I came from Augusta to look at and purchase a BMW 328i from Phillip Malone III. He was great, took time to take photos of the car and text them to me. The car was perfectly as described and in great condition. He had it detailed and waiting for me when I got there. I drove it off the lot and was incredibly please. Ive had it for many months now and couldnt be happier.

Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. No hassles. Helped us pick the perfect fit for us. When out of his way to take care of us...So we bought two cars! Go see him! Hes great! UPDATE.... sad to say it was short lived. My daughters car or mine hasnt been paid off and is been a month. She owes on the new vehicle but the last vehicle keeps calling us. Not happy right now. They sold us or new car as a used car. Had to redo paperwork. Waiting on ours to be paid off...hasnt happened yet either. Over these people. Not paying or vehicles off! About to show on our credit late! Neither have tags yet! CHECK THE BBB!!! MANY OF THE SAME THINGS HAPPENING TO US IS HAPPENING TO OTHERS!

Great friendly Place, I saw a car on line for my Wife Dec 14 2016,I did a online application and Brandon the sales guy call me and we did all the paperwork over the phone.I took ownership of the car on Dec 23rd 2016, But a few days later.i got a call from the Financing Manager telling me that my deal Deal go thought. (Boomer).I took the car back.Then the Manager, Bruce came to the Rescue. He ask do you like the car,(yes)do you want to keep it,(yes)He gave me the keys back and drive off again.So now I kept the car for 4mos without making ANY PAYMENT, Then I finally got a call from Carlos and Brandon.GREAT NEWS,I went and got my car finance. I dont often write reviews, but my experience buying a car at Gwinnett Mitsubishi warrants the time and effort of a review. What stood out in my experience overall was how easy and hassle-free it was from start to finish. There wasnt any pressure to buy the car or buy an extended warranty, nor was there any pressure to finance through them. The sales representative I worked with, Anthony Hines, was completely professional and addressed any concerns I had with the used car I was buying. Anthony was by far the best sales representative Ive worked with in my car buying experiences. I would highly recommend going to Gwinnett Mitsubishi and asking for Anthony Hines if you are looking to purchase a car in the near future.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! YOU WILL BE DRIVING ILLEGALLY!!This is the most unprofessional, dishonest and illegal car dealership!!! Long story short on my behalf, I got a vehicle from this place with tires that I had to replace and to only be told after driving it for over a month I had to bring it back because I wasnt financed. HORACE SMITH has got to be the biggest lying, unprofessional, and rudest person there. After numerous times of arguing with him, I got my down payment refund back. He told me that I would get reimbursed for the brand new tires I put on the vehicle and referral money for referring my sisters there. However, I was told very rudely by HORACE SMITH, Maam there is no referral money, I did you a favor, they was going to take $600 of your down payment for the miles you put on the car, and I didnt tell you to put new tires on the car. He in NO such way did me a favor or helped me out!!! Now my sisters purchased new vehicles two months ago and still has NOT received their tags!! They have called numerous of times to be put on hold with no-one returning to the call, they have been told they would get a call back etc... We went to the dealership to inquire about their tags because they expire January 3, 2016 to only be given rude service from HORACE SMITH and lies from Desi. The paperwork sent to the bank had false information on it. My sister has a silver car, the bank is showing that she has a black car. Their paperwork in all mixed up at the bank. Horace is quick to blame somebody else for everything. They was told that they would take care of them the next morning and they still havent heard anything! No phone calls, being put on hold and Horace or Desi is not answering their phones. Of course they have received funds from the bank for the two cars, so they dont care about my sisters getting their tags or driving illegally!. I regret that I referred them to this place and the stress they are going through trying to get their tags. Horace tries to intimidate people because he is tall and he tries to raise his voice, but I think he knows he doesnt scare us!!!

