They are friendly, I hired them to print logos on activewear which is not their specialty and my logo on my leggings are cracking. It was a process, the management has great communication, I just think if they would have shown me a test sample of my logo on the leggings, I wouldnt have been dissatisfied because now I have pieces I have to sell with a logo I know will crack, so I wont lose money on my products.** Great Update**: Duluth Screen Printing paid me for all the clothing with cracked logos, so that I could reorder the pieces again. I really appreciate that, most companies wouldnt have done that. It made me feel that they care about their customers..and I see that they do. Thanks Duluth Screen Printing!
