Great, healthy food!

The bowls are delicious, but the service is extremely slow. Don’t rely on the estimated times given; give them an additional 20-30 minutes. I’d go to other vitality bowls in the area.

If you love flavor, do not go here! It’s cool they have a lot of options but their smoothies and açaí bowls lack flavor. Definitely not worth your hard earned dollar.

Vitality Bowls has the best acai bowl Ive ever had ... much sweeter and has a more refreshing taste....Also the place is sharp, clean and definitely feels welcoming!

Ive been to a couple of places that serve healthy drinks and bowls and most of the time the fruit is very delicious and the flavor satisfies my sweet tooth. Unfortunately I cant say that for this place. I wish I could write a better review but for the long wait and price it definitely isnt worth it.

Absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was excellent, I mean excellent! There are things in life you cannot control, however Naomi was the perfect example on what above and beyond should look and act like. My hat off to you maam and your business. May the Lord shower you with many blessings.

Very confused by the last few bad reviews of this place. We still checked it out because it was right by our hotel and I’m so glad we did but it was so yum!We had quick and friendly service and our breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed a Matcha Madness Smoothie and The Nutty Bowl, both delicious!

Please ever dont go here...especially for door dashers..u will wait 30-40 mins for sure

The service is always very slow here. You can see the workers in the back laughing and talking through a small window. Ive been ignored while waiting at the counter multiple times. They will come out to the front grab something off the counter and head to the back again and continue laughing/talking. Theyve also gotten orders wrong and mixed up too. So 2 stars for the service because the food and drinks are good.

Worst places for doordash order. long wait

I visit this place once a week when Im in town. I love the bowls, and the sandwich options. I see several comments in regards to the time, but the food is prepared fresh to order. I love that, and I normally call in, so my order is ready when I arrive.

Do not go here. I keep trying to give you them a chance but waiting 25 minutes for a frozen bowl is ridiculous. They need to appropriately hire and staff.

Way over priced! Salads are primarily made off spinach ;barely any toppings. Not filling. Needs more density. Not impressed.

All of the staff here were chipper and friendly, I felt welcome coming in. Thats a great feeling.I tried the self named Vitality bowel and one of the chocolate blonde Rickaroom. The Rickaroom was outstanding, I might come by just for more of those.The Vitality bowel reminds me of a healthy version of getting a sorbet or frozen yogurt. My wife and I shared one and both found it had a great taste and the right quantity, but it didnt satisfy for long. I wouldnt be able to use this as a replacement for lunch, its high liquid content (frozen as it is) doesnt last long.As an after lunch, snack, or desert thing Ive added it to my list of places to visit again.

The Hulk shake was tasty and well prepared. However it took them a full 12 minutes to prepare -- guess they were understaffed, though the store wasnt crowded at all.
