I guess the staff person working at the bait shop does not care about her customers health since she was not wearing a mask. I think Minnesota has a mask mandate.

Rude old hag works service counter. Not very intellectual judging by the slow response to me for the last time trying to make a quick purchase while they stand around complaining of current events. Arrows way overpriced.

Was a good place but this one worker, I think someone said her name is Kenzie was super rude and mean to me and my friends while getting bait. It’s not the first time people have said she’s rude or gives nasty looks to some customers. Don’t really like going there anymore.

I have never experienced customer service like this in my LIFE. The staff goes well out of the way to not only help you find what youre looking for but they teach you everything they know about the product as well!Super friendly, extremely professional. Me and my wife went on our anniversary to price some bows and we ended up buying the bows that the staff let us shoot and try out for hours! felt very confidant in our purchase and our new archery abilities.
