Called to price a battery, and Chris answered the phone. He kept interrupting me and talking louder than me. Wouldnt even let me answer. I told him that he needed to stop being rude and interrupting so I could tell him, and that he was ticking me off. He immediately started cussing at me over the phone. Blake is very helpful and always polite when we go in there, so I called back to talk to him instead. He got me taken care of and I was back on the road very quickly. I would give a higher start rating, but that guy Chris didnt deserve to work there. He is rude and very disrespectful. As soon a he is gone, my review will change.

No knowledge, the employees should have some knowledge of the parts in the store . I will never go back .

Love our hometown grocery store. The workers are much friendlier and helpful than at Wal-Mart. Some prices are a bit higher but not much and to get friendly help more than makes up for any price difference. Love our Homeland grocery store.

Bad business in my opinion. 230 for an alternator, lifetime warranty. Purchased less than three months ago. They will not stand behind their products. They conveniently cant find it in their system. So, Even with their stickers still on it. They cant do anything. I wonder how many other people they have done this to!

Had to replace three boat batteries, one each day for three days. Batteries were in stock and sales clerk checked each battery I brought in to make sure it was bad.

Called ahead to check on battery and if they put them in, the answer was on most vehicle unless the trunk. With an hour invested in getting there I found out they didn’t do Tahoe’s even though I told him make and model on the phone. This was the store manager so that is probably the service you get. He was a nice gentlemen but I would go across the street for any parts.

A year ago when I first moved to Duncan I had to buy an 80 something dollar part for my truck. As I walked in the door I found a credit lying in the floor and took it to the manager. I looked around just checking out tools. When I went to pay for my part I was shocked when I was told the part was free for being an honest human being,Which was a blessing because it would have been my last dollar. I always call Auto Zone first time. thanks manager,

This rating is about today. I usually get great service here. Today so far was a much different experience. All I needed to know was what time they closed today since it is a holiday. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and waited a while to call back. When I called back, I was asked to hold again. Slightly irritated I said no, I’ve already been on hold for over 10 minutes and just had a quick question. Instead of asking what my question was to see if was just a fast answer, the associate, Chris stated, well sir, we have a line full of people, there’s nothing I can do.” What happened to good customer service?

The place is clean and organized and the employees are courteous, and fun, if they have time to chat a little because sometimes they are very busy and they have to deal with some pretty rambunctious characters, every once in awhile, that get frustrated because they cant fix their own cars and they try to blame it on the poor employees there.

No acknowledgement when I came in or anytime as I was looking throughout the store. Guy was just talking non Autozone with his buddies that were in. He did ask how I was doing when I was paying for my items. Did not acknowledge my comment when I said its pretty bad when I have to buy a set when you know you have 2 sets at home, one I cant find and the size I need is missing out of the other

The people at this AutoZone arent the smartest peanut in the turd! Ive gone here asking simple questions about my last car and it took going through 4 different people to finally get a somewhat partial answer that made any sense.. I wouldnt recommend this store if youre trying to figure out whats wrong with your car, but if youre just going to get products for your car, its great!

I usually like Autozone. I went in yesterday to rent some equipment and this one young bro was real helpful. Went in today to get some oil for a part and got the 3rd degree full of condescension by some chotch. I didnt ask you for your judgement on my purchase, just help finding what I needed to get the job done.I will be avoiding Autozone in Duncan from now on.

The store there in Duncan has people that work there who will always have you in there best interest. They can fix almost anything, take for instance a yung lady come in one wile I was there she was like me didnt know much about what she was fixing to try and work on. In about 5 min the 2 older men had broke it down on to a level so she could not only see it but understud it with confidence. 2 days later I happen to ask one of gentlemen if the yung lady had got her car fixed, he told me yes and it only took her 3 hr. He said that was a 3 to 4 hr fix for a experienced mechanic.

The workers helped us fix our moterhome and in very short time,even offered to let us sit inside to cool off
