I almost didnt go to this store because of the mixed reviews but I gave it a chance. I was able to find the products I wanted at great prices and stuff was helpful.

Im absolutely disgusted with how I was treated there! When I walked in, I wasnt greeted and I ignored that. When I got to register, I still wasnt greeted and I still continued to want to make a purchase. Then the rude asian guy who was suppose to be assisting me asked 2 females who were looking around if they were ready. He completely stops my transaction and starts ringing them up. I then looked at him appalled by the disrespect and disregard of me as apassing customer. I even asked sooo do I not look ready? He ignores me and I chuckled and walked away. The nice Hispanic female asked me what was wrong and I told her. But Im glad I didnt spend a single penny here! I will never give this place my business again!

There is so many things at this store, I don’t know what everyone else is saying but the ladies were pretty nice to me, I think people will always everything offensive . Anyways, I love coming here and literally there is everything you need, I love it .

I came in store today to look for new products to try. They kept asking me if i needed help but I declined as I was looking up reviews for the products they had. Both ladies kept staring at me even as I left. The whole time they were whispering and looking at me as if I was going to steal something.I then called afterwards, about 30 min later. to see if I had dropped a receipt I needed when I was in store. The ladies told me to come in, and hung up immediately. I called again because it takes only 2 seconds to look on the floor for a white piece of paper. They hung up immediately. When I went in store and asked if they seen it, they just started yelling at me.Very poor customer service and very rude, I do not recommend at all.Edit:Went back because my sister works for the sister location and tried to explain to them the owner wouldnt appreciate the attitudes. One of the ladies replied back with lies and said that they had to keep an eye on people like me because I made them nervous.

My friend and I were interested in checking out pop beauty supply and received horrible customer service. The music was really loud and the lady stayed behind the register the whole time. They never said a word to us did not offer us any help. No greeting. No customer service.

A friend of mine told me about this place i got here at 1:45 it open at 12 and its still closed I have seen at least 15 people coming and goin they jus missing money smh how can someone own a business and not take it seriously as hard as it is out here you want to disrespect yourself. I pray for this owner because they clearly dont know what it is to be professional and when u realize what have means it will be to late.

Were waiting for the Pops to open at 10am. Leaving and going to SO GOOD Bridal & Jewelry at least its open.

I used to work here they are extremely racist and think everyone is there to steal. They wanted me to follow customers and watch them. The lady called me stupid and made several degrading comments to me. She talks about all the customers. STAY AWAY

They never open on time. Im sitting outside the place. It is 10:25am. They are supposed to open at 10am. This is the THIRD time! Whey have a sign that says a time and you NEVER open at that time. Only reason I come here is because they are the only place with the bomba locs and thats what I use on clients. As soon as I find another store with them. Im dont with this place. Ridiculous!I would give it 1 star. But they have a product I need.
