This place is amazing. They have a great variety of Vietnamese street foods. Price is very competitive. Location is easy to find. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

The only thing we ordered that I would recommend for new people coming to this place was the banh mi with. Basically it is bread porky-filling with mayo and Sriracha on top with shredded pork. Also tried the corn but was too salty in my opinion. Would I come back and eat again? It is a yes for me!

Got the winter Melon green tea at 50% sweetness, lobster balls, tornado potato, fried rice, bahn mi.The drinks were all very good! The bahn mi was fine. The rice and potatoes was pretty good. The food was just fine but, nothing special. The drinks & customers service was great! Note..the cleanness needs to be stepped up a lil bit..

The sugarcane juice w/ kumquat was the da bomb (fresh and the kumquat taste is very balance).The rice paper salad w/ tamarind was goos as well; full portion with lot of toppings. However, the table that I sat, I don’t think it was clean properly after the previous customer. I’m here for the food, so definitely would be back to try other items!

Milk tea here is really good! Its a refreshing milk tea twist! The boba here is soft and fluffy. Pair that up with their salty and savory snacks, and you have a amazing combination. Really.good service here too! I really like the cashier energy. She has good vibes!

I only came in for some tea and a smoothie with my girlfriend, but wow what a place. I cant comment on the food, but the drinks were absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend the taro smoothie. The staff was super nice and inviting, and very willing to answer questions. The restaurant had a lovely aesthetic as well, with great mood music, and lovely bright colors. I highly look forward to coming back and getting a bite.

YOU GUYS! This place is incredible. Not only are the workers here EXTREMELY NICE, the atmosphere is very comforting. My sisters and I LOVE to go here for snacks and sugar cane juice. You MUST try everything on the menu (like we do 🤤😂). So far every dish they have has the PERFECT seasoning and is very flavorful. Many of the dishes is so authentic to the good ole vietnamese food that you’d crave to have in Vietnam.This time we got the French fries (I wanted to order 2 more because the seasoning was addicting!😍 Plus it was sooo fresh tasting), sugar cane drink, 3 different dishes of snails,Highly highly recommend trying this place out. Exceptional service. We were the last customers on the day when staff could rightfully close the door. Instead they acknowledged our special trip to satisfy craving for bubble tea! Staff pleasantly served us for curbside service. The fire bread is highly recommended! We will go back again.

Pros: Modern design venue and food taste.Cons: Service needs improvements. Kept overcharged for wrong order and offer no refund (if venue doesnt take mistakes seriously, then the business will not survive long) short staff, small portion.Verdict: Would I revisit? Probably not due to the Cons stated above.

As I was reading other reviews expecting maybe they over judge but its true. Food/drinks took a good minute to come out including the fact the customers that came well after us got theirs pretty fast. Didnt make sense but I wasnt impressed with time of the order and Im a pretty patient guy. But food wise overall was decent.

I came to this place on Monday 11/11/2019. There are a lot of authentic Vietnamese street food including seafood, sea snails, clams ect. There are a variety of Vietnamese food to choose from such as soup, good fries, salad, sandwiches, pan fried ramen noodles, rice vermicelli, fried rice; lots of milk tea varieties. I am a not huge fan of exotic food but I have to say they are tasty. They open at 12 noon and close at 12 midnight or 1 am on Friday and Sat night. The staff is so nice and friendly. It is located in the same shopping center with Goodwill on Pleasant Hill road.

The location is hard to noticed from traffic. Its hidden in the corner of the shopping center. The place has been improving a lot in many ways since the grand opening day. However, the food is still disappointing me for the most part. They offer great variety of snacks but not quite sure which one is their specialty. So far, the spicy crispy bread is their best so far. Nice thing about this location is that it attracts trendy crowds, allows big parties.

Great variety of flavors and toppings (some Ive never seen - crystal boba!). Love the split cup! However, the service was SO SLOW.It took almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks (no food) on a Sunday. Only 1 other person had ordered, so it wasnt busy. During that time, there was an older gentleman just sitting at the counter playing on his phone and the cashier was standing around.

Small portions, the teas are pre-made and filled with lots of sugar, the person in front dont know anything about the food theyre selling the crab soup looks like slimed, its a cool place too bad for the quality. It says kid friendly but the restrooms dont have a changing pad.

It took about 25 minutes to get our drinks and 2 people ordered before us (wasnt busy at all). That wasnt ok.I ordered the Thai tea and it was watery so I wouldnt recommend it. Their original milk tea is good though.We tried snacks on a separate occasion and they left something to be desired.Theyre a new place so Im sure theyll be improving things here and there while they gain momentum. Ill probably be back to check it out again and see if anything has changed.

Wonderful place to eat, my girlfriend introduced me to it on our first unofficial date and it was amazing. Ive tried many of their teas and they rival or even beat larger places like KungFu Tea or Sweet Hut. It has a nice clean atmosphere and theres always music (usually some kind or Korean, Vietnamese, or Japanese). My personal recommendation is any of the oolong milkteas and the popcorn chicken for a quick bite, but its also hard to go wrong with the sandwiches as well. Overall wonderful and a great place to go no matter what youre craving.

Cheap but has great drinks and food

When this place was first open, I had to say that whoever was in charged to design the store need to get fired ASAP. However, some of the original partners of the store withdrew after a few months which, in my opinions, was a good thing. The store was redsigned, and this time it looks WAYYY better than before. This store carries the Vietnamese street food style with many great street foods from Vietnam, and it has a wide varieties of options for customers to customize their street foods. One of the street foods that have been staying with my whole childhood is the Banh Trang Tron ( Mixed Rice Papers with tamarind sauce, fresh cut mangoes, beef jerky), and I was so happy to know that they also have it. Well, of course, the taste will be a little bit different, but its still better than not having it at all. Their fried bread topped with mayo and sriracha sauces is very tasty, too. Also, I think they need to talk to the landlord to build a new light pole in front of the store to make it brighter and safer.
