I get that stores may not always have what you need or they may be too busy or a number of things could be an issue but when they have staff (in this case Nicole) that go out of their way to do their job it makes the place 5 star so way to go on hiring people like her. She is awesome!

Was refused the ability to pay for gas after pumping because I still had the temporary tag on my new car and no plate on the front because the DMV hasn’t sent me my plates yet. Was told it’s “just their policy.” I’ve bought gas at Holiday nearby and the Kwik Trip by Sams Club with no problem, and I’m nowhere near the regular I am at this Kwik Trip at those gas stations. One of the Women who was inside is someone who talks to me without introductions each time because she knows who I am. What’s the point of being a regular if it doesn’t matter on even the most petty of levels. I spend or should I say I used to spend about $200 a month for gas and other groceries here. If I don’t get to be an individual who spends this much at their establishment but just another “West Duluth Thief,” I’ll go elsewhere.

Great place to shop when youre in a hurry. Dont have to wait in line for more than a few seconds before checking out. Very helpful and friendly employees!

Its usually a good store..... Everyone who works there is nice, except for Kaylee?Kaylee is a service job bully.Im not going there anymore because there are two kwik trip stores, both one mile from my house, and I dont want to run into Kaylee.

I am beyond fed up with this place which is upsetting considering I live right a crossed the street. Went to get fire wood tonight and we’re told to go to the other Kwik trip off of Raleigh which is all the way a crossed town from us because they didn’t want to walk outside because there was only two people working! It’s a trip that ends in frustration every single time!!! And even the Kwik trip we went to stated the don’t understand why this Kwik trip sends so many people down here at night it’s a number one complaint in the summer. Something needs to change at this store and soon!

I have been coming to this location and others around town since they came into town, and Ive never had an issue until tonight. I pulled up to the gas pump hit pay inside and tried to pump gas, it wasnt working didnt think anything of it until a younger guy comes walking up saying We will not service you, you do not have a license plate on the back of your car! I stated I just bought this car from a dealership in the last week and Im almost out of gas. Temporary plate in the window, and didnt even bother to look. He said Sorry Its our Policy. I was appalled and went to Holiday Instead. Not one time did this person mention to me about coming Inside to assist or discuss further or offer any other options. I will Not be going back to a Kwik Trip and Its sad because Ive been a loyal customer for Years, I would rather go someplace else that would be willing to work with their customers rather than profile them and deny someone service.

Would highly suggest going to 27th w location rather this one. I had an issue and upon talking with the manager (younger kid) I was greeted with nothing but rude responses. Location always seems to be Employed by unknowable people who don’t do their jobs or don’t know how to do it right. But would make sense with the type of management they have there.

Relatively clean, fully stocked and organized, consistently busy but not too crowded.

Always so much product to choose from, fresh case full, drink machines are clean, open a register when busy

Normally I would give higher mark but it bothers me that they have not implemented more safety measures during Covid 19. Some employees do not wear masks and there are no shields in front of cashiers. I always wear a mask in the store but protects them and not me.

Here is a gas station. It has gas. People come here to get gas. Great place to spend the afternoon if you enjoy watching people getting gas. If you go inside, dont expose yourself to the staff. That makes them angry and they start yelling. They also have coffee and washer fluid. Dont mix those up. Coffee will freeze in your washer fluid tank and if you add cream it just makes your windshield messy.

Very friendly people! Store is clean and is pretty much like a mini mini market- produce, canned goods, awesome bakery, frozen section, typical gas station stuff, boxed goods, dairy at a really great price!!!.... I am not sure what you could not find here, with in reason. Love this/these stores!

The best Kwik Trip in town. Fast lines and always hot food ready to go. I’ve had a few troubles with both ATMs being down but I can’t fault them for machine failures.

I visit here regularly. One time while filling up my work vehicle, the receipt didnt print at the pump so I had to go inside, they offered me a free soda for my trouble. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

Went to this one today.. I wanted the Mac and cheese, saw they had some opened it and it was gone. My boyfriend walked up and told someone about it. They said we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it. Paid for what else we got. Went to the one on 27 ave they also had Mac and cheese. Was telling the lady how upset I was at the one on grand. She said she was very sorry. Plus she said it would have taking them 15-20 minutes for us to get Mac and cheese. I think I will be going to the one on 27th from now on. The employees at store #218 seem to not keep up with, not only the soups and Mac n cheese, but roller grill items as well. I dont feel that we should have to drive an extra 2-3 miles just to get what we want. I also understand that there is another one about a half mile from our place the other direction, bit they seem to not keep up on their roller grill items from time to time. Please get store #218 in order so we can continue to hit that one up!