I dont write many reviews but was frustrated enough with this incompetent and lazy group of people to take the time in this case.Summary for those who dont want the details: checked-out sales guy, bait and switch on the price after a handshake, sleazy high-pressure sales on the predatory financing, incompetent title department (see: a solitary who apparently shows up to work in the afternoon), impossible to get anyone on the phone who knows or cares enough to help with the most basic request. Classic slimy bunch who give used car salesmen the reputation they have.The sales guy and I test drove a few cars and the whole time he talked about how he wanted to work somewhere else and how he was about to quit. I ended up buying a BMW - the sales guy and I agreed on a final total price for the car, shook hands on it, then the manager brought the paperwork with a final price of about $2k higher than we had agreed and they gave me some sob story about how they had forgotten to talk about the fees and how they couldnt make enough commission if they went with the price we had agreed upon. BS. We figured out a price eventually and they agreed in writing to buff out a scratch in the paint whenever I wanted to come back to have it done (and acted like they were so generous for doing me such a big favor) - but then ignored me multiple times when I tried to schedule it - eventually I gave up. Then they used a bunch of pushy high pressure sales tactics all afternoon to try to get me to finance through them for an obscene rate - thank God I had already gotten financing from my credit union. When the guy realized I wouldnt be financing with them he started bragging about how his car was faster than the one I was buying and about how he loves reckless interstate driving (what??) and then made me wait while he took several other unrelated calls. Then they apparently sent the title paperwork to the wrong place so I had to go back and forth with my credit union for literally months trying to hound these people about this title, at one point calling the dealership several times in a row and waiting on hold for 30+ minutes only to have a machine hang up on me, then for the manager to tell me I had to call somewhere else, then to a different manager giving me another number that gave me a number to a totally different automated message system, then a different manager telling me the guy I had talked to was at a different location that day, then to some unidentified fourth person who said the lady who does the title stuff hadnt shown up to work that day, etc. I only got the title stuff figured out recently after I connected my credit unions title department with the dealership directly and let them hash it out. Now 6 months after buying this thing I am finally free of this D-list dealership with its lazy incompetent staff.Too bad this review will do nothing to motivate this group, but perhaps it will save one or two car shoppers from a bad experience with them.

These people dont have the right behaviour for business. Gwinnett Mitsubishi, Gwinnett Suzuki and Gravity Autos are the same Group, the same people.Check their Better Business Bureau score before buying from this place. It is F. And they mention Better Business Bureau as arbitration authority in an unlikely event of dispute on their sales contract. Better Business Bureau does not have any enforcement on them except scoring them F.Beware!

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I am a veteran in buying vehicles. Being active duty I have bought several vehicles in several states. It took this dealership over 90 days to get it titled. No one, sale team members, management, title clerk, in the car buying process calls a person back. They all say they will but do not. If you dont have time to babysit them and make sure they do it correctly, definitely DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Funny thing is when they finally did get the title work done, the manager I spoke to tried to pop his collar about getting it done...90 days after the sale! I waited in financing for multiple hours on multiple days before we could actually speak to the financing manager once we had decided to purchase and had already been approved. The car was never actually properly unpacked and delivered. Most of the sales team members do not know squat about the actual product. Seriously, for the questions I asked, they all had to consult multiple people and even then most of my questions were answered with a shoulder shrug or, that I dont know. There was a door ding in the new vehicle which needed to be fixed and somehow it just could not be scheduled. Oh, I was told to bring the car in multiple days and I waited for hours only to not have the guy responsible to even show up. When I booked an appointment with him (myself, instead of the sale person doing it like it should be) he required me to call him the weekend in advance to remind him of the appointment, which, you guessed it, he did not show up for!!! Regretfully, I purchased a vehicle here. I urge everyone else not to. The only person who remotely has any part of his stuff together is the Service Manager. He is great and was very apologetic for the rest of the dealerships shortcomings and blunders. RIDICULOUS!

Beware !!! My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership. Shortly after we noticed issues with and promptly notified the dealer. Bruce the manager has been telling us hell call us in to get it fixed.....months later nothing ! My husband returned to the dealership to speak with Bruce only to be told that he wasnt the manager and hed have to talk to the owner ?! What kind of business are you all running ? I think theyre waiting til the warranty runs out so weve taken legal actions. Dont shop here they will lure you in seeming to be straight forward then in the end nothing adds up !!

This was a logistically difficult deal because my father the purchaser of the vehicle is actually located in Afghanistan. Its been over 20 days now and it typically takes 10 days the finance department tells me Im kind of worried about that. I went into Mitsubishi for an oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail a few months before it was time to get it changed. However, I could not find it at the time of my appointment. They still applied a discount to the oil change without the coupon!! Kristina Lyons was very professional and courteous. The car was completed in a timely manner as well. Overall, it was a good expericne and I will continue to get my car serviced there.

