Very nice atmosphere, the employees all are nice and courteous. Wish there was a bigger collection of eye glasses, had gone to the one in Amarillo before and the collection there is bigger, now with the more patients coming from around the area you would think the collection of styles and variety would get better overall nice place to visit.

Was promptly seen! Well taken care of and the staff was super kind and helpful! Have been a patient here for years and today reminded me why I continue to give them my business!

Everyone at this location is beyond nice. The exam is pretty straight forward and quick. Coming here never feels like a doctor visit..... just feels like going to a place with people who care.

No waiting at all. Dr was very nice. And the girl that helped us pick the frames was very helpful.

Not only once but several times has this place disappointed me and given me bad service! Regardless of how good of a doctor you have ., your customer service is horrible not to mention the lack of attention when it comes to someone’s time .. who ever your receptionist is needs to pay attention to detail, you have lost a whole family of 5 from ever going back to this place ! Mind you it was not only once but several times this place has made mistakes.. trying to keep business in town obviously is not your priority, understand now why most people prefer to drive to Amarillo.

I only given 3 start to advanced eye care because the lab they use make to many mistakes. If you ever pay for expensive glass for your glasses or anything special make sure you check, so you get what you paid for. The first time happened to us, I was like, mistake happen sometimes. But when I did my glasses they made to many mistakes and it took 2 months for me to get what I pay for.Other than that the doctors are really good.

The doctors are awesome, my glasses got here, fast. They were right, and just had a little hiccup, when we got charged twice and got us running around with the bank. Finally had them give me my money back.Also, if anyone buys any name brand frames. Ask them for the little rag with the brand on it. Because they take it out of THE CASE YOU PAID FOR with your frames, and keep it for themselves.They never gave me mine. So just watch out for them.

Worst experience & a sorry mistake going there. Waited over a week for my glasses. I cant see as well through my new glass as I can through my old ones & even though they did another exam they said the prescription was correct. My computer glasses have been sent back twice because I could not see at all through the right lens and I am still waiting for them to come back it has been several weeks now.

The staff and Dr were very helpful and friendly no complaints about that. But the customer service was lacking.I ordered my glasses from them they told me it would be at least 2weeks.So I waited 1week past the 2 weeks .I hadnt received a text or a phone call from them at all.From the time I ordered my glasses it took 9days for them yo show and noone even considered to call or text me as they stated
