Staff was very nice. The donuts are really small but at least one gets to try more flavors. The donuts’ dough resembles a cake, not a proper donut. The different flavors are great but they are way TOO sweet so I can only remember that they were overly sweet.

Donuts so good we had to go back for another round! They are the perfect size bc any bigger and you wouldn’t get to enjoy all the different flavors you’d be full off one.

As a Vegan and non-vegan couple… THIS IS HEAVEN! The V French Toast for Her and the Bacon Elvis for Him!! Also, the fact that they are mini, allowed us to indulge in various flavors without getting overwhelmed by the sugar! We drove 50min to try them, and will definitely drive 50min again to indulge in these magical donuts.Ps. The staff and service was also amazing! Next time we’ll go for the full coffee and donuts experience.

The best donuts in town! This place was recommended to me by a friend and every since I can’t stop going back! As I was posting a review I seen one posted shortly before I came in very unfortunate but I wouldn’t wait 10 minutes to go back in and check especially if nobody else was there!

Cute donut shop. I got up this morning and decided I wanted some vegan donuts and they were in the area so I decided why not. The young lady behind the counter was super and nice and patient with us. We tried a variety different flavors, my favorite was the limited time Strawberry with lemon curd then the Strawberry cheesecake!! I could go on. If you havent been definitely check them out!! Definitely worth the trip in my opinion!!

The worst experience at Simply done. These are the donuts I received. I ordered from here weekly as a treat for my family, and today for the holiday. The donuts were done wrong. I ordered french toast received churros, none of which are here and the other pictures are supposed to be the berry crunch, oh and the redone berry crunch that they charged me extra for. I asked for my donuts to be remade, they acted like it was a wild request. I called the cops because after they said they would remake them, they came back and noted that they owner said don’t. I called the cops. I had not receipt, no refund and no donuts except 4 berry crunch (that were clearly still wrong). The cashier was irate because I asked for a refund since they wanted to give me the same crummy donuts back. Bottom line is the order was wrong, and I’m not sure what story the owner was told but it was all a lack of customer service from beginning to end. Why isn’t there a manager on hand? Why would you give so much ownership of your business to kids and you clearly don’t care what your customer receives unless it’s worthy of social media attention. The last pictures are what I was supposed to receive. I welcome the business to respond and tell their side. I have full proof in the police write up about her staff all because I asked for a refund and the donuts since I was overcharged.#simplydonedonuts

Simply Done Donuts was fantastic at our office meeting that we held outdoors! I was in constant contact with Lacey, who was very helpful. We kept going back and forth with donut flavors, and changing the amount of people/time, etc. and Lacey was quick with responses and patient! The coffee/donut truck showed up an hour early for setup, and the entire office enjoyed the treats! Coffee and donuts both were delicious! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use in the future!

Friendly staff, great customer service, and quality donuts. The inside is very clean and open, and the pricing on the menu is just right. The mini donuts have a cake-like consistency and this place has so many different fun flavors to offer. My favorite part (besides the staff) was the pictures of the different flavor donuts they offer on the wall, so you don’t have to guess what something looks like. Vegan friends, they have these Fri to Sun :) This place is a hidden gem!

We booked the Simply Done Donut truck for a semi-casual wedding dinner--and are so grateful that we did! Not only did they show up on time with a fun and welcoming attitude, the mini donuts (and cold brew) were the treat we were hoping for. Actually, the donuts were so yummy that no one even wanted the wedding cake! I highly recommend the Apple Pie donuts! Karissa and Joey are wonderful people and we are so thankful that we could celebrate my sisters wedding with them.

This place is delicious! I ordered a cold brew and 2 donuts (Elvis and Old Dirty Bird). The donuts are smaller than regular places. I prefer that because it allows me to try different flavors and have a little dessert without the calories or commitment of a huge donut. Super recommend.My only gripe is it closes at 7pm. Would love to get dinner in Duluth and grab some donuts as dessert!

I love 💕 mini-donuts, its the perfect portion size for me and my kids. I have ordered from Simply Done Donuts a few times now, consistency is key for me. When you tasted any food a handful of times you know what to expect. Each order has been fresh and delicious. I love the cute messages they write on the box, definitely makes it extra special. Its the little things that show they love their craft.Their store is really close by, however I have only ever ordered off of ubereats. Im not a morning person.I also got the cold brew drink this time. No complaints!I love their churro donut 🍩🍩🍩 it definitely my favorite.