I bought a used BMW back in April. I purchased the extended warranty because of the age of the vehicle . When I took it in they were apparently between Service Dept managers, unfortunately for me . However when I called to check the status of my repair, luckily Kenny from the Mitsubishi Suzuki shop was at the Mitsubishi location and happened to overhear my situation. Right away her took ownership for my issue which had nothing to do with him at all. He calmed down, assured me he would handle everything . He kept on top of the issue, provided updates and Im happy to say he literally saved the day and I am walking away as a happy customer. Thanks to Kenny I would definitely recommend getting your service issues handled with the Gwinnett group of dealerships service Dept. Thanks again Kenny !!

I called the service department to ask a simple question if I could bring in my 2002 eclipse for them to run a test on it to see if the key had become unprogrammed and the guy who answered put me on hold for over an hour with no response after about 30 minutes on hold we called sales to speak with a manager and the person who answered just hung up as soon as we asked for the manager we called Mitsubishi North America to complain about the costumer service here even they werent willing to help we called the Roswell dealership and within 5 minutes of the call we were able to bring in the car and have the service performed for much less than this place would have Roswell is much further than this location is from me but trust me it is worth the drive avoid Gwinnett place at all costs.

I purchased a car here in March of this year (2017), got a good price, and its a nice car. However, it is now getting to the end of August and I still do not have the title or tags. I paid for the car in full and now have a car that I cant legally drive. If I drive it and get pulled over it can be impounded. I previously got an extension from the tag office but they will only issue 1. I went back to the dealer in July and spoke with the owner (at least they said he was the owner) they gave me a new temp tag and assured me I would have the title and tag by the time it expired. It expired yesterday 8/21/2017 and still no tag or title. I am starting to feel like the car is stolen. I am going to drive back over there today to talk to them cause I know they are not going to call back and after that I am going to call a lawyer.

I do not understand how this dealership has not been closed down. Customer Service and Organization is non existent here, two major components of a car dealership. Management shows no care for any of the customers and are rude. Dealership closes when they want and phone lines are never working. Please for your sanity never go here.

I went to Fill out an application for employment and I have never been treated so nasty in my life. I asked for the HR or office manager and a nice gentleman went to get a lady who was the rudest,most abrasive and unprofessional I believe her name was Jennifer...when she came out to greet me she was on her phone, she wouldnt even look up at me. And when she finally approached me I told her what position I was there for, she told me that position has been filled without looking at my resume or keeping it on file. She just walked away and that was rude. That dealership needs to be mindful of whom they employ I couldve been anyone and she just scared away potential candidate with that poor attitude!

Reviews matter! I had 4 recalls to get done, read reviews about people getting their car serviced here and many have had bad experiences with service. Nevertheless I called here to schedule a service appointment and never got a hold of ANYONE within service! First time I called got someone with sales they transferred me and the phone rang for 20 mins so I hung up. Called back again pressed the option for service and the person picked up and slammed the phone. Third time got no one again left a message. Week passed no callback or anything. So guess what? I drove all the way to Marietta Mitsubishi.We all need our cars so do yourself a favor if you need to get your car serviced take it to a place that actually cares about their customers. It may not be the closest but at least you will prevent your car from malfunctioning due to being improperly serviced.

Worst experience ever. You walk in and no one approaches you or talks to you while waiting at the front counter, while there are clearly workers standing and sitting all over the place and passing you. There is no work ethic to even show you a car or handle business on there end. I was told Id get $100 off of my vehicle but when I went into the financial room they did not want to give it. Ive been back multiple times in 6 days to get my windshield fixed an the cargo tray for my trunk they promised and each time its always an excuse. I asked for gap to be added on multiple times but it seems like they dont want to do nothing at all here. And they keep forgetting your here. Worst auto place ever. Ill never be back here again to buy a car and it is not recommended that you believe there promises. If you find a great deal here just expect to have finances already to just get the vehicle as is and thats it.

The sales process was good; however, once you purchase your car, you will no longer receive any service. My temporay tag expired and I could not get anyone to return my call. I left numerous calls for the Tag Dept, Finance Dept, as well as management and never received a return call. In addition, I tried to cancel my Gap and Warranty coverage and cannot get a return call for that either. BUYER BEWARE!!!

