Not good place came at 1030pm with mask. On and had Id from phizer shots people didnt want to serve us said it was too late they close at 1130 they didnt even want too cook the steak well they finaly did we got steak we finished at 1110 then a. Big crowd comes in at 1110 and they took them they didnt even want us to eat desert my guest even told them she wanted desert they pushed us push us out I will never go here again I already told a few people the experience we had and the other party didnt even start to eat until 1120 and it was a large group this place is no good

The staff is decent, the place is clean, and the service is quick. I went there with my friend and the food came out in reasonable time without the long wait. Their pancakes are soft and easy to cut and their food is good. I also requested extra syrup for the pancakes and our waiter was happy to bring it for me without any complaints. Overall, the atmosphere, food, and staff were great and I would highly recommend going here for breakfast or brunch.
Standard, very typical American cuisine. The menu is a huge list. When i got my order, it is just like any other i have tried when I thought it would be different - panini pesto chicken. The bread is just a regular bread. They put pesto and olive oil and thats it! It was a big surprise - surprisingly common.
The service was awesome. Atmosphere is family friendly. And great for dining in. My friends and I dined in for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Hats off to the chef for a delicious breakfast.

Very fast and efficient servers. Very welcoming and they have your food and drinks fast. Never made a line for dine in. 😋 delicious food. Chocolate chip pancakes are the best. Great for family with kids.
I dont know where to start!Breakfast at Georgia Diner is better then breakfast at Tiffanys 😁we had the whole family for breakfast (10 people) everybody got exactly what they want it.The waffle were perfect, French toast delicious,eggs Benedict were amazing.which I go back for every once i can and not to mention unlimited hot coffee ☕️!!the staff was friendly gave us great service.
This place has definitely seen better days. The one thing I know thats there no such thing as only having 1 fly. This place and my section was full of them. On the table, window and seating area. Sugar packets on the floor and the glass partitions were filthy and full of finger prints.The food was not great and our server seemed to be rushed even though the diner was empty. Not good!The Mens bathroom was a complete disaster and had an awful stench.What happened here???This place was so much better when it was POP Diner!Definitely not a recommendation from me.Get it together Georgia Diner!!!
We had a Large party (35 people) on short notice. Not only did they accommodate us but every order was delicious, generous and correct. The staff was professional and helpful. Thank you Georgia Diner!
Didn’t have high expectation but this place was pretty bad. Ordered an ice cream sundae, it took 45 minutes to come and in the end it was just a scoop of ice cream with almost no toppings. This cost 9 dollars but looked like a free sundae you would get for free at a buffet.

This place has one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I had an elder waitress attend my table and she was very rude. She kept on sighing and giving me an upset look. She never checked back on our table to see if we wanted anything else and on top of that she seemed upset when we asked her about a specific plate in the menu. If you are unhappy working in a place, the best thing to do is leave. Oh and she never came back to take my card to charge me. I had to walk to the front . Props to the girl at the front desk who charged my card and was the best part of my trip there. Never going back there again and btw the food is horrible. I think my 12 year old cousin makes better eggs and bacon than this place. Avoid this place, do yourself that favor please. Do spend your money here. If there is a a breakfast place that deserves your money, the recommend going the place called the shady lady, down in Astoria. It’s worth your time.
The food was good the problem was a cookie I ordered. It had a large piece of hair so I asked for it to be changed. Little did they know I salted the cookie before sending it back… guess what. The cookie was salty :)
I have been coming to Georgia Diner for over 10 years. Back when it was at its original location. Still the best diner.

Went for breakfast, it was nice on the inside, the lighting was a bit dark though, not open and bright. The food was very good, I had French toast, my daughter had the egg sandwich. The coffee was very good and so was the service. I dont know how their other food is but the breakfast was great. Id recommend this diner.
It could be better I ordered linguine with meatballs. They brought me spaghetti with meatballs the spaghetti was dry. And the tip of the spaghetti was burnt and hard like it didnt even touch the water. But Im sure they had of the stuff that was very good although I did not try anything else

This is the old Georgia Diner, only its across the boulevard and up the street. The experience was fine.
Food was good but what I didnt like was that the waiter added his own price for the tip! Thought that was rude!! Should let me decide what I think he should have gotten depending in his service!!

One of my go-to diners in queens. Super nostalgic and the burgers are made to order, home made and not that freezer stuff! Chocolate peanut butter milkshake to wash it down! Thank me later.
This is our go-to place for breakfast. I love their eggs benedict. Super love their hollindaise sauce. Super yummy.

I have to say one thing that menu is impressive there is absolutely anything for anyone in there from breakfast to stake and seafood. I had and over all good time the service was great and the desert was wondering but the dish I had was a little watery but even then had great flavor to it and would still order again if I came back.

