I cannot express my gratitude to this Goodyear location. Mark (I believe that was his name) took care of us from beginning to end. Metal debris hit our rental car and caused the transmission pan to leak. We had to get the rental car towed to the parking lot situated between the Ford Advantage dealership and Goodyear. Ford was not accepting walk ins on the Mustang rental. But luckily, Goodyear was able to take care of us. Their service was impeccable and professional. Kudos to this location and thank you for saving us!

I really like the workers here. Everyone is nice and professional. However, I came in to repair a door that couldn’t roll up the window. Parts and labor was priced between $150-$300. Went to the junkyard myself and bought the part for $40 and repaired it. I had some other work done on my car with trial and error, which cost more than what the car was worth. They fixed it but you will be paying anywhere between 150-500% of the actual cost of repair. They get the cheapest possible parts probably at huge discounts and sell the part at premium price, with more than half the bill coming from labor. I hate these exploitative practices by mechanics and it’s sad that people don’t have the time or ability to fix their own cars. From now on I will fix anything myself and only go to mechanics for anything I can’t.

I was beyond satisfied. I had a flat tire and the clerk did an amazing job at helping me. He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need did exactly what I wanted. It’s fast and I definitely recommend coming. Can’t beat the customer service. I don’t ever Leave reviews unless I’m really happy about my experience. Will be coming back again.

Brought my company vehicle here to get serviced. Was turned away for not having the right fleet service paperwork. I have never been turned away for this reason in three years of servicing this vehicle! Just takes a phone call, which these guys didn’t care to make. Went down the street to Pep Boys, who took care of me, no problem.

I had a flat and took my car at this location since I was far from the usual Goodyear that I take my car to. It’s nice to know that no matter which Goodyear location I go to, I can expect the same service. They were fast, efficient, and provided great customer service. Plus I have new tires and can drive home safely. If I’m ever in this area and need an emergency repair, I’ll be coming to this location again.

Its none of their fault but Ive had a lot of bad luck with my tires since Ive been a customer. Like nails and screws and the like. For what its worth, they always get to me quickly and send me on my way to go find another land mine to run over

I dont like leaving bad reviews. I prefer to use reviews to encourage others to patronize a business where I had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Mountain View tire was not a positive one.I had just made some changes to my vehicle and thought id better get an alignment check to avoid any bigger problems down the line. I called around a few places and most of them were closed either because it was a Sunday or because of this Pandemic going around. Naturally, I was happy to hear that mountain view was open. I got a quote for $99 dollars which was a little more than I was aiming for, but still reasonable enough. I easily found an online coupon on their own website for $10 off which made me feel much better about not doing more shopping around for a better price before making an appointment.I showed up at service desk and was greeted promptly. When I presented the gentleman behind the counter with the coupon on my phone, he responded that he would not be able to accept the coupon unless it was printed on paper. Really??? in 2020, during a pandemic?? not to mention the coupon itself made absolutely no mention of the coupon having to be printed as many other coupons do. I did not make much more of it since clearly the gentleman was simply following orders and surely did not have the autonomy to override that decision. Instead of arguing over $10 I decided to get my car started on and head back home on foot to get this coupon printed out, which I did.When I returned (almost 2 hours later) my car was ready to go. I came back to the counter and presented my $10 coupon which was accepted. I paid for my alignment and was about to walk out of the door when I noticed that the paperwork I was given did not have the alignment specs printed out. Every alignment I have ever received comes with a spec sheet of where the alignment was before and after the service. This showcases how bad the alignment was before and also provides proof that the shop made the adjustments within factory specifications. When I asked for the sheet, the person behind the counter came up with multiple excuses of why he was unable to provide that sheet, first the printer is not working, the computer didnt save it etc. . etc. . whatever the reason the point is they did not have the spec sheet to give me.Did they even do the alignment? Did my car even need it? Truth is I will never know.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone especially when Midas is down the street and Firestone tires is not far away and they both have the option to email their coupons to yourself and present them on your phone. Most importantly, I am sure their alignments come with a spec sheet like every proper alignment should.

Always really helpful staff. I’ve been to other places and it’s frustrating when they tell you to come back in another hour and a half cause they’re busy(and so on)... Mountain View has always had someone help me right away and give me the correct advice as to what would be more beneficial for me in the long run (when they could have just took my money and just did the wrong thing). The staff that has helped me has been so helpful and are genuinely happy to be working there. I will always recommend to other people 👌🏻

George is the best customer service I have seen in auto center. He was very nice over the phone and taking care of my car. Better service than their neighbor auto costco center. Come to visit them, years good much better than others. Again, thanks a lot George for your friendly help.