If they were 0 star I will go for it....the entire department is lacking on customer service skills, all they care about it is how much money can make on you. If you has good credit use your own bank or credit union. Do not use their in house financing, they will sale/share your social information with 4-7 others bank institution and each one will run your credit. They will offer you ridiculous interest(7.0%), when I declined and told I was leaving the store then offer me a (2.49%) . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER, you will be better at other places.

I purchased my car in my car in Sept 2015, my tags just became available today January 2016... Unacceptable! Its crazy when the clerk at the county tag office says Damn! You purchased your car in September and your tags are just now available. Ive never seen that before! His words exactly. Come to find out I was sold a car and the dealership did not have the possession of the Title ... I thought that was illegal,correct me if Im wrong. Im just thankful that I do not have to ever deal with this place ever again. Buying a car should not be this emotional draining.Original post 3 months ago:(Dont buy here (unless you like lies, broken promises, poor customer service, long waits and disorganization). My thoughts exactly!! Purchasing the car was kind of hassle free, except for the long wait for the finance guy to come. Then they promised to remove scratches off my car, had my car for 10 dDAYS!! And still didnt remove the scratches. They are so nonchalant... Understaffed, first and foremost. I went on a Saturday and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to anyone. Saturday is your busiest day, be prepared. They ask for my trade in info (VIN, miles, etc.) before I even looked inside of the car I was interested in. AKA WE JUST WANT MONEY. and they have absolutely NO PARKING available for customers. If I could give half a star I would. We bought a vehicle the beginning of January 2016 and have YET (its mid February) to recieve our tag due to the incompetent people that work at this dealership. They havent even filed our paperwork with the county/ and or state.We keep getting the go around, and fed lies as to if this is even being taken care of. We also had to go get our own emissions test!! Which the dealership SHOULD have done before selling us the car.The Manager, Matt has been no help...when I first started getting concerned about our tags, I spoke with him and he told me it was a tag office issue and they were really slow... yeah... thats why I am STILL dealing with this today...come to find out none of that is true!!We would love nothing more than to be done with this dealership but who knows when that will be. We have been MORE than understanding and willing to work with them!I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone..

This is 100% the place if you are looking for new Mitsubishis. Shopping for our kid was not easy. She wanted a race car if we let her have it. I purchased my car there 3 weeks ago. Brandon and Brian were very helpful and got me close to where i needed to be to buy what i wanted. The AC wasnt working so they agreed to take care of it. After a week and s half of waiting on the part to arrive, I was told it would be done that day. Long story short, its Wednesday and i had the car picked up and taken elsewhere, as they didnt have what was needed to fix the car. Had to order parts that shouldve been known by their tech newbie taking on a job like this. All in all, they wrw willing to let my guys fix it and take care of the costs. I feel like 5 days in the first 3 weeks of owning my car was a waste. I would buy another car from them without a doubt, but not service the type of cars i buy.

DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealership. They have absolutely BAD customer service. I bought from them but the customer service there is awful. I traded in my previous car and they still havent paid it off. I bought my car on July 11th. I feel like I should not have to keep calling then to see whats going on with my trade in. Im upset because they are messing with my credit. I would never deal with then again. Also as 8/23 I tried to get my tag. They still have not completed the paperwork. Its 9/16 and still no tag for my car. I went up there and was told my Bruce he couldnt do anything and he was running the store. I spoke to Dwayne the manager he told me he would call back he didnt. I was told they would overnight my third temporary tag on 9/16 and told that same lie on 9/19 still no temporary tag and mine expires on 9/24. The have an F on the BBB and I filed on them as well. This dealership SUCKS. Spread the word social media and all I did. Maybe I need to get FOX 5 involved.

These 4 or 5 star reviews are fake. They have a F rating with the BBB and are being sued by the state attorney generals office, filed in August. There are hundreds of consumers who bought cars and traded in vehicles that werent paid off by the dealer or have cars that we cant drive because the dealership steals your tag and title money and NEVER apply for the tag. If you think youre the exception, youre wrong. Hundreds of people involved in this law suit. Just search Gwinnett Mitsubishi scam. The legal docs are available for public viewing. Once your temporary tag expires youre screwed. You wont get your tag, people have been waiting 4, 5, 6 months and still no tag or title. They will not call you back, EVER. Ive been calling for 3 months. Once you purchase they will ignore you. We are paying for cars that we cant legally operate. They are crooks. If youre a victim, contact the state attorney generals office and file a claim. They will add you to the lawsuit.The service was crappy, unprofessional and super ghetto. Salesman calling each other N word and arguing in front of customers. Biggest mistake Ive ever made..stuck paying the loan for a truck that sits in my garage. Thank God I didnt trade my old car in, otherwise Id have no transportation. Run as fast as you can. Its not worth the stress. Again, search for Gwinnett Mitsubishi scam. Youll see for yourselfUpdate: finally got my tag in October, vehicle bought in July.

