All of the staff have been great to deal with. Yes I had some issues with the hearing aides, but they worked thru it in a very professional and courteous way. From making appointments to follow up, it has been a great experience. Fixing hearing loss is a hard thing to do, but they made it happen

I had a pair of hearing aids that were some 10 plus years old and it was finally time to replace them. Audiology Concepts popped up as close to where I was so I made and appointment and duly turned up. Dr. Samantha was great. She had my ears mapped and a pair of trial aids programmed to my particulars within an hour. Although these worked just fine I was after a pair with more connectivity and she quickly organized and programmed another brand for me to test. These turned out to be great and she had the to buy pair ready within days. The price (a combination of a fair Audiology concepts price and a good medical aid) was surprisingly affordable and the deal was done.I thoroughly recommend Audiology Concepts if you have any hearing issues.