Ive been to Georgia Diner many times before. Food and service was usually pretty good. But the last time I went, our server kept messing up the order and the food was sub-par.First, coffee was brought to us instead of the hot chocolate ordered. My friend ordered 1 egg and they gave her 2 eggs and charged for the extra one, though she didnt eat it. They messed up my omelette order. I hate wasting food but I couldnt finish it.When we brought up the mistakes to the server, he was kind enough to take off my omelette but still charged my friend for the extra egg. And most frustrating was we were charged for the coffee that was immediately taken back. At that point we were so tired of all the mistakes and didnt want to bring up another issue to the server. Ended up paying for the extra drink.This was originally a 2 star review but I bumped it up to 3 for the decent service Ive experienced before.

Service was great but the food wasn’t. Food was overpriced and I’m not a fan of mandatory tips of 18%. I have no problem tipping but If you’re going to have a policy of mandatory tip, have a sign or some kind of notice place in or around the restaurant. Been dining at the establishment for over 7 years but I’m officially done. Wish the establishment all the best in the future.

Extremely rude employees. They have an unwelcoming attitude. We called them asking if we could go eat. They said yes as long we arrive before 11:30 pm because that’s when the kitchen closes. We got there at 11:00 pm and they no longer wanted to attend us.
The place was great because I had cheeseburger with French fries together.

When this place is busy, quality goes way down. Service seems to be over worked and overstretched. Kitchen gets sloppy and food takes a hit. Silverware was dirty. They got our order wrong. Speaking to management was not helpful.
When you walk thru those doors. You are already bothering staff. They lag to sit u down. They look at you and tell you to sit yourself. Even though they ask you how many . Then they dont want to take your order. No menu. After 2 minutes you take one yourself.You proceed to ask for some coffee. Doesnt come for 7 minutes. Food and service is not to my taste. People that work at night in this location were nice but morning . Ive tried numerous times. Saturdays and sundays do have a flow going. Big families going in so they work in sync cash out weekends. They forget the rest of the week people need service too.
Since the pandemic started I haven’t been able to come but when I did, ohhh it was good. Except for the coffee don’t know what happened. I do like my fresh hot coffee but other than that it was great. Thank you for keeping the dinner alive.

Standard diner food and entrees with some Greek specialties available. Seating is limited to 4 people per table and mostly in a large tarped area located in the parking lot so on-site parking is more limited than usual. Service was timely and accommodating considering pandemic conditions still exist.

They are either very slow or very short staffed. The people at the door are not very welcoming, they made me feel like we were there asking for a free meal and bothering them and the rest of the staff. Maybe theyre only friendly to people that speak Spanish?🤔
I was able to park my medium sized truck in the lot and get a very tasty Reuben sandwich and fries to go quickly. All of the employees were very friendly.
I’ve been here several times and service is usually great, except today. We came in and asked for a table, a man seated us without stating any problems regarding time or the fact that they were closing. Half way through our meal the waiter, who was excellent with us, apologetically brought the bill. Then the man that seated us stood by our table hurrying us along. He told our waiter “bring them containers to take there food to go”, without giving us notice or even asking. We walked in, in two separate groups, and neither one of the groups were informed that the dinner was almost closed. Had we known we wouldn’t have even sat down understanding they were closing. Even taking a different attitude would’ve been acceptable. Although we appreciate that the other staff was apologetic on behalf of his actions, His attitude with us was disgusting and totally unprofessional.

Was a somewhat disappointed during this visit food was a little cold and tasted dry & bit overcooked soup was very salty + the waiter hovered a bit too much and we felt rushedIm chalking it up to the Diner having an off day but otherwise I highly recommend Georgia for a nice yummy meal anytime day or night

Food is delicious. Portions are respectable. Staff is courteous. (Although, depending on your server, you may have to negotiate free refills on soft drinks.) Location is reasonably maintained. Wait times increase exponentially on weekend mornings/afternoons. Parking is limited during these times as well. Open 24 hours.
Customer at the original Georgia diner 20 years... My option excellent. Food; prices, service ****. Review is the new location down the block few streets. Former Sage diner years ago. Nevada diner same own of the Georgia diner. The Georgia diner is named after the owners wife name. No kids. New version Georgia diner review. Why ** some service came over from original location and from Nevada. Service good. Food... some the same some changed... changed is lower quality or smaller platter food. Prices did not come over from original location. Way before the virus prices... some prices doubled the price or at least $5-7 more for same dishes. Virus sure $10.00 around that price more or double? Diner food is nor restaurant food. Lower quality so you get more. Prices are the same as restaurant not same quality. You can get for the same price or close to it at a restaurant location. Even though since the virus all food places have gone up. I will go to both type of food type restaurants. You decide for your self... spend your money and quality of food. Stay safe.

Unfortunately, the Georgia Diner used the pandemic as an excuse to get rid of their breakfast specials. So everything was more expensive making breakfast here much less appealing.
They dont serve crêpes and the staff didnt know what they are. Theres 2 or more diners in this neighborhood. But I have to keep going to Ihop if I want crêpes. 1 star for being basic!
We went for brunch in Sunday at around 11am got a table right away. Great booths that have plexi separators . Ordered omelette and pancakes with Turkey bacon. Very good. Coffee was ok, not great. Service was terrific. Large portions. Great new york diner!