Im an Emory student and they come to campus sometimes and I just have to say, I love this place! They have the freshest, softest, bestest donuts! My favorite flavors are Boston creme and also the coconut toasted one- so good! The quality is through the roof and the owners are really friendly too. Highly recommend it!

Amazing cake-based pint sized donut shop in Downtown Duluth! The staff was so kind and patient with my indecision on my first visit. I ended up going with man-bait (bacon and caramel, need I say more), cookies and creme (kid favorite), vanilla, and classic glazed. They were all delicious and you can watch them being decorated while you wait. There is ample parking, outdoor seating, and customer restrooms. Your donuts will never be incomplete, just Simply Done.

The customer service was non existant. There were no other customers present but us and two employees who seemed like they could care less. I am not sure if its their lack of motivation or a bizarre store policy but despite being the only customers present when we ordered donuts and two coffees they didnt bring it out to us. After 10 minutes I went back inside and they were sitting on the counter. The employee was in the back sitting so I asked him if that was ours and he nodded yes. ????

All around good experience. The staff was super friendly. The donuts are, honestly, the perfect size. Im basic so the strawberry sprinkle and glazed were my favorites. Also got a vanilla latte that wasnt overly sweet and had the perfect amount of foam. Signed up for the rewards program so I have no choice but to go back!

My husband and I decided to head to Atlanta from our home in Columbus Georgia to explore. We ended up in the little town of Duluth and Simple Done Donut shop, which had these amazing little donuts. My husband and I had a hard time choosing which ones to try so the owner’s of the shop helped us out. We didn’t realize they were the owners until we walked around while waiting for our donuts and coffee and looked at all the pictures on the walls. We fell in love with the owners while chatting with them as we ate way to many of their awesome donuts. We will definitely be coming back when we are exploring again in Atlanta!!!!

They were quick to respond from the initial inquiry I sent and presented all pricing, info and menu upfront. This place is top notch. Very clean inside. Lots of variety of donut toppings. I got the 2 dozen for $20 which affords you six flavor toppings. Plus, when you place your order you can watch them decorate/prepare your donuts. Also, the donuts were better tasting than expected. I cant wait to go back.

We went at 3:00 on a Saturday. There are restaurants, shops, and a brew pub in the same little area, so it’s great for walking around!The owners were so friendly. In times of COVID, all employees were wearing masks. I don’t think they required customers to wear masks, but most, if not all, were.We got 8 donuts for $9. All of the donuts are made the same. They just top them differently. The good thing is that they’ll never run out of donuts because they all have the same base. Note that they now offer vegan donuts! We didn’t try any though. Love the space, finally caught them when they were open after multiple tries. theres a window where you can watch your donut being made. The donuts are cute and small and made to order. The plain glazed was good. Cute patio. The churro donut was not churro-like at all - cinnamon sugar with a dollop of hazelnut spread. It didnt even remind me of a churro as they would say on cutthroat kitchen. Chai latte was weak but they do have self serve cinnamon. it seems like they have one flavor of donut and an assortment of toppings / topping combinations. Overall good, would go back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Simply Done Donuts. A large variety of hand-made flavor creations to entice even the most reluctant donut person. Coffee was fresh and latte was great with no flavors or added sugar (had whole milk with mine, they also offer skim or almond). I order right down the row and had man bait (bacon yum), French toast (cinnamon sugar donut and famous maple icing) Old dirty bird and the DARK SIDE (for chocolate lovers) All are topped over a freshly fried donut. I suggest a visit for good food, nice ambiance and friendly staff.

This Elvis donut was SPECTACULAR! I saw this shop in my Google search for more Vegan options and decided to try them. I had 2 mini non-Vegan Elvis with bacon (pictured here) and my sister had the Vegan (w/o bacon) she loved it as well. Taking home 48 count vegan assortment to the family. We will certainly be back.

I came to town for my 13 yr olds basketball tournament & I was craving donuts while staying in the Duluth area. I came here based off the reviews, & man was I in for a treat! I had a truly blissful experience! I didnt get the donuts hot, but Im kinda glad because the heat would have made me lose the goodness gracious that are the toppings.Ive eaten donuts that have a similar concept but these are in a league of their own.. I could eat 50 of those things, in a sitting if I wanted, but that wouldnt be smart. You guys have a fan for life! I would LOVE to own a franchise or something. DAMN!!!!!!

I recently hosted a work event here. The owners were completely wonderful to work with in arranging the event. They gave us the space completely to ourselves and arranged for our attendees to have four donuts each and a coffee of their choice. The staff working the event were extremely accommodating and kind. I tried the Samoas donut- yum! Whether you are a local to Tampa or not, make sure to stop in and grab some donuts.

