimentary ones that the supervisor went out of his way to mention he would add those in due to the extremely late delivery. Totally ridiculous and I definitely will not be back to this location

We had a terrible experience with them ! My SO was trying to surprise me with a gift. He told me early in the day so all day I had been waiting close by the door looking for the arrangement. Hours went by ! It never came. I had almost forgot about it. He finally gets home and sees HIS SURPRISE on the WRONG steps and half eaten by an animal perhaps. Thats absolutely terrible and inconsiderate ! Nobody wants to have their hard earned money go to waste ! Oh and to top it off they didnt even offer an understanding to what happened nor a resolution! All because A manager was not in the store at the time. And looking at these reviews it seems as though they never resolve the issue or give you your money back SMH !!!!

I hate their website, but I am glad they have actual store. I placed couple Valentines day order and funny it went to two different store. I wanted to change a message on one of the order but this store didnt have my order, I am glad they were able to find out which store had my other order and sort everything out.

Well I ordered something to be delivered tomorrow during a snowstorm I got a call asking if it can be delivered another day asked if it can be delivered today I was told yes at 11a.m. Called back at 1:30 pm to check on delivery apparently got a traineee was told it was going to be delivered checked again at 4:26 pm got same traineee answered the phone like she was at home simply answered hello and gave me a attitude told me no not delivered yet I don’t understand a delivery that is tops ten minutes away the person acted like I was bothering them then spoke to manager apparently it’s on the way who knows if it’s trueI no longer will lose this store and I have used it many times in the past!!!

Very Very Disappointed !!!!!!!!! I placed an delivery order TWO DAYS AGO!!!!!! TWO & it was never delivered, I was extremely excited for my daughter who turned 7 today and her birthday surprise was never delivered!!!!! Don’t waste your time placing orders at this location honestly!!!!!!!!!!

Great overall experience. Placed an order and it was ready for pickup in an hour. One of the workers Jerry was great! He was willing to go above and beyond and help me with this order since it was for my fiancée and I was trying to surprise her. Thank you again!

Initially I was going to give this location a 2 star as then I messed up my order on Valentines Day, I know they are super busy but I paid decent amount of money for this order, but I am glad they accepted their mistake and were able to deliver the right product and also give me extra box of strawberry

I wish their website allowed a tip area to add tips for delivery driver. Delivery driver went above and beyond the call of duty. I delivered the arrangement to my moms work and unfortunately she went home early, the delivery driver call her and took her home address and delivered it to her home.

A day late and we ended up throwing it away! Bad fruit hidden under the chocolate. Disgusting!I ordered at 9:30 AM and paid for same day delivery. My item never showed. The next morning when I called, I was told that delivery was attempted. There were people at home all day and we have cameras. There was no delivery attempt. I was told the manager would call me back, which he did. He was nice on the phone, very apologetic. Rather than refund my delivery cost, he asked that we accept a box of dipped fruit. I agreed. I also asked that a fresh arrangement be made that day. He said that is policy.When the arrangement arrived it looked ok but the fruit was disgusting. The bananas were brown and soft under the chocolate. The strawberries were complete mush - so bad they had to be spit out. The melon was tasteless. I have never had a bad experience with edible arrangements before and this really took me by surprise. We ended up throwing the whole thing away.I did not call the shop back as I was so displeased that I dont want another product from them and that is all they offer when asked for a refund.I love edible arrangements and will definitely order again, but never from the Drexel Hill location.

What kind of company only has a delivery window between noon and 4:30?! Most people work those hours. And every time they talk to me on the phone they move the delivery time at least a half hour later.If you love someone and want to send them a nice gift, this one is too much of a hassle to even consider. Terrible experience, nothing but frustration and anxiety.

Called and had a great customer service experience. Asked for same day delivery and they were able to deliver before the end of the day. The arrangement came as I expected it. Overall, a very positive experience. Will order again, especially for the holidays, Valentines Day or Mothers Day.

