Galaxy games is a small and humble shop. They have multiple games including MTG. There is a lot of regulars that make it feel more like a family.

A great store and the man who runs it is super awesome/very nice! Great stock and answers questions like a champ. Very knowledgeable about board games and tcg. Also has a very cute dog who loves to greet people!

Galaxy Games has a great selection of MTG singles at fair prices. Kellen is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about MTG, and he has gone out of his way to help me get the cards I wanted.

Its a good, solid MTG and board gaming store. Its definitely more competitive than others; youll probably face judges or other really good players more than newcomers. Theres also a doggo and cool decor, so what more would you want?

This place is insanely awesome. Huge play area, tons of board games, dozens of magic events every month. And the owner was really nice and gave me a discount on my magic sleeves.

Friendly, welcoming, and open to new players as well as an experienced competitive set of gamers. The staff is great and really go out of their way to help you, as well as let you be without leaning on you to spend more. Great for role playing, Magic, board games, and a variety of other card games.

The owner was the nicest guy. Its not often you can feel super comfortable around these shop owners but he was great. Welcoming and inviting, it was great. Be sure to say hi to Mac, the house dog who is extremely friendly and knows lots of tricks!

My new boyfriend comes to this place to find Magic card and the owner is always very helpful and quick to find the cards he needs. He also has a dog there that can salute which is pretty awesome. The space is very neat and clean and it does not smell like butt.

This place is rad. Every time Im in town for work I come by here with my buddy who is local. Great play space, good selection of games and cards snacks and drinks, cool owner, fun times.

If you need cards its a great place... However... Staff is pretty rude... I grab my singles and leave or just order from channel fireball...One guy sits on the CPU and when you go up there to buy singles he lets out a big sigh, gives you a flustered look, and acts as if youre disturbing his Hearthstone time...One guy is not rude... But the entire time he helps you he doesnt talk until it time to tell you the price... I thought he was mute at first.And one time I was in there playing and watched another guy yell at every customer who walked through the door to wipe their feet, and would mumble rude comments under his breath... Cant you read the sign or Its too late now isnt it what makes me laugh is the sign wasnt on the outside of the door where it should be but against the wall to right hanging with a bunch of other flyers and posters... Yeah the common person is going to walk in and spot that tiny cardboard sign like Wheres Waldo...

This shop has great support for Magic: The Gathering with frequent tournaments. The staff are very friendly. I do wish, however, that they carried more card games and even board games in stock. Their stock of non-MTG is limited. I will definitely return.

Great local shop, always fun to draft there with my friends. The customer service is good and they carry a wide variety of mtg products.

Although I don’t play Magic since time ago, this place makes me remember good past times playing card games. I wish I had the chance to come often at least to watch the people playing.

I had the best accidental experience at this store! Due to being listed as a used video game store on Google, I came in looking to trade in used gear for...more used gear. As it turns out, Galaxy Games no longer deals in used electronics. However, the man at the counter (the owner?) was immensely kind and helpful. Not to mention they have the sweetest guard dog Mac, who preformed tricks. I am not a Magic the Gathering player (which is now what the store specializes in) however, I highly recommend Galaxy Games to anyone who is. High quality customer service is a rare find, support this local business because theyre amazing!

I rarely give 5 stars... but theres a sweet dog. Ive been coming here on and off for a few years now. Great 3 for $10 mtg standard booster deal and very knowledgable staff. The epitome of a LGS everytime we go in there theres a group of people utilizing the tables. I go for MTG but they have a wide selection of table games and collectables. My wife and I are happy to have this spot in our backyard in a time when shops like this are disappearing.

I just had to write a review about an amazing customer experience I had at Galaxy Games.I work nearby so often times wander in during lunch, browse their MTG singles and usually buy some random ones that catch my eye. They have a decent selection of modern-legacy-EDH singles and a very big selection of Standard MTG singles.I do draft and/or play legacy there sometimes but the stores schedule isnt a great fit for mine.Anyway, onto this great experience.So, I had bought a decent number of legacy cards for a couple decks (D&T, Grixis control) and checked out without thinking about it. I did this as Galaxy is eminently fair in their pricing and *usually* bases prices on TCGmid, which is a great deal! After the fact, I was totaling up the amount in my head and it wasnt quite making sense.The day after, I went back in and spoke to Kel the owner and worked it out. Part of the issue was MY mistake (accidentally buying a promo version of a card instead of a pack foil) and also the fact that one of the cards was priced using Crystal Commerce mid which happened to differ from TCG mid. Kel graciously did some quick reworking of the deal, did a little card swapping and made it more in line with what I was expecting in terms of price.Suffice it to say, I was blown away that he was so willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were both satisfied with the deal and that it was fair to us both.For that, reason I will always keep coming back, buying MTG singles, playing in their events whenever I can, and supporting Kel and the store! And I suggest you do too!

Good stock of magic cards spanning ages of magic history. The environment isnt especially friendly, but not bad either; rather neutral. The store owner comes across as a little cold, but hes more approachable than he seems.The prerelease I went to (Eldritch Moon) was quite fun. Five round tournament with a generous prize pool and for prizes, plus extra packs for beating a judge. The meta wasnt overly competitive, but there were enough skilled players to be challenging.Also has some video game stock and else but thats more of a side note in comparison to their magic supply.

Most of the board games have demo copies available that you can try out in store before buying!
