After Amazon sent me over 30 lights all individually packaged, I realized they were all the wrong lights. Every light had to be shipped back individually with its own label. After being turned away from another UPS Store because it was too much work, the awesome manager & employees saved the day. What an awesome experience! I will be sure to utilize this location for all of my shipping needs.

Recently went in and as a Marine Veteran they are very professional and adhere to excellent standards. The customer service was quick to adapt with my hearing disability and made it easy for me to go in and out.

So I had the best customer experience and support with the best knowledge and help with my multiple packages through the day will definitely recommend this store with the best 2 people/employees I have met and dealt with Faraz and Dan keep it up guys you Rock

I absolutely love this location. I exclusively ship and receive all my mail from this here. Excellent service, greeted every time I walk in. Such a significantly better experience than using any of the government run postal service’s. And this local business is amazingly run so smoothly, and open during this pandemic. Highly trusted! This is my beef theyre all closed on Sunday didnt they understand that people work all week long and that Sunday might be a much more convenient time for people to Mail packages get over yourselfs America open on Sunday theres no more blue law

This UPS store is the best around! The manager Carry is my go to person when I need something shipped personally or for my business! It’s a one stop shop for all your business needs just tell Carry what you need and she will make it happen. Our business has gotten logo stamps, business cards, uniforms custom printed with our logo, and many more things through this store! Carry’s customer service is unparalleled, our business closes at 6 by the time I close and leave my place I am almost always cutting it super close to 7pm when they close. Countless times I show up right at 7 with 20 packages and she always makes sure that they go out that night and even gives me a hand.

My experience coming to this UPS location has always been great and I can’t believe I didn’t write a review sooner. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and provide incredibly efficient and helpful customer service. I’d like to particularly commend Carey, whom I’ve interacted with the most frequently, for everything she does! I highly recommend going there for all of your shipping or packaging needs!

The staff is the absolute BEST! However, this UPS opens too LATE for me. Im a contractor who travels. 95% of my pkgs are for work & I have to wait until after 8A when I need to be on the road by 6. I need a store with better hours.

The staff is very funny and they also do their best to help me out whenever I visit. P.S the 5 star is for the service I get there, but that UPS sign need to go back up. I still miss the place every time I visit.

Took maybe two minutes to pack and ship something I thought would be confusing. Really appreciate the help and nice employees!

Kerri a “manager” wouldn’t take two small packages to ship back to amazon because it had too much tape on it and the items had to be in a box or a bag n that one little tape spot could get caught on a conveyor belt. All you had to do was press it together and it wasn’t sticking out anymore. She also claimed They were not n a bag. I put a lot of packing tape so no liquids could destroy the label which was printed on paper. So even though it was Totally inconvenient and out of my way I went to staples. The ups guy there said it was ridiculous she didn’t take them because they were fine. Never will go back again.

I had enjoyed being a customer under Lucy and the old management for many years and was worried when I heard the store was being sold. After working with the new staff for some time now, I can honestly say although I miss Lucy, Carrie and staff have done a great job of maintaining the quality of service, friendliness and helpfulness that I had previously become accustomed!
