Ive visited on 2 different occasions. I was not greeted or offered any help in selecting fabric either time. Both times I checked out fabric and the sales woman was passive aggressive in her attitude. However the 2nd visit I asked about ordering before the sale ended and she said I could call in the order. I asked if she worked on commission and she said yes so I said I would try to call it in so she would get the commission even though she did not assist me in any way. Unfortunately my day was super busy and they were closed by the time I was ready to place my order so I was forced to order on line since it was the last day of the sale. Today I returned my fabric samples and explained about being busy and online ordering to see if she could still get the commission. She said no. I was hoping to help her out but couldnt and she proceeded to chide me with her passive aggressive attitude for not being able to phone order. She actually questioned my timing .I had to tell her 3 times I was super busy that day .She did absolutely nothing to earn that commission.
It took Calico Corners 5 months to make 2 Roman Shades. After 2 attempts, it still does not fit the window. Customer service is not sympathetic. Too expensive for something I could have purchased at Walmart.
