I walked on the lot with just looking seeing what I might possibly like. Before I could get out my car a well dressed salesman told me to smile. And that set the tempo from beginning to end. Sakus was so gentle and caring and gave me reassurance that if it’s meant it will be. Then he put me in the hands of Sheryl Million dollar Mazzeo and she sealed the deal with the best service I could ever ask for making a big purchase. So I bought my first ever BMW from here and I cannot be anymore happy that I purchased from this dealer. My salesman, Dominick, was completely the best salesman I’ve ever worked with since he was solution-driven. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive car on the lot, but the car I was truly interested in. He even took pictures of a car the just got in inventory just so I could view all options available to me. I drove from Knoxville on Labor Day and he made sure we could do as much paperwork as possible prior to my arrival so I could how long I had to be at the dealership since I’m not from the area. The process was extremely smooth and when it’s time to purchase my next car, I’ll definitely look for him

Notice every good rating you see is from a new purchase. This place service department is the worse. Horrible Horrible service, the worst I’ve ever had at any dealership. My car had six codes and all they wanted to do is focus on one. They had my car for almost two weeks and still no resolution. Crazy part is it was an insurance job so they were guaranteed to get paid. I was from out of town so I needed my car back. I ended up paying $176 for a diagnostic fee. With no solution! Imagine if they keep getting that out of people and not doing the service.This dealership alone made me decide not to ever get a BMW again!

Amazing experience, When entering the lot we were greeted by Kola he advised if we needed him he was there to assist. We were allowed to browse without being hoovered over. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I purchased the vehicle of my choosing the process was quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant. I was given an overview of my vehicle, it was cleaned and fueled. I received a call the next day advising that I was being sent the cargo cover as they noticed there wasnt one. I hadnt noticed. Top Notch service all around!

I just wish these dealerships had honest people that would work a deal good for both parties. If you go here, be careful their going to fast talk you to believe their bs.

The used car division of Gwinnett Place BMW are the masters of the bait and switch. They had a used 3 series BMW that at the very least was ridden hard and put away wet. NO way was this car ready for sale. Loose parts, gross sticky door handles and the rest of the usual suspects including an engine that needed service in a bad way. Yet they advertised it anyway. We went in to see the car at the end of the day - spoke with the used car sales manager who assured us it would go through their service department to determine if the car was good enough to sell. I mentioned that they should not have even put it up for sale in its condition.I was told that I would receive a call with the status on the following day. I did receive a call from Jimi a used car sales rep. He called to inform me that the car was sold. How it was sold when we were the last customers in on that day confuses me but better yet how could the car be sold when it hadnt been through the service department? I received this call to get the bad news - but their was good news as they had other cars to sell me.I know this is prevalent in the car industry, but I thought BMW had higher standards. I guess not.Final word - any car you see on the used car lot at Gwinnett Place BMW is suspect and has probably not been properly inspected.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I purchased my BMW in a neighboring dealership in Roswell. Amazing service. Never any issues. Since moving to Suwanee, I’ve scheduled two servicing appointments at the Gwinnett Place dealership. The staff is courteous and kind, but the appointment scheduler and their response to its inefficiency is incredibly poor. For my first appointment, I arrived at the scheduled time and they could not find my appointment, despite me having an email with a date, time and ”request code.” They were able to assist, but I had to wait behind our customers because of the scheduling issue. I just scheduled a second appointment for a air conditioning issue (in the middle of summer), and I called two days later to confirm that the appointment actually transferred from their website to their scheduling system - it didn’t. They didn’t have an explanation why they had no record of my appointment, despite me having a confirmation email. It’s August. My 2019 car isn’t blowing cold air. How can I schedule a service appointment if I can’t rely on the company’s website to work properly?

