(Caution, I kinda wrote this in jest for my friends who wanted to know about the new cinnamon bun)The air was cool, the drive was scenic and the location, Krispy Kreme.This cheery day our reviewer finds himself seated at a high top table overlooking the parking lot and soon the delicious pastry was in hand.On receiving it, I found myself comparing it to any other cinnamon bun but boy oh boy would I be proven wrong.Upon holding the delicate treat I realized it was fluffy, light, and airy, lightly glazed and surprisingly tender. The bread had some give, the cinnamon with aerobatic kisses and the glaze just right.Overall the experience was fantastic and I find myself liking the regular, the cinnamon toast crunch one however with a light vanilla cream was very sweet but deliciousUntil next time dear readers.

The service was fast and great but took 1 star away for the price. It isn’t the employees fault and I would give them 5 stars for my service tonight. I know the price for everything is going up but $11.12 for a dozen regular glazed donuts? I thought $9 and change I paid last time was bad enough, and what I was expecting to pay tonight. The donuts are good, but not that good. That’s certainly not a good as I remember them growing up. The recipe must’ve changed.

We were excited for the strawberry lovers promotion been going on for a couple of days. Went here around 2pm and ordered 2 dozen super excited about the sweet treats. I think they are running short on donuts; rather than being truthful they just replaced it with original glazed. The strawberry lover itself is more in prices but I felt cheated bc of what they did. Imagine being excited like a child bringing a sweet treats home and then open the box and what you see is not what you’ve expected. Damn you Krispy Kreme

It is National donut day and the line to buy donuts is ridiculous, both in the drive through and in the store. This place is super popular!Every time we have ordered donuts here the service has been great and the donuts fresh and warm. No complaints in five years of patronage.

Bought Classic Assorted dozen today. When I got home and opened the box this is what I’ve found. One of the doughnuts looks like this. It seems it was like this before applying the icing, so I don’t think somebody bit it, but when they put them into the box they must do some check, which is not all that complicated considering there are only 12 doughnuts and they are relatively big. Disappointed and not going to buy from here again

Place closes at 10pm as per Google suggestion, however we were denied indoor/drivethru service when we reached at 9.30pm. Are there revised COVID hours?

Hot sign on. Bought and not hot! Lady arguing that run out but were hot. A young guy overheard and came over checked it, turned off sign.. Had me wait and gave me fresh x dozen after came out. Polite, friendly and professional. Because of him a 4 rating (2 other ladies would have warranted a 1 or 2😱😅). Taste a 5 as always!

Great donuts. At this store they make them. Most of the time you can get them creamy warm. Nothing better than sitting here and eating warm donuts and downing them with cold milk.Thanks

Good donuts, but they gave me my coffee in the drive-thru with the lid was half-off and it spilled all over me/burned me and the girl just walked off.

Donuts were awesome and delicious..Knocked off a star for being crazy busy and taking too long with orders...But not sure if it was because lack of workers or lazy workers..

Staff was excellent. Nice and real sweet. They made my day. I wish I did not forget their names but they were really professional.

Always crowded but employees not trying to serve people quickly. Also there is something shady about their register not working so they take your card to the back and swipe it there. Another day it was completely opposite- they took cards from people at drive thru to swipe it at a different cash register. Another drawback, you don’t get a free doughnut if you didn’t get vaccinated from Covid.

Whenever I see that the light is on, I always have to stop!The only disappointing thing is how long you have to wait for your order in drive thru but its always worth it when you receive your fresh, hot donuts.Do I really have to go into more detail? Krispy Kreme is a classic and its best enjoyed warm with a nice cup of vanilla almond milk (if they make it home) 😄

Around 9am they had the hot & ready sign up. They sold and gave me cold donuts that clearly had been sitting out for hours. The coffee wasnt hot or fresh either. Their coffee is usually perfect! Anyhoo, I drove back to return the old cold donuts and requested hot fresh ones especially given the h/r light was still on and shining bright. The lady who I think is the manager started talking in circles and riddles. She said it would be about 20 minutes before any are ready. I said but the h/r light is on, why did you knowingly sell me and other customers cold donuts? She said well we have to in drive thru. I was like, what?... I said, thats not right for you to have that h/r light on to get people to come and you know you dont have any ready and sell them old cold donuts that have been sitting around for hours. She laughed at me in my face and said, maam would you like to wait for some hot donuts? I said no I want what your sign is telling me, that theyre ready now. She laughed again and said they will be ready in about 20 minutes. I said why do you still have the light on? Why dont you turn the light off? She laughed again and said because they will be ready soon. It was super weird. They didnt turn the h/r light off after I left either, they left it on to get people in. Shame on them for doing this to customers.

