When visiting the ATT store on Sawmill Rd, Dublin I was delighted by the exemplary service that I received from Kayla Oakley at that store. She went above and beyond to service our needs and to also update us on the newest promotions that you were having on phones. I will always return back to this store due to Kayla and her high level of customer service.
This is a great AT&T store. Bo helped my daughter and I with exactly what we wanted. He was helpful when it came to product knowledge, and patience in answering questions. He was also very friendly and didn’t rush our decisions. I would recommend this store to anyone.

They didnt have many samsung phones in stock but 2. Then when I did buy a phone the guy said they are not allowed to setup your new phone! And he doesnt know much about samsung. He can take my money but not help to get the phone setup???? So when I was trying to setup my phone to make sure everything worked they rushed us out saying it would take too long to transfer my data from one device to another. I still had an hour before the store closed, so I told them I am making sure the phone works so I dont have to come back... mean while another customer came in pay their bill and they were told to call the customer service number to do that.... they had to keep coming back in because they still were having issues! no help at all!! what is the point of a store if its not to service AT&T customers with their devices and accounts?!?

Amazing experience at this location!!My family wanted to move 6 lines to ATT & we made the right choice coming here.We worked with Alphonso and I absolutely love him. He was super nice, chatted with us throughout the entire process and answered our endless questions. He explained our bill, charges, etc with a lot of attention to details.We were there about 45 minutes past closing and the other 2 associates in the store stepped in to help so Alphonso wasn’t stuck with everything. I loved the teamwork mentality!!I will send friends and family here over and over.

Updated Edit:Decreased stars due to feeling taken advantage of. Recommended to buy (unnecessary) gadgets without full information provided. Protection plan for $40/month added on without my consent. Asked to transfer a tablet over which I was told was done but wasn’t. My husband’s phone number wasn’t transferred properly. I’m happy with my new phone and comfortable with my plan but the service provided was subpar at best.Original post:Ashley & Colin were very helpful and super nice. I came in tonight to fix a problem with my phone and ended up having nothing short of a fantastic experience! While working to sort out my issue, Kayla and Carrie also noticed they could save I and my family up to $50 on our bill while offering us unlimited data (compared to our shared 30 GB plan), 30 GB of hotspot data per line, and free HBO Max for the family. Their service was warm, welcoming, and, to top it all off, extremely quick. I couldnt have been happier with my service tonight and more thrilled about all the savings and benefits they offered us. If youre an AT&T customer or looking to switch, come check this place out. They are pretty amazing!

Today was a day I normally hate but, today I had Kayla on my side. She made a 3 phone switch out and a new Att Tv seamless. This has been the best phone switch experience I’ve ever had. Without a doubt I’m so glad I came into this store on this day. New phones for my family a business line and ATT TV in and out with 90 mins. All my phones were setup she saved me money on my bill and she even got me to buy my screen protectors and cases in store with a new promotion. Great experience great savings and amazing customer service. 6 stars today!!!!!
Went in expecting a stressful experience but couldn’t have been more wrong! The woman helping me (I can’t remember her name but she was blonde and so awesome) made it so easy!

Where is your integrity? I purchased 2 iPhones and updated my plan. One of the iPhones was defective and I informed ur store rep within the 14 days. Store manager refused to exchange the phone after Apple support determined it was a hardware issue! This cost me 3 additional trips to Apple and a lot of time! If you sell a defective product, simply replace it!

Horrible customer service experience
I waited a few months to write this review. I wanted to ensure that the billing prices given to me were accurate—spoiler alert: they were! No hidden fees on my unlimited plan. As for the customer service; it was great! That normal anxiety of, “what are they going to try and sell me?” Was replaced with calmness. Who knew walking into an Att store could feel like a day wt the spa? Excellent job management, you have given your employees room and trust to be successful!

Came to this location after going to the one on Henderson Rd 3 different times with ZERO help (that location is worthless). They were able to help me here and get it all figured out in about 9 min. Finished up what I needed and I was good to go. Quick and easy. I knew it couldnt be that hard.
This store has always been my go to store. No matter what they are always eager to help. I really appreciate despite not being technology savvy they have never treated me as a bother unlike other places I’ve been. Thanks again!

The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. Respectable to my not knowing and I appreciated his informed advise. I had a few questions and he had thorough answers to all, even went above and beyond, checked current offers and upgraded my business internet. I felt appreciated as a long time ATT customer. Also I truly was able to be in and out without a wait - he really knew the att system and never had to look for anything or did not know how to do anything. This service was exemplary and can definitely retain any customer.

