Had been going numerous times to do drive through med pick up and all 3 times had to leave the line as I already had been waiting 20 minutes and 4 cars ahead me. Cant walk in because my son is sick and I cant bring him inside the store. When I called to speak to pharmacist as to the long wait, she expressed how full it is inside doing covid shots inside which I understand and I said Im pretty sure you arent the only one working in pharmacy to get hung up.... call the store to no manager on site of course. Just rude

The cashier gave me lecture about “not being on time” while I was waiting for her for 20 min! and she was hiding somewhere inside! Based on everyone’s reviews I think this place need to change their staff! Never stepping a foot at this place. This business will definitely lose customers and close
The customer service at this facility is terrible. The cashier at the pharmacy department does not know how to treat customers, she has a nasty attitude when you go to pick up a prescription. Personnel like her should not we working in a place where you supposed to offer a pleasant experience because you are dealing with people. I will switch pharmacy because of her.
Bigger CVS with many items to select from. Great Pharmacy staff led by Imrana and Stephanie. Clean, brightly lit and well stocked, even ice cream! Great customer service, overall.
This is one of the larger CVS stores in the area. They have a huge lot, theyre clean inside, and all the employees are very nice to you. They also have a drive-thru for your prescriptions and theyre located near the center of town in Dumont.
Today i was waiting in drive through for 15 min, so i went to recbe my medicina in person another 10 min. waiting, they need more people working because of high demand of atention. Is the escuse so Cvs please no more escuse more worker is better
I signed up for the covid vaccine online at this location. When I arrived, there was some sort of glitch in the system, and I was mixed up with another person. Thats neither here or there. I’m giving it a one star review because, instead of just telling me the system made a mistake, and I couldn’t get the vaccine, the pharmacist began to berate me, telling me I’m not eligible due to my age, even though I am absolutely eligible due to a pre-existing condition that I have. I showed the pharmacist a list of conditions that are eligible Under the 1B stage, and and she was embarrassed that she was wrong, so she threw a piece of paper with a phone number in it, told me to call it. Not only was it none of her business, as she’s not my healthcare provider, but she was extremely rude. I’ll never patronize this location again. There were several other people there, my age, who received their vaccine.

I was gonna give this location six stars, but then Lisa Deanne came in and just started complaining about the metric system and bright lights...it was all fun and games she said...youd think that was enough..but then I read about people coming into MY CVS and complain that the beverages havent been restocked in a week..look if youve gotten to the point in life where youre complaint is that the beverage aisle in the CVS hasnt been restocked for you, then might I suggest the 7-11 thats around the corner from you...I hear they do covid tests
I was extremely upset while shopping at this store today. All I needed was a few quick items and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to be as quick as possible. While I was shopping in the feminine hygiene aisle, 2 male employees came down the aisle from either side and both proceeded to come within less than a foot from where I was standing. I promptly removed from myself from the aisle and asked isnt it supposed to be 6 feet?. One of the male employees immediately apologized and backed out of the aisle. The other male employee proceeded to begin to block the shelves while I stood there waiting for him to leave the aisle. I even told him that I needed something in the aisle. His response was that he loved this aisle. His behavior was entirely unprofessional and, in my opinion, he could probably benefit from some sort of sensitivity training. I dont usually write reviews and I dont know if anyone actually ever reads these but I was very upset about the experience and will NOT be shopping at this CVS ever again.
Joey and another representative signed me up for the CarePass card and told me it would be hassle free to cancel. Tried to cancel online but they set up a generic security question and answer so I couldn’t get in. Called in to customer service and that was a nightmare. After 45 minutes and multiple disconnects I was able to cancel. Next time, set up these accounts properly to save your customers the frustration and time that it takes to cancel the membership.
Its CVS. It has what every CVS has. The staff is nice. Place is neat. Once again it is a CVS. Just a CVS.
Pharmacy is horrible, called them I was on hold for 15 min then lady picks up i tell her i have a question about Advil she says thats a question for the pharmacist and that shes helping someone else and before Ican say a word she puts me back on hold WTH!!! I am done with CVS pharmacy in Dumont.

Horrible Pharmacy!! The pharmacist is a liar. The staff at the pharmacy is horrible too. My prescription was supposed to be ready at 4. I went to pick up at 7:30. They tell me they don’t have anything in my name. Then the lying pharmacist says it was ready but since I didnt pick up my life saving medicine they put it back in stock. Liar!! They never texted me and when she checked the system she says ... Oh well it should’ve sent you an alert. Never apologized for calling me a liar. Long story short after all the back and forth.... They don’t have my meds. So I say how if I didn’t pick them up today they went back to stock but I’m here to pick them up and you don’t have them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pharmacy if at all possible. I am calling my insurance in the am and I am done with CVS.