This is the first time for being there & the BEST one I have been to. As clean as home, no concern about cleanliness, the different donuts, yummy.

Variety at this store was slim. I realize that Krispy Kreme is more known for their yeast donuts but, there should be more than one type of cake donut available (there were three trays of the same donut) AND your staff should know the difference between a yeast donut and a cake donut.

This place needs a little more organization to handle large orders for schools and more staff attending the cash register. the prices of individual donuts are expensive almost 1.50 each for an adult is fine you have your salary and you can pay it but what happens with the school students they barely have a dollar for their donut and it is not enough to buy, but from there everything looks great

My family and I just left Krispy Kreme. Service was Great until our two young sons, hubby and I wanted to taste one of the donuts being freshly prepared/cooked rolling off of the rack. Now as I can remember Krispy Kreme gave out free whole donuts to their customers! Right?? Well today we spent $52. 08 on donuts today June 14, 2020 at 3:51 p.m.😃 Yes We did! This youngster whom took our order broke one donut into 3 pieces for a family of Four😦😦😦😦 Wow! REALLY???

They sold bad Doughnuts when I bought a dozen donuts. The regular glazed doughnuts supposed to fluffy like the other specialized ones. But they were much harder and smaller. Sure they gave 2 extra, but who wants that.

This location is horrible at customer service. They will tell you one thing and then when you get product the box is nasty and not presentable for a gift. I decided to order some for my husband for Valentine’s Day thinking it would be in the advertised box . WRONG it wasn’t . Manager explained that they only received a certain amount then WHY advertise them for Valentine’s Day. But overall the doughnuts are fresh but the box was nasty with icing everywhere. Definitely not a gift.

The place is fairly easy to get in and out of, and the staff is friendly. The doughnuts are about the same as every other Krispy Kreme I would presume so you probably already know what to expect on that front.Not really much to say, if you want doughnuts they will sell them to you.

They make all their doughnuts from scratch every day. They have tasty coffee too. Lots of natural light and clean restrooms.

Delicious, as usual. I just wish theyd had some jelly donuts left lol

Yesterday: Went here only for the Mars doughnut Promotion around the NASA landing, and to get a free one if you put your name on the rover. We were there around noon, and they were out of the Mars doughnuts, we were frustrated, but I can understand that. Then we went to checkout and I asked if we could still use our name certificate for a free doughnut, it was on my phone, and she looked at me and said shed never seen a coupon liked that and needed to ask the manager. What! This is a national promotion, how can you not know what this is. Errr. There was a line behind me and it wasnt worth the delay or the minor discount. Instead my son and I just left disappointed again. At least they dont screw up the usual doughnuts or we would have had a family catastrophe!Couple Months ago: Waited forever due to workers just focusing on a couple people for 10 minutes. Then, we specifically came here to get the holiday doughnuts, and they only let you get one of each kind! So, why does the picture on the sign show a whole box of repeated types! This doesnt make any sense! Very disappointed in this location. Ive always loved krispy kreme, but I am increasingly unsatisfied each time I come here.Sometime Earlier: Normally, its fine. Today, it wasnt. I said iced coffee with cream... cream and sugar?...just cream, no sugar... Hands me black... I said, again, with cream... She hands me black with whip cream on top. Ugggg. Gave up. Tried to mix it in. The other drink had a clearly broken lid. What a mess. And they had no napkins anywhere, and when we asked, they had to go to the back to get them. Why arent they just giving them with the boxes?

The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh and perfectly formed!! 😁Donuts taste fresher and are softer than Dunkin’ Donuts where their donuts are taste like they’ve sat on the self for at least 48 hours before you can purchase.Not sure how the coffee tastes but will need to try the carton of coffee for my department next time since it’s about $4 less than Dunkin’ Donuts.