Delivery was great. However, the arrangement I received was nothing like the one I picked out. Very upsetting. Why have the option to pick if the store cant follow up on it? Also, the candy I received was suppose to say Happy Mothers Day instead I received I love you. I ordered it early enough to have the correct fruits and chocolate.

Would give a 0 rating if I could. This place is horrible!!!. Ordered an arrangement for a very special young man who have made incredible strides in his life. The arrangement was to be delivered on a Saturday. Today is Wednesday and the arrangement has not arrived. The arrangement were to be delivered in Springfield. I was told on Monday that the driver had it on the truck. I explained that the clients are not home until after 04:30. The Supervisor stated that he would have it delivered at that time. The arrangement never arrived on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and the Supervisor apologized and stated that he would look into the issue why the delivery did not take place, He stated that he would remove the delivery charges and add chocolate strawberrys to the order. My friend contacted me at 06:44 PM on Tuesday and stated he waited and nothing arrived. I called and explained the situation and was put on hold while the girl contacted the driver. She came back to the phone with an attitude stating that it was on the truck but they have no delivery time. Today is Wednesday - asking for my money back. So very disappointed - never experienced something of this nature by a store or establishment. Terrible business etiquette! This store makes it bad for the entire Edible Arrangements.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I ordered a customized arrangement IN THE MORNING for my boyfriend with a congratulations balloon for a huge work promotion..I call them at 4 because it wasn’t delivered yet and he gets done at 5. They told me they made a mistake and that it never got sent out. I asked them to send it to his house even tho it was basically pointless since it needed to be sent to his business. I gave the address and finally called again at 6:30pm and they tried telling me that they went there and no one was home. He is home and so is his other 5 family members. This place is such a let down. Will NEVER use them again. Lazy and rude on the phone when I asked for my refund. Never again!

My boyfriend sent me an edible arrangement for my birthday. The arrangement looks awesome, tasted great and the delivery driver was friendly and smiling and wished me a happy birthday. We will use this location again.

I ordered on Mothers Day for my Grandmother. The strawberries were molded. I called the store to complain and I was told by the manager that they had alot going on that day. That isnt an excuse I asked for my money back and recieved the run around. I will be filing a complaint.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my son, who was temporarily in the area for his job. No one was home when the gift was to be delivered and the owner went above and beyond to get a fresh, new arrangement to my son on the next day he was available--which happened to be a Sunday! Incredible customer service!

Extremely upset right now, I order an arrangement weeks in advance and it never showed up. When I called they told me it was out for delivery and it wasn’t. When I called the next day the manager was not helpful at all! She was totally unprofessional and rude! Charles who says he is a supervisor was not helpful pretty much told me there was nothing he could do “I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered not my fault”. I don’t understand how you offer same day delivery and can’t deliver weeks later. I asked for it to be sent on Christmas Eve instead and a refund and the manager says “nope” so I told her I want a refund I won’t use you guys ever again and she say sounds fine to be. I just understand how she is a manager, I’m a customer service rep and I would never answer a customer that way. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I would suggest never having them help you because they clearly don’t care.

I had a late min request to send a arrangement to my Girlfriend at work for her Birthday and I dealt with Charlie and he was Awesome,,,, he walked me thru the process and I wasnt sure of what I wanted but said a Bday/Valentines day type arrangement and I said I will leave it up to you since he is the expert and he said I got you and made a great and awesome arrangement!!! Also was delivered within in a couple hours and my Girlfriend said that the driver was super friendly and it made the whole experience worth it,,,, I definitely would reccomend this place!!!

They lied about tempting to deliver my arrangements and about calling! The manager had no sympathy, just horrible customer service! Will never do business again!

They need a bell. I was waiting for 10 minutes with no one else in the store. The only person who was working, was in the back and she had no clue I had entered the store. That, alone, is very dangerous.