I never leave reviews but I brought my grandpa into this ATT so he could get his own plan after my grandma passed. The crew could not have been more nice and helpful to him!!!! Aaron walked him step by step into his new plan without losing patience which is so easy for people to do with elderly these days!!! So happy I brought him here, he even managed to show us their new cable service ATT TV. We love the google assistant feature!!!!! My grandpa wants to come back in to ask more questions LOL.
I switched from Sprint(which I was getting for $6 a month for 2 lines because of a promo) when the old store manager Matt was working in this store. He lied to me and got me to switch promising me a lot of different credits and promos. After numerous bills and the credits and promos I was promised did not show up I called and he had left the store to work at another branch. After playing phone tag and him ignoring my calls and texts he finally responded and said he would look into it. He never fixed the problem and began ignoring me again. I called the corporate ATT office and they basically told me it’s not their problem and Matt has to fix it. He cost me $910 and I decided to cut my losses and switch to a different service provider. ATT was a terrible experience and Matt was a liar and unprofessional. It’s sad that ATT does not care about it customers. I wish things would have worked out differently.
Very friendly staff with customer service as their main priority. They even let me return a new phone without any questions asked. The AT&T store that I have been to in central Ohio..would recommend to anyone needing to go to an AT&T store in Columbus Ohio. Try and talk to Zach the manager, he is the best and very helpful.

I was in to upgrade my phone, and the young man who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out quickly; my only complaint was he never emailed me the receipt for my purchase as he promised. I waited a week and called the store to request it again. My email address and name were taken over the phone and the receipt promised once again. Thats been over a month ago and I have yet to be sent my receipt.
2 stars because 2 of the staff members were great. Unfortunately I got to deal with the only miserable person working there. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing.

People was no help to me
Service representative, Jacob, was friendly but extremely rushed, talked entirely too fast, which made it exceedingly difficult to understand or follow the conversation, and seemed frenetic, pressed, constantly distracted by other customers, often rudely stepping away, repeatedly, perhaps even nervous, and thereby making the experience far less than satisfactory. In short, I want a custom service representative to take their time, listen attentively, understand my specific and personal needs -- without indifference or smug condescension, and provide undivided attention while waiting on me as a valued and informed consumer. Unfortunately, I received none of the above on any level; thoroughly dissatisfied with this location.
Did not have any Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus phones for over a week. Had go to another AT&T store. Overall staff was nice and friendly. Tried to help locate a store with it in stock.
I’m writing this to inform the people who want to choose AT&T to think twice. Even though they are world leader in communications and technology their Costomer services is awful. It seems that they are getting worse and worse instead of trying to improve. They say bunch of lies about their services and offer you a good price to make you get a service from them but after you see your bill you face with so many other charges and you see your payment it’s not what you have been told. You try to call the Costomer service and you talk with another agent and he or she would promise you to fix the issue but it will get worse. Your next bill will be more than last one. You can just try and call them few times and you ask about same plan and you will notice that each agent would offer you a different price and different plan. I believe they are told to sell the service no matter how. They don’t care about your time and your business. They don’t care how long you have been their customer the only thing their care is selling their service will a higher price.
I needed help regarding the sound on my phone. Jensen came across rude. He said he could help with my network or sales, we dont do tech support! I said ok, Ill go to a different store. Then he offered to try & help & tried to be a little nicer. If I had never been to a ATT store, Id never go back. What if I had just bought a new phone a few days ago & came in for help!

The worst experience ever.I am not sure whats going on as now ALL the staffs are rude and not helpful for customer. When I said ALL, that meant from in-store service, online service & phone services. They dont know anything and especially in store, they always slack around playing their phone.I think I will switch carriers and start avoid using AT&T from now.

I do not post reviews, but after my experience I feel I need to. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I hate to use the term “douche bags”, but that about sums it up. One of the employees had to ask the “manager” a question. Walked 3 feet over to the “manager” asked him my question then walked 3 steps to me and told me what he said. Haha. Instead of the “manager” walking 4 feet over to try and address my concerns. They didn’t even try to help resolve or contact someone to address my issues. They could not provide me with other types of solutions. I have been an ATT customer for 15 years and never had an experience like that. I am a lawyer and run a law practice and if my employees acted this way I would be out of business. ATT is a good company but they need to really pay attention who they hire. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
Unprofessional egotistical sales rep wanted to argue with me about porting numbers over from another carrier because he was lazy. I went to another at&t store and they ported my lines and I was out in 20 minutes. That stores loss.... Find another location..
Sales guy had decent knowledge of system, but was extremely patient and helpful.Only issue was that workforce is less, had to wait for almost an hour and it was not a busy day.

