I like this place better than public storage yet I feel they could do better.What I like most about this place is the history of the building and there are still reminders of the art deco movie theater which was once there. I rent a small unit on the 2nd floor. The floor bows and flexes as my wife and I walk on it. So I give the place 3 stars and 1 bonus star for keeping the history of the Waverly Theater alive.

Really fair price as compared to other storage units that keep adding 5$ a month every 2 months. The only complaint would be the entrance. Its on a hill and parking can be tight but a nice hidden gem

Floorboards were sketchy

Avoid at all costs. My mother rented a unit for several years after she moved to a different state. I personally paid many months of costs. When my mother went back to pick up her items in storage the unit was EMPTY. Zero. Nothing. Who knows how long it had been emptied?? Yet we paid every month. We had my grandmother’s dining room set in there and other family items of sentimental value. Front desk people/owners could not or would not provide information on what the heck happened. I don’t live nearby but it sounded like the unit had gone to auction WHILE WE WERE PAYING FOR IT WITH NO NOTICE TO US. Incredibly disappointing. Don’t leave anything of any value here. It is not safe in my experience. I was heartbroken, absolutely heartbroken, when I realized what had been lost in there. Owners did not care and could provide no information. Useless group of people. Avoid at all costs!! I wish there was a zero rating!!

Did not know this place was old movie theater when I arrived. Marc was very helpful and worked with me through the process. I needed to keep my items in storage for a month and the rates were very good. You get a free lock and the dollys on-site were helpful. God willing, I am never moving again, but if I need to store something, Id use Axis Waverly.

Cheap STORAGE. Very Cheap. You will have some of your property stolen if internal roofing/netting of your storage is breached/open. Make sure that all areas of the storage you book are sealed off, including roof. Thats where thieves and management can get into your storage. Lost some valuable staff this past summer,2018
