I wouldve gave it negative stars cause its dirty and the girls that work there are rude, specifically the one named Sugey she gave my husband her number in a napkin I wouldve told her something but she looked like she has some medical problem as it is none of them had facemask or gloves either I wouldnt recommend this place to no one

Ewww this place is gross. The employees have no hair nets, no gloves, and no masks.. You have these girls talking about drama to eachother in spanish, they don’t even pay attention to the customer. When we walked in the girls were just talking amongst themselves.. didn’t acknowledge us. Don’t recommend this place!

Sweet Icecream!

Went to this location today because It’s next to el Indio and I wanted some dessert . I believe the girl making my food was still learning . Because it was taking long . When she made my food she had just taken cash from a previous customers . She was not wearing gloves didn’t think nothing of it because she was using utensils to put the ice cream and mango in my chamoyada. Until she started grabbing the candy that goes in the chamoyada with her hands 🤢. Definitely need to train their employees better, not just leave them to learn on their own . I didn’t try the food so I can’t say wether their food taste good or bad but that’s just unsanitary .

I was in the area and love to try new things. Did a Google search for desserts and came across this gem. Upon entry, you are at the counter to order. Small and pleasant environment possessing a vast menu of delights, i ordered the Bionico Con Nieve (consisted of your choice of ice cream with apples, strawberries, pineapple, cantelope, granola, coconut flakes, raisins and homemade cream). It was mouthful after mouthful of ecstacy with each spoonful possessing different ingredients. Give a try and enjoy the journey of fresh and natural sweetness.

As for the ice creams, a regular service, as for the money transfer service is deficient and lousy in waiting time, they have an ad on the premises that they open at 9 AM and they actually open until 11 AM, I did the cancellation of a money transfer and I have been waiting for two days to get my money back, the cashiers have a bad attitude !!!!!

I love this place, it is one of my favorites, excellent service and the people are very polite and extremely excellent attention, not to mention the manager of the ice cream shop, a very nice person, I love this place, I recommend it 100%

As for the food, desserts, and excellent drinks, and the attention of the workers is perfect, they are very kind, in the shipments I have not had any problem
