I was extremely pleased with the flowers that I ordered. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered the same day the weekend of Easter, knowing theyd be busy and was really surprised that they were delivered 2-hours later. The arrangement looked even better than the example online too. Id use Rancho Duarte Florist again for any floral needs in a heartbeat.

I needed flowers sent with same day delivery and I was calling after 12pm. I wasnt sure if it would be possible. The woman on the phone was great, she assured me the flowers would be beautiful and delivered by 4pm.. At 4:15 I received a call from the recipient who was thrilled at the gorgeous floral arrangement they received!!!

Loved the service I got from this place. I had to place a last minute delivery for my grandmother on valentines day and they were able to get it to her at a reasonable time. I loved it so much i decided to go through this company to send her birthday flowers and balloons and they got to her before noon.

I ordered a fruit basket for our son who had undergone surgery. The basket was delivered the same day (free of charge) and my son was very happy with the basket and so were his kids, who were happy to share in the goodies!

The flowers were beautiful... very nice lady... BUT, she created issues for my now EXgirlfriend and I. I called to ask when the flowers were sent and somehow she told my girlfriend that I asked who sent them and when. Now, why would someone do that? I went to the shop to talk to her and she denied it. (I first bought flowers from her and then mentioned that I thought it was uncalled for and irresponsible to do something like that). Then blamed someone else and said she would talk to her staff. I know it was her on the phone... so it wasnt anyone else. Anyway, come to find out my EXgirlfriend had already called again and told her we were having issues and she still went ahead and put her two cents into it again. I dont understand why someone would do that. She knows exactly who I am because I bought 70 dollars worth of flowers from her before asking her why would anyone do that. I am now single, thanks to her making it seem like I didnt know who sent the flowers. I mean even if that was the case, why on earth would you do that to your customers (online customers btw)?! I find it ridiculous and irresponsible to do this and I think the attendant or owner needs to rethink their practice or procedures.

Called very late morning on day of Valentines Day not expecting to have any luck getting a dozen roses and lillies delivered to a girl I was dating. I was helped by Kimberly who not only understood, and didn’t judge me for being “last minute”, but she put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement!Kimberly thank you and RD Florist!!

Flowers are not fresh, arrive wilty.cheap flower subsitutes :carnations instead of roses and less premium flowers than the website photo.i was disappointed will not order from again.i ordered flowers as a wedding gift the beginning of March.No one answered me back about my order complaint though, tried 2x. Same day delivery for $5 and the 3 lilies looked good were the only pluses I can think of.

I am very happy with my order experience online. However, the bouquet my mother-in-law received was not what I paid for. According to the website, it states that the lowest price or the standard price will get one a bouquet arranged approximately as shown on the website; well the picture shows more than a dozen roses in the arrangement; I purchased the Rose Delight bouquet in the Premium price range, or the most expensive price range.Moving on, if one upgrades in price, to the Deluxe price, or the middle/second price range, it states that the bouquet will be upgraded in size and will look fuller. And last, if one upgrades to the final and highest price range, or the Premium size, (which is the price I paid for,) it states that its their most impressive display including more fullness and a larger size. So, according to the picture; which again, had more than a dozen roses, I was expecting a bouquet with many more roses than a dozen, fuller and larger in size. What my mother-in-law received were 12 roses!!!!!! The vase was small and the water looked murky, the bouquet did not look full at all. I am so disappointed and I feel deceived. I basically paid over $65 for 12 roses. I feel ripped off.In the past, I ordered through a third party website, which contracted them to make my floral arrangements and I was very pleased with their work as they made a huge flower arrangement and it was fuller and larger in size because I paid for the premium price. I decided to go with the florist directly this time so they would get the full payment instead of sharing a percentage with the third party and so I didnt have to pay servicing fees and shipping; but I am disappointed with their work. I ordered two floral arrangements for two different days for two different moms. Well see how the second arrangement looks tomorrow.A plus ordering from this florist is that they have free local shipping which I was able receive.