Would not recommend this dealership. We read the mixed reviews, mostly negative, before driving 30 minutes to check out a used car ad this company was advertising. It was a great price and felt like it probably would require some repairs at this price, however, still felt like it may be worth it. The sales rep Bernard, was polite and pleasant but told us the price that was advertised was a mistake. He asked us to show the ad to his manager so he could have it changed. We were happy to help. We met Bernard at the counter where Bruce D., the manager on duty was and waited while Bernard explained the ad error. Without ever looking at us, greeting my husband or myself, apologizing for our wasted trip, or offering to show us another car, he simply kept doing whatever he was doing behind a tall counter and said they knew that; meaning we knew the price was incorrect. To which I replied, we surely didnt know that or we wouldnt have driven 30 minutes to check it out. Bernard again, was very polite as he ushered us away from the manager, who never acknowledged we were there. We were astounded when Bruce walked out of the building behind us, went to his BMW that was parked right in front of the entrance doors - the first space, a handicapped spot (we had parked in the second space), opened his car door, looked in and locked it back as if to let anyone who was looking, see that it was his car. So pompous it was laughable. This is the first time we have ever commented on poor service publicly, however, the experience from this self important manager was unprofessional, insulting and rude, we thought others may want to know so they can choose a dealership who hires management that will put the company, the customer and the staff before themselves. Remember Bruce, your actions affect your sales peoples performance who work very hard to earn a living. Kindness and consideration goes a long way. We were ready to consider other options until we encountered you. You have too much competition to be so arrogant.

Biggest nightmare of my life. Do not under any circumstance even entertain the thought of going to this or any other Momentum Group dealership. So far they have:1. Lied about the Vehicle History Report2. Switched the VIN on my contract, gave me the wrong car on purpose3. Had me sign a contract that is not legal in the state of Georgia4. Attempted to extort money from me for their own mistake5. Lied to the BBB and instead of simply giving my trade back, accused me of racketeering6. Reported to the police that I had stolen their vehicle7. Tried to have me arrestedNow they are trying to insist they deserve to keep my down payment check.These are the most ridiculous, misguided, miserable, pathetic, backwards, anti-American fraudsters ever allowed to operate as a business. Their dealerships are merely a front for practices that violate FCC regulations, truth in lending requirements, and in the end, they are more than willing to commit outright fraud and liable to put the dirt back on their customers.I will never forget what this dealership has done to me in the past six months and neither should you.

Dont recommend this dealer the whole staff is lazy and incompetent I Called a day before to Confirm if the car I liked was still for sale after the sales guy said yes I made an appointment to go in the next day and one of their sales associates called me back to confirm my appointment before I left that day....so I drove 2 hours just to get to the dealer and when I got there apparently the vehicle was sold 1 week ago... Freaking idiots.

The customer service from Miles and Alek was amazing, Miles worked really hard trying to find me another car in my price range even though the Mazda 3 I wanted was sold he found me the Accord which was even better and it was cheaper. I purchased my 2009 Audi from this dealership in February and my overall experience was a great one my sales man Malcolm was superb he made my buying experience a great one I was very firm with what I wanted to purchase, in which he understood and made it happen if I had to change one thing it would be the timeframe I became antsy after sitting for a while and again Malcolm accommodated myself so that I wouldnt become agitated everything was explained properly and very detailed so I would know what to expect, not crowded, busy or noisy great experience yet :)

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. The sales man Horrace is shady, the finance man Gerard is liar. They do not disclose the facts, and will try to force you to buy a warranty stating that the lender requires it which is against the law. They do not return phone calls or provide you with customer service after you purchase the vehicle. The dealership lacks integrity and professionalism and the manger allows this circus to keep performing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, STAY AWAY.
