Genuinely just poor business ethics. We called Black Box to install Ethernet cables in our building. They never called for a follow up to schedule an appointment, then showed up unaccounced. After we called and told them to not do that; they showed up THE NEXT DAY unnanounced once again. Do not do business with them.
