Its been hard to find what I need in stock during the pandemic. Zack Electronics had the audio connectors and cable ties I needed. I received them quickly and with great customer service. Will definitely be my new go-to electronic store.

This place is horrible. On Amazon said they had something in stock only to email a few days later t find out where my package was, that its on back order. Why would you sell anything that you dont have in hand on amazon to people expecting to get it prime within two days. Your owner must be a genius.

I ordered a power strip and was promised delivery before Christmas. I called to verify and told the rep it was important that I receive it before then. I asked if I need to pay for expedited shipping and he said no, the item is shipping from Chicago and since you live in the Chicago area you will get it in a few days. I contacted on customer service on 12/19 looking for a status update. They told me they had not sent the order to manufacturer and my item will not be available until after the Jan. 1, 2019. So now... I have to pay almost $80 (with expedited shipping) for a $36 ($43 with shipping) item. I dont know why they have so many good reviews. This was the first time I ordered something and most definitely that last. I recommend going to Amazon... Businesses like this should not be supported.

I placed this order because their website (and their Amazon page) showed the products in stock. That is the ONLY reason I ordered from this source. Their shipping confirmation showed my order of 3 parts shipping complete, but I only received one of the 3. Come to find out, one of the products are on back order for a couple of weeks still. I do not recommend this online store.

No integrity. Did not honor there add for UPS battery backup. Definite False advertising. Dont order from or expect there adds to be serviced. They tried to offer the advertised product at 20 times the add price.

The worst customer service ever and they try to scam me by trying to sell me a brand new product instead of the replacement part like I asked. Her name is Judi Lomas(BEWARE OF HER). Telling BS lies and saying the part number I gave her was not valid, so i send her the PDF from the MFG and what do you know she said she was going to call them back and told me that the part number I gave her was not on their price list, how can they make a replacement part but not on their price list doesnt make sense unless she was trying to scam me(caught red handed) I also never got an email back or phone call. First experience and last, I will never buy from them. Ill make sure to spread the word of this horrible,Janky, scamming establishment to friends and family.

I assume they did not have it in their stock thus they come up with this nonsense accusations. do not recommend anyone. stay away.

Rude customer service, This company does not stand behind what they sell. Also charged me double what Platt electric charged me for the same thing.

Warning!! product descriptions dont match product item numbers. You might order a multi-meter and wind up with an ocilliscope. Buyer BEWARE! Wish there was a negative star.
