Great customer service

Morning was good with 5-6 employees on the floor to help. Afternoon was a problem with only 1, and he was stuck on the phone with a customer. The boss Jesus came out, looked around and returned to his office while 4 customers waited in line for the phone call to be over.Then the second phone line started to ring and continued for about 3 minutes when the boss finally appeared. Phone quit ringing and he was grouchy, & took the first customer. A few button pushes on the computer then handed a slip of paper to the employee who was still on the phone and told the customer He will take care of it.Hope this was just a bad day...

Came in for replacement cabin Airfilter and engine Airfilter for my girls daughters 2019 Toyota Prius C and Luis F was very helpful. He gave me the all the information I asked for and was even nice to add that with my Rewards card I had a $20.00 credit! Very cool. Definitely a satisfying experience.

Wish I could give that a 1/4 star rating because this place didnt help me when I was in need of getting Snow Chains for my vehicle they give me what they call Snow Cables that wouldnt work for the Snow & I wanted the Snow Chains because Chains would have worked for driving in the Snow...

Food service, very helpful.

Their battery/ alternator testing machine is broke. They swear its not but trust me its broke. Other than that prices are fair, guys are friendly

My wife bought battery a year ago.While she is getting the car service, the dealer stated that the battery at minimal charge.We got 5 years warranty so we went to that location to get it checked and i have never experienced a bad rude customer service ever in my life! Young Man- don’t remember his name but got a tattoo in his arm writing in arabic means “do more “I wish he actually did more instead of barely talked to me or even looked at me when i 1st asked him how many years left on the warranty or 2nd when he forget to install the battery cover back while changing the bad battery.I will make sure to never return to that location again and will make sure to post that experience on every related social media to that location.

This store is excellent. I called them and they were friendly, energetic and eager to help. I brought my car to the store so they could test the battery. Hector in particular, was exceptionally helpful,. He tested the battery, determined it was faulty and promptly replaced it under warranty. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I will gladly drive the extra miles to bring them my business.

I asked Auto Zone to check my battery & alternator(which a.z. says they will do for free) instead of just having employee coming out to my car(a.z. wants you(the customer to take out your own battery/alternator so a.z. can check it inside the store(a.z. said it would take 1hr)on a machine, if I needed to recarge my battery. Instead of doing that I checked w/another employee they said that is their policy. Not going back to A.Z. again. Utter nonsense. Stupidity in the zone@autozone !

Excellent service. I needed to get my car battery replaced and remembered getting great service at the auto zone in the Pasadena location so I came here to give business to auto zone. Service rep saved me money by letting me know of my warranty and replaced my car battery as well. Auto zone, you have a repeat customer in me forever.

Terrible customer experience. Staff has no professionalism. Staff has no respect toward to customer. Cashier laugh out loud during work hours in front of customer. Cashier make fun of customer while customer queue in line. I dont recommend any one to come here.

Ive never had an issue with this location before this visit. This is the only auto parts retailer I shop at. Bought an optima battery less than 2 years ago. It went dead. I took it to have it checked and left it overnight. The next day I picked it up and they said everything was good with the battery just needed to get charged. When I went to install it I had no power to the car. Took it back and they said it was dead again. I dont understand the diagnosis that they gave me originally. Not sure if they have faulty equipment or something. They are unable to find my purchase in the system so now Im basically out of luck. The battery clearly has a sticker on the side stating it was manufactured on 11/17. Thats another 9 months of it being under warranty. I guess I have to start taking pictures of my receipts. They suggest I can speak to the manager that would be in the following day. When I asked if I could leave my contact info so she can call me their response was that shes kinda busy mondays. This definitely changed my opinion on this establishment which is disappointing because Ive had nothing but great experiences with Autozone prior to this.

Our break lights werent working, so we were in desperate need of new ones right away! Francisco was very kind and put in the light bulbs for us. We appreciated his professionalism and customer service!

I got stranded at 8:30 at night with my six-year-old son. The manager and his coworker was so helpful they went the extra mile to help me fix the problem. Thanks to them I got home safely. Thank you AutoZone for employing great people like them that go the extra mile.

Called these guys up for a dist. cap, spark plugs and cables for my 88 S15 Jimmy. They were just a couple miles away and when I got there, they already had them all together and waiting. Went back later for 2 way valve. System couldnt find it but the guys on the floor found exactly what I needed. Thanks very the help!

I come here now and then for when they have sales on oil and other things. Customer service is sometimes good or bad. Just depends on the employee. But other than that, its always clean and mostly I am in and out within 5 to 10 minutes max.

How is place always 30 to 40% higher for parts than any other auto parts store. It is always part of my searches but I never buy here. Staff is nicer than OReilly and pep boys.

This autozone used to be amazing when it came to customer service. They would help you out with problems with your car. The people who used to work there were excited to help you fix a problem. Recently new members that have been added have not been giving the same customer service. The wait for workers are longer. They wont go out to help check your battery. They used to help more lately they just stay inside behind the register or the back of the store and talk to each other or they only help a certain type of people. They sometimes give you no eye contact when you are seeking help and walk around aimlessly like they are being productive. There are a few guys who will help but they are the older mature guys. If they werent there i wouldnt waste time walking into the store. Only when the district manager is there does EVERYBODY help.

I go to this location when necessary. Went in to get some wiper blades and after trying to install them I was having difficulty. Went back in and asked for some assistance, and I was helped by Linda, who seen my mistake and as I was making fun of myself for the mishap she not only didnt laugh, but proceed to change both of my wiper blades for me. I missed removing the cover from the housing. She is amazing and provided top notch customer service, she also assisted me in locating the right product within my price range. I dont typically write reviews but felt the need in this case.
