They have a great selection of jewelry making items, beads and tools. I found many different things that I havent seen at any of the other beads stores here in town. The prices were also very impressive. It is clean and everything was nicely layed out. What was SO NICE was the staff! They were SO incredibly KIND and HELPFUL!!! They took the time to listen to what I was trying to make. They also had a printed out packet of a variety of classes to take (for the next 3 months). They went through it and mark down the ones that would best fit me. They had tables with clients making their own jewelry (they were even kind & helpful). I was very inspired after going there. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, showed up just before closing to get beads for a mothers day gift. The ladies here were very patient and kind and helped me find exactly what I needed even though they were probably ready to go home. I will definitely be going back!

This is a really cool place. I came in here for an alteration of a pearl necklace and will likely go back. Id love to bring my mom here, they have a lot of her style of jewelry.

I took a class here and was hooked! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Great selection and always have trunk shows its a nice place to spend an afternoon

I was very upset with my visit there. When I came in no one even acknowledged that I was there. I walked around their store for quite some time with no one even asking if I needed help. It was upsetting because I couldnt find what I needed and did not feel comfortable asking for help. I dont think they saw me as their main demographic for who would shop there so they figured they would not assist me. I love making costumes and am generally in need for beads for small details. That said, I would not come here again as I didnt even get a hello when I walked in. My buisness will be going else where.
