This Duluth Georgia location is well organized. One aisle had a great assortment of gift bags, pretty gift paper, and napkins to purchase. Next to the assortment of bags were great holiday or special occasion cards. The cards had a wonderful choice of words. This Dollar General made my Wednesday a happy Wednesday.

Ive been coming to this store for 4 years and the employees on day shift are always welcoming. Especially manager BEN!! Shout out to you on always being so kind and understanding when it comes to doing the digital coupons. Thanks so much!!

Loud music at the register which is not suitable for children. Card system needs to be updated. When ask to type in the card number no one was trained to do so. The staff needs to be better trained. Store was also dirty and disorganized.

Gotta love the dollar store. Somehow I still manage to spend $50 bucks everytime...guess I just cant say no to all their great stuff....and YES everythings a dollar 🤑

Carmen the store manager refused to make a Vanilla direct transaction for me that Ive done multiple times at this location. I tried explaining this transaction to her but she refused to listen with an attitude and terrible customer service. I am highly disappointed and would like this looked into.

The staff was nice and the store was neat, clean and well stocked and the atmosphere was actually inviting vs the typical give me your money and go away you usually get

Just started to go to Dollar General a few weeks ago and was so pleased with the customer service I received. Benjamin the manager was so helpful and walked me to the section I was looking for vs. just telling me. Additionally, Antoine is so friendly and personable every time he helps me. They are all hard workers as they have to juggle stocking abs helping customers.

Friendly, professional staff at checkout. A step above a convenience store. Dollar General had better deals on 2 liter sodas than Publix on the day that I went.

It was cool in the store, a little cluttered but a person was busy putting out stock. I drive 12 miles to this store instead of my local Buford store which is only 2 miles. Our Buford store went down when its longtime manager left several years ago.

Im from the area, & this is my first time visiting this location, I was very impressed with the selection here . Versus the one on my local corner . Very nice & professional looking. Had exactly what I was looking for !

Saw a Dollar General being built. Thought oh that might not be so good for the neighborhood. But when I came in I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was nice well stocked and well-maintained. That was 3-4 months ago. Am walking out the door as I type this review. Will NOT be back to this Dollar General. Blaring rap music from a radio. Messy, VERY unorganized aisles. Merchandise everywhere! Literally looked like a strong wind had blown through. My guess is a regional manager came in, set up the store, and moved on. Unless things change this store, disappointedly, is proving my initial impression of Dollar General correct.

Ignored by staff who were sitting at registers and chatting with ea other. I asked about location of certain items and the clerk who finally acknowledged that that I was there, pointed in the general direction and said its that way. When I asked which aisle number?, she said probably three and four maybe... With an eye-roll ..my goodness.When I walked to the second row that runs perpendicular to the aisles, there were so many carts in that row full of folded cartons that I had a hard time getting past them - and Im slim.Thats a total fire code violation. If there had been an emergency, people who might have been in the store would not be able to get out in a rapid manner. I just turned around and left. Ive never been so disgusted in such a dirty store. I dont know why I went in there

Limited holiday items and mixed variety of other day-to-day items. Employees just doing their job attitude, no interaction with customers. Not a good location for store either.

Cashier Rita was a pleasure to check out with. However, when I got to my car, I realized I was overcharged for several items based on the displayed shelf price. Rita couldnt complete the exchange/return due to not having approval. The Manager on Duty was called for assistance. At first she acted like she didnt know how to process the price change/corrections. I suggested that she return the items and re-ring them up at the correct price by the UPCs. She stated that she wasnt doing that. She left the counter then returned with the items. She processed the return/exchange which took forever.While I waited for this transaction another customer asked for an item that was out on the shelf but in the backroom. She told the customer they had the item but dont have time to go get it. It was really poor customer service on managements part.As someone who recruits/hires in the retail industry, this was bad customer service.

Brand new recently built store. Welcome addition to the neighborhood since they are closer to me than the nearest Dollar Tree store. Well-stocked and neat store. Checkout wait time on weekend visits has been reasonable.

The quality of a dollar store, with prices like a big box store. The aisles are used as warehouse space, so you have to climb around boxes, and the shelves are a random assortment. Paid cash and was short changed. Trying to figure out exactly what market segment they are going for. Management is clearly AWOL.

I stopped in to pick up some items for my church. I will say unlike most of these chain stores it was very clean and organized. That was a shocker. What Dollar General needs to improve generally across the board is coverage at each location. Who wants to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy 1 item? Thats what happened to a few people because the other girl was only standing at her register, not actually using it. Strange. Aside from their normal schedule challenges, everything else was wonderful.

I really like this DG. Theres a large inventory so can find just about anything you need. The staff is friendly and the prices are good.

They ran out of shopping bags...how are you going to run a place with no shopping bags? I had to carry all of my items by hand across the parking lot to my car. The managers need to get it together and remember to place orders for materials they need before they run out.

Many store brands at one dollar but also a wide variety of top shelf brands at a lower price than the grocery store great selection of frozen foods and MREs, pizza and veggies all top quality fresh eggs,bacon,milk, juice and lunchmeats.No produce or butcher items such as poultry or steaks but there are a few frozen high end items like uncooked shrimp and lean ground beef. I was pleasantly surprised by the dairy case selection offering European butter and Greek yogurts along with competitively priced real cheeses the standards Cheddar Swiss Monterey in block and shredded varieties, extensive juice selection with the more exotic types thrown in for good measure. Dry goods and can staples to stock the pantry snacks and cookies all name brands - great condiments selection with some hard to find European items Seasonal and household items,good bath towels in a rainbow of color ( of course my favorite peach too) storage bins and gardening supplies.3 aisles dedicated to health and beauty vitamins personal care shampoo and conditioner soaps with some neat Korean brand sheet masks for a dollar! Baby diapers and wipes Brand name laundry soaps and household cleaners small party and stationary selection in essence a little bit of everything and lots of cool little things you didnt know you needed or wanted like the terracotta bird house feeder(15.00) and that awesome garden gnome I found. Very friendly and helpful cashier. Hidden location though no signage from the street but located just behind Chase Bank across from the Mickey Ds
