Every time get the same thing!My delicious breakfast and drink

This is the friendliest Starbucks Ive ever been to! They are always super busy and still manage to keep the line moving, get your order right, and provide excellent customer service! Shows good management, keep up the good work all! Thank you!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks they really imbody the feel of a local batista. Theresa and Corwin help me start mornings off right. Even when I order ahead of time they still manage to show the love. Keep up the great work everyone, you have a great team!!

Five stars for the good food and excellent staff. Otherwise, one star. Flies inside. Homeless twickers outside. Annoying headache-inducing rap piped in. Good coffee, though.

I typically order a cookie crumble creme frappuccino. If Starbucks makes a mistake on your order or you dont enjoy what was made, all you have to do is ask and they will give you a new item! The team members at this location are kind and remember my order.

I am a hardcore Starbucks customer. Shelby is the best Starbucks worked I have ever met. She is every friendly and polite. I wish if I can make it my spot but I am from Northridge.

Rude and not accommodating. It was raining and we stopped for coffee and tea before our Dads service. A woman in front of us could not make up her mind so we asked if the batista can get out drinks started while the woman made up her mind. She said NO because of the line outside and inside. It was only the one woman, us and the line of cars yes, but it took this woman more than 10 minutes then she did not have her wallet and we had to leav we were out of tume,or and without drinks. So glad I no longer live there and this is not my Starbucks

If I could, I would have given negative stars.A little more than a month ago, I purchased an ESPRO P7 32 oz. French press, and realized afterwards without ever using it that it was NOT vacuum insulated (the store did not have a box along with it).I have NEVER returned an item in Starbucks before. And today I went to this store where I made the original purchase to avoid any potential hassle. Unfortunately, what I ended up getting was more hassle!Upon presenting the original receipt, the barista did not know what to do, so she asked her manager/supervisor, and then she came back and told me since it is over a certain amount, I can only put it back to your debit card. I told her that I NEVER had a debit card. Then she told me it has to be pit back to the credit card. I asked why cant they just put it onto my Starbucks app, which I used to make the purchase. She went on asking me how can I not have a debit card and reload my Starbucks account. Thats none of her business and she should have known the answer, which is a customer can also reload it by using cash or PayPal, which I patiently explained.Amazingly, the manager/supervisor came and told me I have to call 1-800-LATTE37 and talk to customer service, so they can direct me to a store and get a refund. I knew instantly this is total BS! The purchase was within 60 days and I presented the original receipt, its the policy and yet they refused to honor it!And in the past, I tried to exchange same valued items and was unable to do so. They just claimed they cannot do it, which I later found out was a lie! Because I was able to do this in other branches.I later went to the branch on Foothill/Todd, and Megan easily solved the problem for me. will NEVER set foot in this store again! And I will continue supporting other branches.

They are giving out caramel fraps as caramel ribbon crunch. The drive thru guy, sadly i dont remember his name, was making fun of my drink on the speaker as i proceeded to the pay window he apologized but it was insincere because his co worker was legit making fun of me and my order behing him. She was like a tall/big white girl i think she had a braid in her hair

Great service always

One time I came in about a month ago from this post and I ordered a egg muffin. It was cold so I got a new one and it was slightly warmer but still cold. Im not one to make a big deal especially feeling full after eating 2 halves why would I want a 3rd. So I just threw the second one away and tell this story to all my friends so they know. Coffee is always good but maybe the food warmer had some issues.

Really good site, lots of parking, fast and friendly service. Clean atmosphere, restroom with password on the door.Only little problem is that they have only like two small tables. So you mainly have to share a long table with other people but it was ok. People were polite and kept to themselves. Im definitely coming back when in the area.

I ordered a cold drink and when i got to the window i noticed it looked like it had milkthey explained it had coconut milk of which i explained I was allergic to coconut they gladly remade my drink with almond milk and all with no gripes just a great big smile!

Just got out of this Starbucks, this employee named Izzy is very rude, I went with my Daughter they called our our name we went to get our drinks and very rude she told us this is not your drink, them we where wating for our food, i i was nice to say excuses me maam im waiting on my food and she responded very rude yeah it will be right out just the say she talked to me was unexpected

I stopped by to meet a friend and had a large Pikes Place.This Starbucks has two family size and two bistro size tables along with about four bar stools. Outside there are three tables.I share the above as there is decent seating inside yet not enough parking outside. Starbucks is located on the corner in a strip mall, and there is minimal parking for the types of retail outlets.