It is one of the worst customer service experience I have within AT&T Company store location. When I visited this store NIKI manager....She is totally disrespectful to the customers. I waited there for 20 minutes and she came and attend other customer without considering who came first.She wont be able to help me and divert me to other customer rep. who doesnt have enough knowledge of their product.Staff was rude and not acceptable from customer facing company.I am not satisfied at all if I need give any value to this store for customer service then I will give 1Cent. (1 star is not good value for the service - sorry I have to give 1star)
Why AT&T has store if they cant help customer? I stopped by to pickup the phone which ordered online. They screwed up my data plan without my knowledge. I had proof of chat on email which I try to saw it to representative however they are not ready to see.. There response call ATT, We can do anything. Im with ATT for 10 years. Loyalty means nothing to this big giants. Just unbelievable..
I will admit that going to the store i was expecting a long wait.... BUT i was so happy to get an upgraded phone and i was in and out in less than a half hour!!!
Great service on getting my son a new phone
Make sure you schedule your internet and tv installation several weeks in advance. Ive had my installation date cancelled 3x already, in two days. Really pathetic service. Shame I have no choice but to go with AT&T for my internet, because Id go with literally anyone else in a heartbeat at this point.I can only imagine how terrible the service is for cellular customers.

Was told 25 minutes. After waiting an hour and fifteen I let the manager know we were leaving and his weak attempt to ask me to wait helped me realize this store would rather let a lead slip to their competitor than staff up enough to reduce wait time.
Horrible experience at this store. They set up my account wrong and because of that, I couldnt get my $300 port over credit they had promised me. After multiple visits to the store manager and much of my time wasted, I never received my $300 credit. Do not set up a new ATT account at this store. They do not know what they are doing. My frustration with this store led me back to Verizon. Fortunately Verizon wanted me back so I am in the process of porting back. I was attracted to ATT because I have Directv and wanted to migrate to one account and receive port over credits. Hopefully Directv customer service does not deteriorate further now that ATT has bought them. I would strongly recommend staying away from this ATT store. Read the other reviews out there for this store which I failed to do. This ATT location is not a reputable business is my book. They dont stick to their word and they would rather penalize their customer then take responsibility for their mistakes. There is no customer service at this store.
We originally went into AT&T to inquire about Direct TV. We met with Salesperson Amanda Ferry.We needed to get Internet also. We were told by Amanda that AT&T or Direct TV did not have Internet service in our area. We told her getting Direct TV was contingent upon us being able to get Internet service from another provider. Amanda told us we could schedule the Direct Tv install and if we changed our minds would not be a problem. We found out the same day that our only option was our current service TW and it would cost us $89 a month because we would be cnacelling cable. We called Amanda and left voice mail we would not be getting Direct TV. We got no response. We then emailed Amanda and got no response. I had to get a hold of the District Manager Rodney Ritter to try to get it taken care of. From that point forward it has been nothing but a nightmare.Should be a -0 option for this store. Completely clueless manager Evan. Amanda Ferry will promise you everything and then ignore you if you if theres problems. Had to contact District Manger Rodney Ritter who was no help. Try another store or go to Verizon.What ever you do dont get talked into combining/unify your wireless and Direct TV account. A major nightmare which no one at this store or District Manager Rodney Ritter has a clue about. We want to go to Verizon but now because we are on our 3rd acct in 3 weeks we cant get our phones unlocked. The story now is your new acct has to be active for 60 days to unlock phones. We have been with AT&T for over 30 years. You also lose rollover data if you separate your Accounts. Amanda only tells you the positive side of combining accts. She conveniently ignores telling you all the negative effects. AT&T needs to fire Ritter, Evan (Mgr) and especially Amanda for their extreme incompetence.

The call center for customer service is horrible. After placing me on hold for 25 minutes, a random man came on the line asking for another person. He was not an AT&T employee, just a regular guy! Next, I called in and went through the horrible tedious menu system, and TWICE the customer service people said they were placing me on hold and just hung up! I cannot believe how bad this is.
My first year of purchasing the NFL Sunday ticket and I only got to stream 60% of my favorite teams games. The advertisement says stream any game every Sunday. I live in Dayton OH and it often would say that blackouts where not able to stream cause of regional coverage. Since when is Wash VA NYG a regional game to Ohio? This is a scam.
