I went here to have a picture printed off for a memorial service. I was an emotional wreck with the passing of my loved one. I was being really indecisive with what i wanted. The gentleman at the photo print shop was really patient and understanding with me and worked with me on finding the best size photo for my needs. It turned out great and that picture will be with my family for a long time. I am so grateful for his patients and understanding during a really and truly difficult time.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The pharmacy worker is the rudest most hateful person I have ever encountered. I tell you what if she is ever that rude to me again I am going to report her to corporate and speak to the store manager.

This place could never seem to get my prescriptions right and there was always an issue. One rude atendant or manager never accomodating one after another.

Im always greeted when I walk through the door and have not had a complaint yet!

The store is dirty and the pharmacy is slow. There are many people behind the counter at the pharmacy, and everyone seems busy but it takes forever to get your prescriptions and their customer service when getting vaccinated is pathetic

I gave you 1 star, that was too much. Absolutely the worst in the world. The waits are long, the text and say the script is ready . When you make the 8 mile drive it is not ready. This has happened to me 3 times. This pharmacy is managed by Keystone Cops. I have had so much trouble with this staff in the past few months. The turnover indicates there is a problem. I will never be back to this Walgreens store. I have been waiting for them to ask my Dr. for a renew on script since Dec. 28,2019. It is something I take for COPD daily. Not filled and it is Jan.12,2020. Not the first time I have waited over 3 days for a script to be filled. I would. advise anyone to use another pharmacy. Not just mad but out of patience for any positive change.

After 15 years with Walgreens as our pharmacy we had to switch and I wont even waste time or money shopping there anymore... After they put in a new manager several months ago our store went downhill FAST. Nothing but mistakes at the pharmacy, medications taking WEEKS to be filled and the entire staff new, inexperienced and rude.The OLD staff was top notch!!!

I would literally rather drive all the way to Lawton that print photos at this location. I waited 20 minutes standing there before anyone even greeted me. Ridiculous. I sent my photos in to be printed 2 HOURS before going to the store and still they weren’t ready when I got there. Then the lady helping me continued to print other people’s photos before mine. Not very nice staff either

We had not filled medicine at Walgreens for years and after our experience this time I remembered why I left in the first place. The pharmisist yelled at me for calling and seeing if my childs medicine was ready for pickup. Really why would you do this? He claimed I had called 5 times. In reality I had called 2 times in an 8 hour period. He made other demeaning comments that were uncalled for. Then I was told the medicine was ready on my 3rd call to him but he said they were closed. Next day go to pick up medicine and they ask if it was under any other name... again seriously your pharmacist said it was ready yesterday. I was in line for over 30 minutes because they had not filled the medicine until I showed up to pick it up. From the lady in the window to the pharmacist these people are rude, hateful, and just downright unprofessional. They need new staff.

For the oven of Gawd dont ever use this location for a FedEx drop off. Had a package that was to be shiped overnight. Brought it to them Saturday evening. By Monday night it had not shown up in tracking to have ever been received. My wife went by late Monday evening and it was still sitting in the floor where they put it Saturday. We took our package back and left. Horrible service.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy in North America. If you have any self love, go somewhere else. If you want to punish yourself, go here and wait in line FOR HOURS.

I have used this pharmacy for many years and have always had excellent service, polite, prompt. Until about 4 months ago. Every script has been ridiculously delinquent. The store manager was very rude on more than a few visits. I dont know whats happened, but I hope its fixed very soon. I dont want to switch to another store. But, I will very soon if things dont change by my next visit.

I was looking for a over the counter medication recommended by a Doctor. I asked help up at front counter & they referred me to a certain medication on aisle #14 by the diareaha medication.I still couldnt find it so returned to front counter only to hear the workers discussing how they were more than ready to get off work. They were very disengaged from their duties. So I found my visit at the Duncan store to befrustrating.

They can never get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I’ve ordered pictures from them that were same day prints, that never got printed the same day. It’s always an ordeal!

The worst pharmacy I have EVER used. Even a simple prescription takes hours to fill. And drive thru is people dropping and WAITING for their script to be filled. Inside, if your lucky you will be greeted by soulless, uncaring pharmacist that you interrupt emptying the trash. Text service has stopped working, it will text to pick up things that arent ready and fail to text when things are ready. This is small town indifference at its worst.

The last few months they have gone down hill. Your prescriptions are never ready and you have to wait forever. They screwed up with my insurance. I tried call several times, just laid my phone beside me with speaker on and after 2 1/2 hours each time I just hung up. I’m moving my pharmacy this week. I’m tired of giving them chances.

Pharmacy staff is insanely rude. There was a mixup with my prescriptions and they flat out refused to help me resolve the situation. By the time I resolved it myself over the phone with the clinic, plus the wait to get the prescription filled, I probably spent a total of at least an hour and a half waiting to get my medicine. Then there was absolutely no apology for the wait, the mixup, or the way I was treated. Will absolutely not be giving them any more of my business.

You deserve better. Go ANYWHERE else!

Dropped off prescription after waiting in line for an hour then was told it would be hours before it was filled. Came back the next day and was told they hadn’t even started on it yet. Waited 5 more hours before coming back then another hour in line but finally gave up. Had to transfer my meds to CVS who took about 30mins total and even they had problems because this store magically had the meds filled then. I’ve had faster service at the VA hospital.

We have always used Walgreens across the state. We are new to Duncan. This Walgreens has not provided the service to which we have been accustomed in the past. Erroneous texts and emails sent concerning refills, wait time inside and the drive thru are incredulous for a smaller town, and phone calls go on hold forever. Very disappointed.

Only get your prescriptions here, if you hate yourself and quality of life.

Everyone at Walgreens is always great. Pharmacy has went over and beyond for me and my family. Shantel has been so very helpful. Really appreciate her. She is a awesome asset to Wallgreens store in Duncan, Ok.

The drive thru is closed most times now. The pharmacy staff is untrained and obviously hate their job as instead of waiting on the growing line of customers, they are complaining about how busy they are. . Shameful.