Had a great experience at BMW of Gwinnett place. I worked with Josh Munir. He took great care of me and was great to work with. Traded in my car for a newer car and the process was quick and efficient as far as paperwork goes. They were very fair did what they needed to do to get me in my first BMW. The BMW I got (the X2…very fun car to drive) had some scuffs on the wheels where the previous owner had curbed them a few times. I told Josh having scuffed rims was going to be an issue and he was ready for that and ready to tell me no problem. They are going to get this corrected this weekend. Just a different process at BMW. Their customer care awesome. Also there was no pressure on the sales process. This was really important for me because a car is a major investment and having to deal with pushy salesmen is disingenuous to the buyers experience. Was glad I did not at any point feel pressured. Ive been buying cars a long time and come to expect a certain level of aggravation with the process. So it surprised me to experience a dealership and salesperson as efficient, pleasant, and professional as Gwinnett and Josh Wei.Only 30 minutes after speaking to him by phone, Josh called me back with a deal that easily beat an already excellent deal Id been offered on a new BMW from another dealership. The other dealers Id spoken to over the preceding days all insisted theyd be losing money if they came down any more, whereas Josh did it with confidence and said hed have the car, fresh from the factory, detailed and ready-to-go that same evening. When we arrived and did a test-drive, I found Josh to be down-to-earth, smart, low-key, and personable, and he facilitated the paperwork process in a smooth, quick, no-hassle way. The finance guy completed the process quickly and did not pressure us at all to buy the extras he presented. Follow-up questions since my purchase have been handled with interest and enthusiasm.The previous week Id noticed that the salesperson Julieta was very helpful and nice when Id contacted her about selling my previous car, even though it was unlikely theyd be able to meet the price Id gotten from a national buyer. So it was natural that I contacted her again for my new car. Sure enough, she was very responsive and, even though she was off-work right then, teamed with Josh initially to deliver the deal that won my business.Leadership means everything in business. From what I understand, Gwinnett has a fairly new GM, a woman who has instilled a customer-focused culture and led by example. I have already recommended this dealership to relatives and friends.

On June 12, 2021 I found myself not ready to let go of my 2004 BMW 745 Li, it had a lot of sentimental value, it was a surprise Christmas gift in 2006, but it was time. I have had excellent service with my service advisor Adriana Gillman for 10+ years . I had not brought a car since 1982, so I was a little nervous, but George Johnson was the best salesman allowing the time for me to let go. I found my new dream ride right there on the showroom floor. He made the entire experience like I was someone special. The pictures, the time to have someone explain my new ride, the financial guy, I will recommend George over and over again. The last time I left my car for a job that should have taken a few hours, I got it back in 3 days.Now, I’m trying to set up an appointment for regular service; in this pandemic, BMW of Gwinnett Place forces us to sit in their small, not so pleasant waiting area to get the car serviced in a reasonable time, or it will take 48 hours to get in the shop.This policy makes absolutely no sense to me. What is the purpose of having an appointment? Because I do not have the time to sit in your waiting area and catch COVID-19 shouldn’t affect the service you render.God, I miss Mercedes.

We just had our worst experience with a service Manager (Ryan) at Gwinnett BMW in the 18 yrs that we have been coming to this dealership . I had an appointment today at 10:00AM. Upon drop off my wife explained we need to pick up our child from school at @ 2:00pm. She was told, should have it without worry. later I received a call from the service advisor it not looking good perhaps later in the afternoon 5-6pm. We struggled made arrangements someone else had to pick up my daughter from school, then find another means to take my daughter home, which is 16 miles from dealership in the pouring rain, then get another ride from home to dealership only to find out the car will not be ready at 5:00pm as promised in fact car could not be serviced at all today, despite the fact we had a 10 :00AM appointment. The car could not be serviced after being 7hrs. I was not happy to hear that news with nothing offered for the terrible waste of time & inconvenience other than I am sorry we couldnt get to it. leave it overnight to do it tomorrow morning. I went to the pick up the car, and I asked why not offer a car or something for the inconvenience for no service at least my wife could still go to work this evening. I understand things happen but it was the Service Managers Flippid attitude about the entire situation. He talked to me as if I had no reason to be upset and I should have been more understanding that I got the call only to say we did not do it today leave it hear for tomorrow. Maybe he is overworked and under paid but I thought he treated me and the hold situation with disdain. Weve been loyal customers for 18 years at this dealership. I did not deserve his attitude or treatment.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! my wife brought her car here to have her rear window repaired, The service provider (Joe) never contacted my wife via phone to inform us that the part had arrived (which was there a week), He sent someone else’s paperwork to her, and to sum it all up they couldn’t find my wife’s car when she was called to pick the vehicle up. This is VERY unacceptable from what is suppose to be a “luxury dealership”. Definitely will not be doing business here ever again.

