I actually like the Walmart here... the workers arent nice but yet not mean...more of a neutral character per se.As far as the shelves (appearance) Im quit impressed its very rare you find stuff out of its home. I really cant find anything to give this location less then 5 stars..Good job to everyone.

Going to this Walmart is very nice. Its a busy Walmart, but seems to run smoothly. The only complaint I would have is that they were out of several items that I went to get and it seems like they dont have the selections that other walmarts have.

This place keep getting worse and worse and Im guessing because its the only Walmart in this town, there is all these automatic registers and there is always at least four associates around but nobody is helping any customers. They just stand around and watch all these customers with mountains of groceries in the carts scan and bag their own stuff.

I used to think it was very neat to have express delivery, which is getting your order at your door in 2 hours OR LESS. I tip well for the inconvenience of living upstairs. My last couple of deliveries have not made it past “preparing”. A driver doesn’t get assigned my order and I’m left cancelling it 2+ hours after I placed it. And Customer Service doesn’t answer their phone. The number in the confirmation email I can call for help isn’t even the actual store. THOSE folks are helpful, but even they can’t get in touch with the Dumas Walmart. “Just go get it yourself”, right? I usually do! But the delivery option is there for a reason and it’s helped me on days where I’m busy with a lot of other things. Not these last couple of times, though. I won’t be using delivery for a long time.

Nice golf course, well managed. Great restaurant! Nice nice sports bar!

I love the cocsistency of Walmart stores. They are clean, well-stocked. Produce and meat are fresh. We travel in our RV and often stay in their parking lots. We have never had a problem and always stop and shop to show our appreciation. Keep being there for America. You provide so many jobs across our country, mostly very nice, friendly folks!

Kills me they are 100% self-checkout! Yeah - its a walmart, has typically everything you need and parking is great - but i hate the self-checkout. They do have a new grab and go section that i love so i gave it a 4 star for that.

Very friendly greeter. Nice guy.Only issue i had was that apparently the mask mandate isnt being enforced in this city because only about HALF of the customers were wearing masks and although all the workers were wearing masks MANY had them halfway on or using as chin-guards(including supervisors). I guess money is more important to this Walmart store than peoples health.

On top of the fact that most of the shelves are half empty and there selection is minimal at best...There are ZERO cashiers here. ZERO. You want to buy $300 worth of groceries? You have to scan that all by yourself. Produce? Yes. Beer? Yes. Every single item. How many jobs were cut for this? And why? I dont recommend this Walmart at all.

I dropped here quite frequently. I can find what I need and most associates are friendly and helpful.

This Walmart USED to be a good shopping experience until they recently removed all cashiers and registers for self checkout. Customers all but have to stock for the merchandise.Idk not a smart move on their part for business. Maybe they thought it would help during the Covid Pandemic with no touching. However, they failed to realize that countless customers touch the same register and no cashier means no one is sanitizing the areas.Walmart used to be a good store. Especially this one. Been gone for a few years so not sure what changed.

Only self checkouts.i dont want to work checkin out and baggin groceries after spendin over 200 at a store. Will go back to United grocery.

When you are in rush and need it fast, this is the place with just about anything you might need.

Great food and service, very busy but took excellent care of us.

There are no LIVE cashiers, and sometimes they offer NO change or no option to pay using cash. Highly irritating. Their pharmacy staff are often times rude and I have paid for items I did not receive when using their pick up service. I avoid this place.

Hate there new self cash out system. PEOPLE scanned there stuffed to slow always a line. If you ask for a assistance takes them about 10 minutes while theres 3-4 them standing around and pretending like they aint looking at you. When the light is flashing red it mean need help over here not stand there n look pretty and cool lol.

Neat little place to get unique gifts for loved ones

Typical shopping experience. I am able to buy most things I need, but with some items like certain cereals they dont have and with other items such as milk they dont have them in the sizes I need.

I put in a grocery order for pick up, I got all the way home (20 mins away) and they forgot half of the items they say they filled. I went all the way back and got the rest of the order filled, got home, and realized they still forgot 1 item. I wouldn’t have minded so much because of human error but the employees literally could care less what had happened.

No cashiers! All self check out! walmart is making money but too cheap to hire cashiers. I left my cart in the middle of traffic in the parking lot. Sam Walton would be disgusted and ashamed with what walmart has become. Absolutely sickening!

Clean and not overcrowded

Love how I was in Amarillo, saw that my local WM had this in stock. I drove all the way back trying to get it before I went to work, it wasnt on the shelf and after some serious prodding the staff finally scanned it and showed 4 in stock but they couldnt locate them. One even checked the back to see which I doubt given her attitude and how much it took just to get her to help. From now on Id rather drive to Amarillo because if one store doesnt have it then at least theres more.

Great people, clean store, excellent big truck parking.

Despite having many technical issues with the POS machines for selling mobile phones, the staff had an excellent plan to service the customers. Large company like walmart should not have issues with replacing POS printers where days pass before a replacement is available. Thankfully your staff at this store know what they are doing, and took on the challenge.

Walmart was not good just like always. Now they dont have checkers and its worse than ever. I hate going there but my wife loves it

Self check out..terrible so many have lots jobs due to the change..surely Walmart CEO AND COMPANYS make enough money were they can give jobs to people that need help and a break from our crazy world.