Good service, and nice to see everyone wearing face masks.

Team at S on Foothill and Buena Vista in Monrovia, CA is the best. During curfew they opened at exactly 6:30 am, as promised, had a huge line waiting, and still handled everyone like pros!

This Starbucks has recently renovated (less than 2 years) and is a very nice location to drink and chill inside or outside. Its central to WalMart, Target, and restaurants, which makes it an ideal location. The staff is always amazing!

Every time I go to this location I can expect to get a great tasting latte. I always order a café latte and it is always prepared perfectly! Love it! Thank you!

Had to go back thru drive thru because there was no sweetener in it. Ordered a double smoked bacon and egg sandwich. The bacon isnt like it used to be. It was thin and chewy. Its $4.95, and totally not worth it.

Best coffee and food

Nice store with a good flow from door to pickup area. Could use better seating and more of it. Has a small outdoor seating area and a drive through window.

This is one of the newer Starbucks locations on Huntington drive and has fairly fast service once youre in line. The traffic pattern getting into the drive-thru is sometimes difficult since it is a single lane that has cars coming from both Huntington and the shopping area parking lot. I find it sometimes best to park and walk in if its congested.

I drove to Starbucks with some friends, because online it says that the Starbucks on Huntington and Mountain closes at 10. The sign on the door also says that they closed at 10, but we were asked to leave at 9:30. They really need to fix the hours online and the sign on the door, because they are not accurate. They should put a disclaimer that says the lobby closes 30 minutes early. The worker was very polite about asking us to leave the store.

Bad, they dont know how to make specialty drinks. I even showed them the recipe but noooo still didnt get it right. I dont like Starbucks, I just did this for my kids. I enjoy Coffee Bean Better.

Pico and Lincoln is a good store with polite and efficient staff. There are numerous homeless outside at times asking for money sometimes they come in asking for money too and were asked to leave. I was grateful they did ask them to leave. Thank you.

Love the staff especially the morning people. You can tell they work really hard to make every moment right even when you can clearly tell they are slammed with customers.

Friendly service, quick and accurate. My complaint and low scoring is in regards to not having the cold brew coffee available an hour after they open. I understand that it takes 20 hours to brew but it is unacceptable to tell your customer try again next time, its hit and miss. I would have understood having an off night but to tell your customer not to expect it to be ready when you come next time is poor management.

Friendly in the drive thru!!

This Starbucks location is pretty nice. Its a decent size with a long window table with 8 stools and 11 tables. Ive never had a problem with finding a seat here. The employees here are really courteous and theyve never gotten my drink wrong. Too bad this location doesnt have a drive thru.

This location`s employees were very friendly an attentive, the place was clean and organized. You should stop by and try a drink and the Grilled Cheesie Sandwich.

Friendly and fast service. Drive thru available but usually Ill get down since Im not very patient. Parking is a bit scarce but usually Ill find a spot. Drinks are what weve come to expect from Starbucks. Im not a fancy drink guy...but Ill get a nitro cold foam brew with salted caramel. Today I got the dark roast drip with a shot of espresso and out did the trick!

Pre ordered 3 traveler boxes for an 830 am pick up. Arrived 830 and although they quickly found the written order, the order had not been started. Mistakes happen, but maybe instead of saying nobody told me just be honest and say you forgot to look at the morning orders.Now Im late for my meeting ...I do expect a bit more from Starbucks.

It was very disappointing. I paid 15 dollars to wait ten minutes for my blened coffees. While employees chated and made drinks for themselves. I will not be back. Coffee bean and tea leaf has much better service.

Its 50-50 here. Sometimes an awesome experience and sometimes not. Frequently out of items like cinnamon, stirrer sticks, stoppers etc. It gets annoying. Yesterday they forgot to make my drink. I had waited in a long line over 15 minutes and all the people behind me were getting their drinks. Mine was simple, a plain coffee frappuccino with no whip. I asked what happened to my drink and was given this exact reply by (I am leaving out his name) the guy, we are only human. in a very rude tone. I replied this is not the first time this has happened to me here and again he arrogantly stated, we are only human. I finally got my drink which seriously wasnt that great either. Any other location...never have an issue.