My car was dropped off for service at around 9am at BMW of Gwinnett Place and was assigned to Service Manager ROSEMARY OWOLABI. For nearly 8 hours, I did not receive even 1 update on my vehicle despite calling for a status on several occasions. Each request to speak to the assigned advisor Rosemary, was met with she is unavailable, can I take a message? When I did speak to her, her reason for not returning my calls was that she did not know she was assigned my car. Extremely displeased with Rosemarys poor customer service and the inadequate explanation, I went to pick up my car to take it elsewhere. When I arrived and asked to speak to Rosemary, I was met with more ducking and hiding in her cubicle, and was eventually told by a cashier that Rosemary said she was leaving for the day. If I could give 0 stars, I would! What a disgrace!

Overall, a really good experience and handled most of the deal remotely. Drove from Nashville to pick up a new BMW and everything went as we had discussed and agreed to via email. The only issuesI had was with the finance department where the gentlemen there wanted to go home. That would have been fine, but as I noted when he showed me the paperwork that we were transferring my license plate not acquiring a new one and the paperwork showed a new one. Of course he stated no problem and it would be taken care of. As you can likely guess, he did not take care of it and additionally the paperwork sent to my local county office is missing a form required to process my registration. UPDATED 5/28 Just received my updated and correct registration information on 5/28 - 49 days after purchase - so problem is resolved but some of my time & stress would have been spared if things were handled correctly from the get go. I deducted one star for this error and failure to follow through on correcting the paperwork from the get go but otherwise a sublime transaction.

Even though I wasn’t buying an expensive used car, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. OUT OF STATE PURCHASE WARNING - I purchased a car from Gwinnett Place back at the end of 2020. I was told that the dealership would look after title and plates/stickers for me. It is now middle of august and I have my old plate still on my new car, expired stickers, and no help in sight from Gwinnett. I have called several times, left messages for their title department and have not even received a call back. I went to my local DMV (in North Carolina) and they told me their hands are tied until the dealership sends the paperwork they need. Very frustrating. If you live out of state.

This was by far the best experience Ive had buying a car! I had been looking for a used car for about a month so I had seen the whole gamut of dealerships and salespeople. This place was such a breath of fresh air! Patrick Berwise was very welcoming and genuine and he really worked with me to make the deal happen. Sheryl was also a pleasure to work with for financing. This is by far the BEST BMW dealership in Atlanta. I went to Nally BMW and that experience was horrible, I came over to BMW of Gwinnett and Joshua Munir was wonderful. They not only got me a car but several thousand dollars less than the other dealership. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating it made my 1st BMW purchase a breeze. Let me tell you about my experience with this dealership! First and foremost I already had a BMW I purchased a few years ago from another dealership so I definitely have experiences to compare it to. I went into this dealership on referral and I worked with George. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure because I didn’t know what my circumstances would allow. Well from the process start to finish George was extremely attentive and super knowledgeable. It made me feel like I was in the right place and it was easy to trust he’d get me a good deal! He even stayed after they closed to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable with my new vehicle! Even the financing process was seamless. Sonny was great at explaining everything and fast might I add. The manager also checked in with me during the process just topping the experience off all around! I can guarantee I will never go to another dealership for my car needs. This experience was one of a kind and now my standards are HIGH! :) If you’re looking for a dealership to get you what you need this is it! Before this dealership I went to four other ones looking for a used car and all of them were terrible in different ways. But here everyone is nice, honest, and professional. Sukus Walker turned my frown upside down. It is refreshing to do business with an honest agent. Sukus who is responsive, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Last year, I had a horrible experience at Nally BMW, an unscrupulous, trashy nearby dealership. My car, x5 is under warranty, (21,000miles, 2018)The air conditioner of the car does not work properly.When it gets hot outside, cold air does not come well.So, I was going to drop my car there. but one of your service desk men said there is a $300 some dollar charge for check up. He said if there is no warranty issue, then they need to charge it. My car is still under warranty, I could not understand why there is a huge amount of fee for it. That is the reason why I dropped my car at another bmw location and they did not request any fee for checking.

