Traveling through Dumas and our van started acting up. These guys went over the top to ensure we were taken care of. Easy 5*!

Power steering module worked loose and sheared off the two bolts that held it in place as we were coming into Dumas. Owner, Sweetie, worked us in quickly and mechanic extraordinaire, Daniel Morgas, removed the sheered bolts from from down inside the block by welding a piece of metal onto the end of the bolt and when cool, backed the out. Ouija!

My van broke down and this was the place I was towed. I slept in their parking lot. The next day, after hearing my story, the mechanic went to work. I was there til about 2 pm, and finally the van was running. THIS GUY WAS THE MECHANIC OF THE YEAR. And the owner, Sweety, was a wealth of info, along with humorous stories. The bill was so reasonable, I couldnt believe it. Great group of guys here.

Came in for a chassis lube, they found that my exhaust was rubbing on the rear brake line and fixed it, getting me safely back on the road. A little pricey, but good work.

My sister and I were traveling through on a long road trip and had few lights come on suddenly. Luckily we were close by and the gentlemen here were able to quickly look things over and get us back on the road. Both men we ran into were friendly and knowledgeable, and put our minds at ease.

My son was on his way to Texas Tech in Lubbock, before he headed to Red Raider Camp in Brownwood, Texas and his fuel pump went out about 15 miles from Dumas on Friday. He was able to nurse it to Dumas. I called this shop a little after 4 p.m. on Friday afternoon. They got the car in diagnosed it and ordered the part. They replaced the fuel pump and had him back on the road by 1:30 p.m. the next day. I cannot thank them enough for helping him get back on the road.

While traveling from Houston, TX to Ogden, UT, our cars shift lock button broke which left us stranded in Dumas.We called A-1 and let them know that we were just down the street at a gas station and they sent someone over in less than 10 minutes. They were able to fix our shift lock button in the parking lot of the gas station and refused to let us pay them for their time. A-1 Auto is hands-down the best auto service Ive ever dealt with. Were very grateful for their generosity and professionalism.

My sons truck started to have engine failure several miles outside of Dumas on his way back to college yesterday.