However this place has been my little oasis of calm amongst all of the chaos. The donuts are delicious! You’d never even know the vegan donuts were different; that’s how good they are! As a barista I can’t find a single thing wrong with any of their drinks; it’s always a treat to experience hand pressed espresso! Yum yum yum! The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful! Despite coming here almost every week (don’t you dare judge me haha) It’s always so hard to chose which flavors to get. What a fun place with delicious treats! I got a box of eight to share with my friend Ms. L. My favorite was definitely the apple pie with the strawberry cheesecake coming in at a close second. I felt the fruit options were a better balance to the dough. Although the French Toast was nice, too!This place feels a little pricy considering the small portions. I really enjoyed my first taste of Simply Done Donuts! We ordered two of the apple pie donuts and two of the man bait (maple syrup and bacon) donuts. They were beautifully packaged, warm, gooey, and delicious. I missed this gem right here in the heart of Duluth, Ga, but Ill be back again soon!

Tienen diferentes ofertas, pero decidí comprar las 4 donas por $ 5.Pedí:- Cookies & Cream: pastel de vainilla, glaseado de vainilla y oreo triturado.- Dark Side: pastel de vainilla, glaseado de chocolate y oreo triturado.- 2 Churros de pastel de vainilla, azúcar de canela y Nutella.Estos fueron los que me parecieron apetitosas en este momento, pero tienen muchas opciones, incluida una de Bacon, y la mas vendida, Apple Pie. Me encantaría volver y probarlas.No solo ofrece donas también tienen bebidas de café, batidos de donas (donas mezcladas en helado de vainilla) y floats.El estacionamiento puede ser limitado, pero la tienda es fácil de encontrar. La tienda por dentro es muy linda / moderna, y muy limpia.

Super cute donut shop. They have a good variety of selection. The strawberry cheesecake was really delicious. However the Dirty Bird was just okay.Will definitely come back to try other flavors and the coffee.

OMG, my husband and I ventured out to downtown Duluth and decided to stop in for some doughnuts. I am so glad we did. Customer Service was AMAZING and the doughnuts were THE BEST!! We will definitely be regular customers.

AMAZING! best I’ve ever had

I went in this morning to pick up an order of vegan donuts. When I made the order the night before, I checked numerous times to make sure it was the vegan 4 option. When I picked it up, it turns out the printout didnt say vegan on it. Anyways, when I asked if they were vegan, one of the employees snapped at me THERES A VEGAN OPTION. THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED all while looking off in the other direction, no eye contact, no basic decency. The other employee politely stated the vegan donuts were coming out in 25 minutes, but I was so uncomfortable with the situation, I just left. In my 10+ years of customer service, I have never been that rude to a customer. Even if I KNEW the customer was wrong, I would be polite enough to help them work it out. I will not be returning.

Wonderful! We had the Simply Done Donuts truck come to our school in Atlanta to celebrate our wonderful teachers and staff, and thank them for all of their hard work! The donuts were delicious and the owners are delightful to work with! Cannot recommend more highly!

Simply done donuts at a very homey covid style, only 40people wedding was awesome!! I highly recommend them for any type of wedding or get together! It’s the best touch you can add and people love coffee + donuts! They made an exception for us on multiple things and I couldn’t be more grateful! My brother and sister n law loved it and so did their families! The best part is we live in Duluth, we are loyal customers to Simply done in down town Duluth, our kids, nieces and nephews have grown up in Duluth and it was just fitting to have this partnership! Do not hesitate to book Simplydone donuts!

My husband and I had a date and he mentioned this place. We went after dinner and enjoyed the mini donuts!! They were delicious especially having a date and enjoy dessert!

Their donuts are soooooo good!!! They are small; so you’ll get a couple. The topping to donut ratio is perfect. They put just enough topping to balance both. This is a husband & wife team who are super nice, so that’s a bonus. We bought a couple different flavors; Apple Pie, PB& J, Cinnamon, and Glazed. Will definitely come back to try the others. Do-not hesitate, definitely get you some if you’re in downtown Duluth.

My first time going to Simply Done Donuts 🍩 Im already loving them.First,Ill say its in great location,store is nice & clean,and the employees greet you and explain everything about the donuts they offer.Then,you get to pick from 2,4,8,16,24 Mini count donuts and various flavors.Last,you wait about 15 minutes or less for them to freshly prepare them.Highly recommended you to go here and treat yourself😋