These workers have always given me a hard time about the cars I bring in. They want $1000 to put two new brake pads. I have never in my life have had to pay more than $250-$300 for brakes. Absolutely garbage A** place. From the service to the people who run the place. Absolutely terrible. If I was to recommend a places to go. Go anywhere else! If I could give less then a star for this review I would.

I went to take my car to get it fixed because the oil was leaking and they never fixed it. They charged me $ 470 for fixing something that wasnt the problem and new manager said cant do anything they wanted to charge me more again to fix the original problem. It was a waste my $$ of so many times and it was disappointing.

This place has good prices and does a good job fixing whatever you need just don’t show up and Hour and half before they close. WE ALL WORK but they lose absolutely all customer service and turn into some of the rudest people I have ever met

Please please avoid them whenever you can. I went there because of a lot of good reviews, but it turns out they are neither honest nor competent in repairing issues. I came in with loud noise with my car and they charged me almost $1400 for repair. But in the end although they fixed the issue, they generated another issue which they cannot seem to fix. And they are going to give up if they cannot fix it. Their theory is as long as they use parts from original manufacturer, they are not responsible for the problems anymore if they still exist.It also took a much longer time to get it fixed. They keep changing stories, at one point its wrong part, and then bad parts, now they have to order from original manufacturer.They couldnt even figure out if its a FWD or AWD vehicle at beginning.Its a bad choice to go with them and I hope my costly lesson can be useful for you.

First off, I NEVER write reviews unless I really like something, or really hate something...That said --I was very impressed by this place. My car battery died in a parking lot a few blocks away. Walked to this store, told them what happened. They gave me a jumper cable pack to jump my car and take it back to their shop, didnt charge me, they checked the battery, it was a lemon, they replaced it, didnt charge for labor, just the cost of the new battery. When I was in the waiting room, they asked what I wanted to watch on the TV. I asked if the coffee was fresh, they said not really and brewed some new stuff for me, overly polite and helpful. Did a good job, fast service, couldnt ask for better. I hate my goddamn car, but thats not their fault.

This place is great. Got towed in there with a flat. I had no money so I was call my mom or dad and get credit card over phone. They cant do that for security purposes. He said they would just take care of it how nice . Im gonna go give him the money monday

They are and have always been a reliable source of tires and auto service. We have been customers there for at least 20 years, and have never had a problem.

I like to stay fair and post as accurate as possible of a review. I want to like this shop because of all the great things Ive heard but they are not so honest. First off I drive an ARI fleet vehicle. ARI has to approve repairs. After dropping off my vehicle for brake noise they said that ARI didnt approve cause I got brakes done at a Firestone and I would have to take it back there. I called ARI and they said that this shop never even called to check if it was approved. I told him as I had the ARI rep on the phone that they will approve because its a safety issue. So they then inspected the brakes which took several hours only to come back to me at 5pm saying they cant get a hold of an ARI rep to approve. I called ARI, immediately got a hold of them and they had already approved it hours prior which these guys can see online anyways. They tried to cover their lie by saying they have a different number. Not true. It all goes to the same line. They just tried to not have to do the work so they could go home. So finally, I got the brakes done. A week later which is today, the brakes are making noise again so I take it back. He then proceeds to blame it on me for driving it too hard. I told him I didnt drive it hard for the first 400 miles like you said and he ignored me and said ok. Then when I walked back in the shop 20 mins later the rude guy says to me you overheated the brakes by driving them too hard. I am a professional stunt driver with many years experience. I have driven cars for tv shows and commercials. I know how to drive. I know how to use brakes. I have completed driver training similar law enforcement driver training. I dont appreciate some alfa male dude giving me a guilt trip cause his service was defective. They all gave me an awkward vibe as if Im the bad guy for speaking up which I could care less about. I think this car has prior damage because as I was just told by them the axl is making the weird knocking noise ive been hearing since I got it but instead of recognizing that it could he prior damage, these guys want to blame it on the customer. What great customer service. Its a 2018 car btw but the previous owner must have done something to it and tried to cheaply cover it up. Well if you read this far, they re cleaned them or something and they seem to be working fine. I will be trading in this vehicle next week so Ill be fine. A little transparency from these guys might be something they need to work on.

I only needed to get my tires rotated. I was in and out and it only cost be $20.

As you can read on Google and Yelp, Jamie the General manager is emblematic of what quality customer service is, A polite, empathetic and funny guy giving honest and fast service. I almost want to get a flat tire in Duarte again just to say hi to Jamie.

I was welcomed right away by Eddie & he described exactly what was wrong & had me in and out quick! I used to sit at autotune & costco for hours waiting not here! I advise anyone looking for A honest answer & price this is the place! Air condition, tv,drinks & clean bathrooms!