I purchased my 2017 BMW 440I back in Feb 2021. It had new tires on it when I bought it. Less than 5 months later one of the tires has developed a knot/bubble on it. The car has been driven less than 3000 miles. They refused to honor the warranty that should have been on this tire. A warranty that I have no proof of because Im not the one that installed the tires. We were told I must have hit a pot hole and caused it. I live and work in a rural area less than 3 miles from my work. There are NO pot holes. And what are the chances that I hit a pothole that hard with ONLY my back tire? Regardless something in the tire failed and should be warrantied. They finally offered to install a new tire for $190 (the cost of the tire). I refused. I wont be giving any more of my money to a dealership that doesnt stand behind their vehicles and the parts they install on them. My vehicle will only go back to Global BMW who has always serviced my BMWs in the past. They always stand behind their products. And give great customer service. So save your gas and go to GLOBAL BMW instead.

I came to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I was told to arrive at 7:30am and it would take 2-2 1/2 hours. I arrived at 7:20. They had no record of my appointment. It took about 20min for them to track down who had my appointment. I heard from no one until 10am. The lady told me they were working on my vehicle and it would be another hour to an hour and a half. Which now meant my whole day had to be rearranged. I have been here now for over 4 hrs and I still don’t have my vehicle! Now trying to check out and they are trying to charge me more than what they quoted me! Terrible service!

Dominick was top notch! We are so glad that we got lucky enough to have him approach us on a random stop on the lot. He is as honest and down to earth as they come. I wouldn’t want to buy from anyone else ever again. Additionally I jut get the overall feeling that the dealership in general cares more about guest satisfaction! Dont DO IT! Their level of luxury service is NOT what you would expect from a Luxury Dealership! Over $40,000 for a car that I have purchased with mediocre treatment and service! I have had my car for 2 months and have made about 5 trips back to the dealership. I am ready to trade it in for a Benz!

This facility did a good job. The service advisor was courteous and helpful. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I was greeted and set up in a timely fashion as well which was a problem in the past with this facility. They appear to have addressed that. The prices are not great for the service but that is to be expected at the dealer for high-end cars. And lastly they were able to see me the same day which was very convenient. I will be glad to go there again.

Just purchased a really nice 2012 Honda Pilot EXL at GPBMW. Our salesperson was extremely helpful. The car was not yet ready for the lot and he allowed us to take a look before we came back for a test drive. He said the car would be inspected and ready to go for our next visit for the test drive. It was raining when we arrived so we did not want to go on the highway and stuck to local roads. I noticed a significant shudder when I accelerated, or went up a hill. Attributed some of the vibration to the two different type of tires that were on the car. I mentioned it to him and his manager on our return. They both said the mechanics would take a look and would fix anything that would make the car undriveable. We jumped through hoops to get the financing done on time and even paid a $1K retainer to ensure the car would not be sold w/o contacting us. On returning to purchase the car I asked about the mismatch tires and the shuddering. I was told the tires are OK and they would not replace them and that their mechanics had inspected the car and would not have put it on the lot if it was in an undriveable condition. We paid for the car drove it home took it to my mechanic to find the shuddering was from to failing front axle CVs. He also told me that there was NO WAY a mechanic could have driven the car and not felt the same thing on acceleration (I actually thought it was the transmission or main axle it was that bad). $$$ for new tires and 900.00 to replace the front CV axles and $$ to replace leaking Rear Shocks that should have also been replaced. Both of which should have been caught by the mechanics if they had inspected the car. Buyer Beware

Not sure where to start. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with were some of the most amazing and outstanding people I’ve ever met. Worked with Patrick Berwise and he made my car buying experience probably the most pleasant I’ve ever had. Worked with Jin Chong in finance and equally as pleasant and knowledgeable as my sales person. Just an overall great experience and if I ever need a bmw again this is where I’ll be going. Hopefully I can work with these same people again.
