Ordered a part at 11 am the Tuesday before Christmas. Part was at my door by 10 am Christmas Eve. 23 hrs. Washing machine works again. Very impressed!

Thanks a lot!!!Your counter sales force are great. They went way out of their way to help me locate a thermostat for for my Amana PTAC. The original was part of the heating element assembly and was not available as a part. The substitute replacement adjustable thermostat they suggested worked perfectly. They wanted me to let them know how it turned out so here it is. Just fine. I did have to make new mounting slots in the flange to allow the ‘stat to be rotated a bit to allow the push on connectors to clear the other ‘stat. Thanks again.Mervyn BergmanPort Wing WI
