So I was interested in Hummer H3 2007 which was on website for sale. I sent request for information and received a response saying SUV was still for sale. I went to look at it and to my surprise the vehicle was WAY in the back, dirty nasty was definitely not the vehicle listed.Then a sale lady came out and said it was not for sale. Funny you have a tag on it!I should have known something fishy going on because when I responded back to email before I went, noone responded back to me, but someone named MAX send me application to get started.Glad I wasnt foolish enough to start app without verifying the Hummer.Really sad how dealership try to mess up folks........Second; we saw another SUV on lot asked questions about it and lady said it didnt have a price on it.... How in the world do you have cars on your lot and do t know what youre selling it for, or not for sale??????Seriously worst place Ive ever been too will not go back or recommend

I bought a car a few months ago and leaving he park with my one year old daughter, the car starts smoking on the interstate and overheating. I assume it’s a small problem and take it to the mechanic and the head gasket is blown from multiple leaks in the vehicle, some that looked to be a year old from the hoses. I trusted them even knowing the car wasn’t worth what I was paying for it. But we needed a car for our family. Do NOT purchase cars from this place. When voicing my concerns I was talked over instead of them ever worrying about my safety. I’ve gotten my lawyer on this case a month ago and we will be taking proper actions so that no one has this happen tothem.Don’t patronize me. Of course I know a vehicle has mechanical issues. A head gasket cracking is a MAJOR fault in the car. This isn’t a water pump or a starter or even a shifter key per say. This is a major engine malfunction that you all KNEW was wrong with this car. A maintenance job to fix it would be 2800. Which is MAYBE the worth of the car. But I ensure in 3 weeks that car will be back up for sale because you put a sealant over it to hide the issue and some poor souls will be sucked into buying a car that doesn’t function. As I have said before. My lawyer has labeled this as consumer fraud. And though you may be safe from lemon laws you are not safe from consumer fraud by any means when this malfunction was there for many months before I even bought it. Nice try

The young man, Boris was beyond professional. Any questions we had, Boris answered to the best of his knowledge. When we tested one of the cars and alerted him of the issues we had with it, Boris immediately offered to have all issues with the vehicle taken care of. Unfortunately we didn’t purchase that particular vehicle. However, Boris offered us vehicles within our price range. He displayed patience and knowledge for his products. And the staff as a whole not only took care of their customers but they took care of the cars as well. It was a long an daunting process but the exceptional service more than made up for it. Had a very good experience with them. Yes, they are very busy. I was not ignored. I wanted a car and I got one, with in house finance. The car was detailed before I left. I had to prove I had insurance before I left. Thats business . If something had happened on the way home they lose and so do ITheyre selling cars not fuzzy feelings. But, if feel fuzzy after your deal,good for you. If not, maybe that wasnt your fuzzy day. For me Im pleased with my experience. And, I am a genuine customer. Times 2.

Very unprofessional! They willForce you to put a down payment on a vehicle. If you can’t, they will turn you down. I was willing to put $1500 down & trade in a vehicle but they wanted $4500 down on a 2015 vehicle priced at 15000.Than they try to say because of my credit, but I was immature and jobless in the past which ruined my credit. Now my credit says I paid off a car and all my debt, they really judged and try to make me put down $4500.So I found another dealership and got approved for a 2017 Nissan 370 nismo! And my military disability will be covering the monthly payments. So I thank you guys for being very unprofessional and judgmental! Got a even better car I can use for the next year to build my credit and get a loan through usaa for a Nissan 400z 2021.God is good

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLESoon as we got there, guy gave me and my friend an attitude, as we asked questions of the car we were interested in buying and he would respond sarcastically. he got a call and walked away without saying a single word . Walked away a couple of times. TERRIBLE customer service. Two of the employees even proceeded to argue. Felt uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME . VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Only one employee made me feel like it was worth my time .

I was in the area looking to find a motorcycle and found this place. I looked at the bikes up and down, sat on the one I was very interested in and when I went in to ask Will more info and also to know if I could hear how they sound. He told me that this is not an amusment park and that if I was seriously interested in putting money down, then I wouldnt be able to even see how it sounds. He had a very nasty attitude and I refuse to send anyone to this location. They missed out on a sale just by having the wrong attitude and not being professional at all.

Both Boris and William were a big help with finding my car. It was the first car I bought from a dealership so I was a bit skeptical. You hear stories about dealers pushing cars on you that you don’t really want but it wasn’t the case here. Both Boris and William let me take my time in looking for a car. We got a car from here car messed up the first day we got car not even a hour of having car . we call them they came in towed car to get fixed from what we thought . Also not to mention we put a a new battery in car cause we thought maybe the battery was messed up.we called to see was car fixed went to pick it up car still messed up, now this is second time they suppose to have fixed car . went up to the place in talk to some guy who said he not lying bout the car being fixed and will test drive car with me when its ready never happened. they kept car to to fix on it . no one got in touch with me saying car was ready or anything i had to call them to see if it was ready william who demarcus spoke to said car was ready in he would come up there sunday to give us car which was nice but lets not act like they didnt know this car was not working properly to be sold. we take the car to good year in get a test done on it because its still messed up . they do the test in told us exactly what was wrong with the car the catalytic converter in would cost 1500 to fix and there isnt any way that car passed in emission test . 1500 is what we put down on car so demarcus has called in text william in let them now whats going on. no one has got back with us, called yesterday we want our money back nobody has money to be wasting like that when this car has been messed up from day one . when getting in touch with william finally say he let jp know havent heard anything since. i have recorded phone calls and in everything next step is a lawyer . havent heard anything from jp which im assuming is the owner .. make sure yall pay attention to the reviews because all these people are not lying save yourself the headace

Found the car I was looking for. I went early in the morning was greeted several times, which is a good thing. Test drove the car and was able to check everything out. William helped me out, we talked about financing in house or through one of there lenders. Two days later I secured my own financing, I brought them a check and was offered a fair market value of the vehicle. The only issue was the driver seat, which is getting fixed. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend and will be sending people there way.
