The worst customer service EVER!:1) Always delays in products ordered.2) scheduled a training session. The trainer arrived 3 hours late. Only received a few hours worth of training.3) software always has issues with Sentinal Errors. Gravotech seldom responds to the issue and when they do they offer no solutions.4) Machine (Is900) is down more than its working.Replacing our system with a competing vendor / system.
Poor customer service. I ordered a part, they sent it to the correct address under the wrong name. I am in the military and we use our machine alot but unless your buying a 40 thousand machine from there its hard to get help. I will say I have good experiences with there tech services troubleshooting team.
I ordered a $27,000 machine, it has been delayed twice waiting over 2 months. Have not received my machine. Already made payments and paid insurance for something I do not have.......

I just tried to purchase several parts for my beveling machines. Very unwilling to help. Needed a picture to get the parts and they would take 3 weeks. I called the Canadian distributor and he had the part numbers in 5 minutes, but he couldnt sell them to me. : ( I would never buy a major engraver from a company with this kind of support.
