I had an all-around excellent experience with McGee Toyota of Dudley. The customer service is very responsive, they are knowledgeable, and I especially appreciated that during this time of new car shortages, they arent adding any markups to the vehicles. They were also willing to negotiate the price on my trade-in. A special shout out to my salesperson Willy - he hooked me up with my dream car, a Rav4 Prime, and made sure it was fully charged so I could drive it as an EV for my test drive. No hard sell - he let the car sell itself. I showed up at 6:30 on a Thursday night, and by 9:00pm my financing was done and I was driving away with my new vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about the sales team, the finance department, and this dealership.

I purchase my used 2015 Nissan Rougue at McGee in a president’s Day sale 3 years ago. On the same day as the owners title arrived in the mail it was in the shop with a bearing replacement. Thank you McGee ! This is a good story. The local Nissan dealer had no ability to help me with a severe problem. No appointments for a week and customers not allowed to stay in the dealership if they run a diagnosis. At McGee they were able to run the diagnosis immediately as they have enough mechanics, a sign that they are a good place to work. Sales made it clear that a transmission problem would require. Nissan shop. Luckily it was a bearing and luckily they could fix it in 24 hours. Sales and tech were thorough and careful and my now paid for car is safe to drive - thanks to McGee. I average 20k miles a year and this car has been exactly what I need, so grateful that McGee extends my car and indirectly my longevity.

Angel was great, super down to earth and a great salesman. Unfortunately, my car came to me completely full of white dog hair and there were stains all over the passenger seat and on the interior roof which luckily came out but I had to take care of it myself. The financial department wasn’t thorough or clear about information and tried to force me to buy insurance I didn’t need in order to make a commission thus making my monthly payments higher. The guys in the service department are fantastic though, very friendly and attentive and informative.

Angel was great to deal with (5 stars) and took care of us through the buying process but good luck trying to call the dealership. Long holds, disconnections and nobody seems to take a message. Was suggested to call back later once. Not the customer service I was looking for.

Willy promised us $2,000 on our trade in and told us that he would not hold the vehicle so we could get a loan from our bank even though we wanted to put $1,000 down on it. He said too many people wanted vehicles and we had to finance through them if we wanted the vehicle. Our bank offered 1.99% financing and they offered more than 3%! We were in need of a vehicle right away so we had to do it. Theres no inventory out there so were left to his mercy. We didnt realize the trade in difference until after we signed the paperwork and Dan (the fabulous finance guy NOT) told us there was nothing he could do because we already signed the agreement. Theyre shady through and through. Dont go to them if you can avoid it.

Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my experience at McGee. Thanks to her, I felt comfortable and truly in good hands; like she genuinely cares about me as a customer (which I think we can all agree is sometimes hard to come by at a car dealership.)

If I could give more stars I would. Everyone at this dealership was so incredible to work with. Management, financing, and Sales. Cameron went above and beyond with everything, even making me a custom video of the truck since I was doing this all from a distance. When I did finally get there, the truck was ready sitting by the door. I can only hope I have the same experience when it comes time for service!

The Assistant Service Manager, Andrew, was very helpful. Even though the Service Department closing in the 5 minutes after I arrived there, he was very accommodating. Very satisfied with the service I received.

We went in knowing what we wanted and Willy helped us get just that. There was no haggling. He listened to us and answered our questions. Willy didnt try to push us into buying something other than what we wanted.He was courteous and extremely pleasant to work with as was the dealership. With everything going on recently, most people have to shop around and look at dealerships outside of their area to find the vehicle they want.After finding the vehicle I wanted, I contacted McGee Toyota to try to start the process of getting into a new vehicle. I have a trade with all the information on condition, a recent inspection report from the dealership, current mileage, and amount owed. I spoke with Angel, who was nice on the phone.Once Angel called me back I was informed that whatever employee who makes the finance estimates refused to give me even a remote pricing. Angel advised me that it was because someone wrote a negative review on their website after their trade in value was severely diminished because they said their banged up car was in excellent condition.I was prepared to make a deposit on this vehicle today so I asked if it was possible to give a range value on the trade so that I could see what the ballpark cost would be to justify my trip out to the dealership. I offered to send pictures and was prepared to send copies of the most recent inspection report from the dealership. I was told that this financing employee would not budge and refused to even give an estimate unless I drove the 5.5 hours to the dealership. Look, I fully understand you dont see the trade in front of you, but this is 2021 and there are ways that I can show you the vehicle without taking an entire day to drive out. I did not even ask for a concrete value, I just wanted a ballpark answer so I could put money down on the vehicle to hold it until I drove out. (providing that it was in the price range I was looking for) I do not understand how it would be that hard for someone to give an estimate, there are other dealerships that would give a rough value. Even if the value is too low, it is ended with a polite thank you, but I will try for a better number elsewhere and we move on with our life.Not only was the sale lost today, but in an attempt to avoid a 1-star review, the unnamed employee has earned one for the entire team. The buyer is not the person who should be pushing for a sale.

I brought my car in to McGee after almost a years time. Due to the pandemic, I had not done much in the way of traveling, and the oil definitely needed changing! I was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. I was glad to be back. McGee changed the oil, checked the fluids, rotated the tires and cleaned the fuel throttle and intake system. All this in a very short amount of time! Thank you for great service!10/6 Brought my car back to McGee for oil and new tires. Seth and the folks in the service department did a fine job. With coupons and a buy three get one for a dollar special on the tires, I was able to save several hundred dollars. Many thanks!!

We purchased a Toyota Prius Prime LE and were very pleased.We paid exactly what was in online ad and they didnt try to sell us useless extras like an oil change at 5,000 miles (where Users Manual says 10,000).Salesman Jeanty did everything he said he would do and was pleasant to deal with.The most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a dealership - no suggestions for improvement.

Recently purchased a Nissan Maxima SL. Beautiful car, very fair price. They got it done quickly for me, a few days and I was able to get my car home. Car had gas in it, the spare tire kit was in the vehicle (didn’t have to fight for that), overall, service was great . Only issue at all: they weren’t open to fixing any scratches, dents, etc . So, what you see is what you get with their used vehicles . I ended up getting my Nissan because a different vehicle had some scratches they weren’t open to fixing . I’m happy I did choose my Nissan, but just food for thought.

Super great experience ! Everyone was extremely friendly when I went in. At first being a young adult I felt out of place at the dealership, however my sales rep Angel did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything I was sighting and agreeing upon when we decided on a car.