I went to get my nephews some weekend doughnuts; Marleen and Isiah made my experience most delightful! They were very busy and yet my order was filled accurately and quickly! The coffee was brewed while I waited for the doughnuts, all of those wonderful aromas set me on Cloud 9 for the rest of the day!

Krispy Kreme gives a free original glaze doughnut when you show your vaccination card. This keeps me coming back. However, they need a lukewarm sign instead of a hot sign. The doughnuts are usually tepid rather than hot.

When the hot & ready light is on, you should actually have fresh hot and ready donuts READY. The customer service here isnt always so good neither are the cold donuts that should be hot and ready at the time.

I picked up a dozen filled glaze doughnuts. Half were chocolate and half were vanilla. The ads show a cutaway where donuts are filled completely and knowing that the glazed are superb then the filled must be a notch or two above. The vanilla creme indeed were filled so full and delicious! However I think they forgot to fill the chocolate donuts and they were actually not as good as normal glazed. I could see where there was an attempt to fill since there were three chocolate penetrations on the bottom but I suspect that the machine was out of creme. Disappointed!

Hard to refuse Hot donut sign! I picked up my customized dozen donut box today, include new butterfinger donut. Loved it!Also the website is convenience for pre-order and use drive-thru, even with custom order.

The light was on that they are HOT AND FRESH yet upon arriving home, 2 minutes later they are not even warm, they are crusty and not fresh…. Plus the woman working at the window was very unfriendly and didn’t even say anything to me

My sweet treat place

Went there today as my daughter and I love some fresh doughnuts once in a while. Bought 2 specialty doughnuts and a dozen doughnuts to bring home to my other kids and husband. Opened the box of doughnuts and there was a hair in the doughnuts and the doughnuts have pieces of dark stuff embedded into the glaze looks like the doughnuts fell on the floor and they still went ahead and glazed them. I have pictures of how the doughnuts look and has completely disgusted us. Unsanitary and disgusting to be giving out doughnuts to people that might make them sick. And on top of it all the people at the front are rude mostly the lady. I want my money back at this point.

Fresh donuts. Left an oily film in my mouth though but other than that they were good. Place is decently clean as well.

Krispy Kreme in Duluth is the best in Gwinnett county. Donuts are always fresh and taste delicious! Employees are courtesy and friendly. Sometimes the donuts are burned on the bottom at Mall of Georgia location. So, I drive the few extra miles to the Pleasant Hill store in Duluth.

I really do not like glazed donuts, I just get donuts for meetings and such and KK is convenient. Really, I dont enjoy donuts, but in the realm, their selection of other styles of donuts is pretty good. I dont really like their coffee either. Also, the staff is usually grumpy, but probably because I am the first customer in when they open.

Very friendly and have everything I want

We went there and the HOT light was on. We ordered 1/2 dozen of glaze donuts & 1 lemon filled donut. The glaze donut were not fluffy & light. They were heavy, dark brown & did not taste like a Krispy Kreme donut. They were also small. The lemon glaze were small & lacked the flavor that they normally have.

Super slow service. They clearly weren’t prepared to serve us. We were the only ones in line and they said a five to 10 minute wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and there was no apology or explanation.Horrible service but food is always good.

The size of the donuts in the box don’t match the ones on the glass display in the shop, they are much smaller in the final take out box. Make sure the employee gets you the ones from the display with bigger donut sizes. This is joke, would never step my foot to this location!

I wouldnt recommend going to this Krispy Kreme its extremely slow. I went through the drive through and ordered a dozen of glazed donuts and Isaiah asked me do you mine the dounghts being room temperature and I said sure. I ended up with with cold dounghts. Then had to wait 15 minutes for a refund. Terrible service 🤢

Best donuts by far cant tell you when you come to get some because every time l pass by before going to work the cars be wrapped around the building.

Drive thru time was extremely long but I was eventually able to get over the divider so I could enter the store. Im glad I entered because I was frustrated about the wait time in the drive thru. I witnessed the sweet lady working so hard to fulfill the orders. She made sure I was taken care of before I left the counter. I love this location. I will rather just go inside the store for faster service with a smile.
