When they had a showroom they had top ranked customer service. Since they closed it and went to warehouse pick it could not be any worse.I’m so thankful that 21st Century Distributing is just a few minutes north and provide the same experience that I used to get from Dow.

Never open. Nor do they answer their phones. This company post store hours, but every time I go to the location the door is locked and lights are out. If your not taking walk-in customers update the site. Waste of time

Caleb and Clyde are awesome! I enjoy every time we get to swing by the Duluth store. They are super helpful and make what can be a stressful visit quite enjoyable! By far the fastest vendor we purchase from as well. These guys are great!

Its taking too long to pull products for customers. Will to go back to store front where I can walk in and pick what I need to buy, pay and and out.

They offer different prices to different people. These middle eastern gentlemen will then offer you discounted prices if you give them all your personal information (name, phone number, address,employment info, and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER) hand written on a piece of paper they merely keep for their records....sure
